I had a bad food experience November 30, 2025 and decided to try them again today. There was NO MEAT in our two Crunchwrap Supremes !! The tostada shells were burnt and hard...didn't know till we got the order home. $12 poof... gone. My only real qualm is the lack of consistency. Sometimes this location is fantastic and the food is hot and fresh and prepared neatly. Other times the food is very sloppily prepared, items are left out, the rice is dry, and some other factors that are pretty offputting. If they could keep the consistency to their great days more often, it would really make this place a whole hell of a lot better. I still come here quite frequently and generally the service is pretty good. Very few employees with attitudes and more employees that are pretty friendly! read more

First, in my own defense, I likely only swing by Taco Bell about once every 3 - 4 months. That said, on those occasions I do enjoy a Chalupa. Today was such a day, so I cruised into the drive-thru lane. I was then told via the speaker that the drive thru was not serving (I think) due to (insert reason here - it was garbled). They invited me to come inside to order. I was puzzled that the vehicle ahead of me got some food and then circled back into the drive thru lane again (?). I parked and, after stepping into a rain-filled pothole just outside my vehicle (but avoiding soaking my sock), entered the restaurant. I had never been inside before. I saw taped-up signs directing me to 'Kiosk only'. Ah - well, thank you, "Fight for 15" This is literally the 2ndtime this week that I've newly-encountered ordering kiosks. It appears to be a trend... After a fortuitous guess, I managed to place my order for a couple of chalupas. The counter guy shortly came out and called a name (not mine, from what I could tell). He called it again, and then pointed at me and asked if I had ordered chalupas... I got my food. It appears they are still adapting to the human-less ordering. Being on a special diet, this is the only place I can get fast food. They are always courteous and helpful. I love the Pizza with beans and their bean burrito. I've always gotten takeout so I can't speak about the sitting and eating. I recommend anyone that likes tacos to try Taco Bell on Crosstown Road. read more

Went to get Taco Bell to get 5 bean burritos for a quick dinner tonight, disappointment is a understatement to say the least. I don't know if the owner of this franchise either is non existent or he/she just doesn't care, but he/she needs to know about this. We spent $13.85 for 5 horrible bean burritos. She said oh well order at the kiosk, and that's what I did, not knowing it was going to be this disgusting and beans weren't in it at all. This franchise owner should be stripped of this franchise. i went to Taco Bell tonight with my family and when i asked about the avacado ranch sauce that is green color I was told that it did not exist and when i got to the window the food was cold and the sauce wasn't right so we went back through and the lady at the window tried to tell us the sauce that i get from Taco Bell every time doesn't exist and proceeded to laugh and act like what i was asking for didn't exist when it was on the poster next to her .as well as had a bad attitude and the sweet tea was so bad mother in law had to go to McDonalds to get tea. Did you know taco spliffs are a thing? The way the employees are consistently outside smoking cigarettes you'd think it's a new secret menu item! I rolled up at 9:30 to solve the hunger pains in my stomach only to get rudely turned away. For the love of God, the place reaks of apathy, filth and stolen dreams! Get to the drive through and the machine states taco bell is closed! Closed!? Its clearly open so I go to window, confirm and wait on line AGAIN. Order food, wait forever & receive "food". Get home and all the taco's are only filled at best 1/4 of the way (pics to follow ) combined them and still didn't equal a full taco. $14 for essentially 3 tacos. If taco bell wishes to concede to Del Taco then just close the doors and stop stealing from hard working people!!!! read more

Just got back today, I ordered on the app to be picked up at the drive thru, they are supposed to make it when you pull up, but they had pre-made my order from an hour earlier!!!! Do NOT waste your time at this place. Employees seem as though they do not want to work. Hours are not accurate and when we came during business hours. 2 female employees were sitting outside smoking and yelling " we closed" "we closed" . While another employee was sitting inside. It was a almost half an hour before there listed hours for closing time was. How is a restaurant closed within business hours and Employees are just sitting around. I went thru drive thru and ordered a #6. 2 chicken chulupas, a soft taco, with diet pepsi and a nacho bell grande. Drive thru girl was very unprofessional talking to someone else that she was playing around with instead of doing her job. Get up the road to my motel and i am missing the soft taco. I placed an order through DoorDash for breakfast. They called me to tell me they do not have any hashbrowns. I said, ok make it without hashbrowns. Then the manager said she does have any saudage or bacon. I said ok, make it without the meat. She then said well we dont have any eggs either. I said, " So why are you selling breakfast" and her response was we dont do breakfast no more. Then why did you all take my money for breakfast items? I called to speak to a manager only to be told "First of all I dont care about no breakfast..." etc etc and ending up getting cursed out by the manager, hung up on, and blocked just for asking why they are taking peoples money for breakfast but not serving breakfast. Three different times thru the drive thru in four months span, no sauce packets after requested, chicken burrito not edible do to chicken fat, Mexican pizza burnt and tomato's tasted rotten. Tortilla hard to chew. Tacos were soggy and my husband couldn't eat them because the meat soaked thru the shell after a five min car ride. Rude at the drive thru, if you don't know what you want as soon as you pull up they give attitude and keep asking if you are ready every 20secs. The degree to which the employees here are absolutely useless is baffling. We repeated our order 3 times to make sure they got it right after waiting 30 minutes once we got stuck in the states slowest drive through. They managed to forget over half our order. Most of staff is extremely rude and produce marginal food. Recently 2 members of staff were rude and argumentative when the store was not able to take debit cards nor a hundred for a $40 transaction. Thankfully at least one bright functioning person managed to problem solve by making change from safe. Original 2 employees were furious at what they had done... sad state really.... Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure of mine. I love it. This place is terrible. I ordered 2 crunchy burritos + jalapenos. I got 1 burrito without. I guess they only charged me for 1 burrito, but I was charged extra for the jalapenos. I told them no worries about the second and that I would order something else when I get finished. I finished my burrito, informed them that the burrito had not jalapenos and that I would have a crunchwrap supreme. There was almost no meat, it was just slopped on in a non-uniform manner, sour cream was all on one side and lettuce on the other. This is the third try I have given it. Every time was horrible. I will drive to Newnan if I really have to have Taco Bell. Apparently the one here doesn't care. Some people should definitely be fired as this is the lousiest atmosphere I have ever seen in a Taco Bell. Such a shame. read more

We always order the 12 pack and quesadillas. If you ask me, it's better than any Mexican restaurants in the area and they have frozen fruit drinks that are yum specially the frozen pink lemonade one. Also they are fast, friendly, polite, and clean! Do you ever notice they have health score 100? Yes 100! Now look at other place scores.
