I think this might be the worst taco bell in my experience ever. I visited tonight. The drive thru cashier was not helpful, not nice, and not competent. I'd tell you her name but she didn't give me a receipt. I said please and thank you while ordering, she refused to return the courtesy. It's courtesy if we're just strangers on the street, but we're not on the street, she is at her job. Is it too much to ask to get a thanks, have a good day? I said it for free, and it was easy, I didn't even have to practice. Everything was thrown around in the bag. Taco Bell is no longer cheap. It is an over priced wanna-be Mexican food. I only go here when it's after 11pm and no where else to go and eat. It has been years since I ate inside their dining room. Ordered 2 mango freezes, they don't have them anymore, so we got blast freezes-they were perfect. Chicken quesadilla was delicious and the 5 layer burrito was ok. Most of my visits to this "fast food" establishment are any but but fast. The food is mediocre at best (even at Taco Bell standards), there is always a line of 5-6 cars in the drive through in addition to the 1-3 cars waiting on food in front of the building after paying. This Taco Bell has had a now hiring sign posted for the 2 1/2 years. I've lived down here. The slow drive-through just proves they are severely under man. Note: the tactics used in the drive through are very frustrating at many drive through establishments -- a way to make it look to corporate like they have speed and efficiency, when in fact they just hide the slowness. read more

Had a LARGE order, ordered on the app, arrived to a circle of cars, drive thru was relatively slow, but the order was correct to a T, many sauces, only issue was no baja blast so we received regular Mountain Dew, it was ight. Overall rating four stars and 8/10, lost one point for being slow, and employee was a little snarky but I get it. 8 points for food looking good, and order correct. Bag was so heavy so props to the employee for getting it through that window safely into our car. This has been the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! I placed a large order for 5 people, and the total came to just under $60. The food didn't take long to get, but we were only up the street from this Taco Bell at the Stingers Open Mic comedy night at Spice & Spirits. Literally everyone's order was incorrect, and food was missing from our order. The soft taco in my photos is almost paper thin! The girl that took our order was super nice, it's just sad that this is how the food looks. Sad, soggy and not worth the $$$. There wasn't a line in the drive thru either, but you could tell that none of this food was made "fresh". I will not go back, and would recommend to find another Taco Bell and actually go in to order. I am just astonished at how my order was so messed up! read more

I've been here a lot because it's the nearest one to me but there's about a 50/50 chance they'll mess your order up. The employees here are incompetent. I've even come here one time and there was a hand written sign on the door saying the lobby is closed because they didn't have enough employees, even though there was a person walking around in the lobby literally doing nothing but wiping the tables. I've never seen anything like this place. They either need to hire more people or just don't serve late night because every time I come through at night takes me a good half an hour to get my food. Ever since I started adding apps on my phone, I'm hitting up a drive thru more and more. The only exception is that once Taco Bell opened up their lobby - I go in to eat because if I drive while eating, my clothes get more of my meal than I do! I always order individual items, not meals bc I'm too picky about Mexican food. I always get some type of chalupa with extra steak, sour cream, shredded cheese and I think it's a type of spicy ranch/avocado sauce. That's it, no tomato and no lettuce bc if I want a salad, I'll go to Ruby Tuesday! Then I get the crunchy cinnamon twists & a Sierra Mist. It costs more ordering it that way but I'm cool with that. The only thing that I kick myself about going there is I freaking forget about the app on my phone. I go about once a week inside & should probably have some free items by now but it's still at zero! My McDonald's app was most recently at 15,000 but I've chopped that down! The staff has just always been so friendly at this Taco Bell. I know they appreciate my business! read more

I know most fast food places naturally have a lower rating just because people are picky and only write a review when things are wrong, but this is honestly the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. I have been stationed here at the base nearby for over a year and have never once had my order correct. The only reason I continue to go is because it is convenient, and get a reminder every time of why I say I won't come back. The staff is lazy and rude. I've driven up with the smell of pot coming from the drive thru window on a few occasions. The food comes out looking like it was literally just thrown together in a wrapper. They also just make up whatever hours they want or they will feed you some line about how their systems are down. Everyone I know jokes about how you only use DoorDash to eat here because you know they will jack up your order and will get it for free on DoorDash. It's a real shame, because it is in the perfect place to be a very profitable location, but they need a complete overhaul on this place. There can't be any form of managerial oversight at all from a regional or district level. Might as well close this location down, because you would honestly get better service staring at an empty building than what you get now from here. read more

Holy crap - who's up for an AM Crunch-Wad? I went to get my AM fav this morning, and my wrap looked like a wadded tortilla ball... Like a piece of paper you crunch tightly to fade to the back and shoot for 3 points into a trash can. The lady who took my order was stuck on hot mic. I could hear her, her manager and the cook. Apparently, ordering an iced tea at 7 AM is batsh*t crazy. Bad on me, I didn't know I was part of a group called "Who do dat?!" At the window, I wasn't offered napkins... Hot sauce... Or my OJ I ordered. I was just handed a bag with a large round cue-ball like object in it. I told the lady her mic was on.. She looked petrified. We usually go here only because we live a block away but today just made me decide not to come back. We ordered 4 of the new Quesalupas and was given Quesaritos instead. After being nice and telling them they messed up and didn't give me a receipt, they were giving me some issue about exchanging. I even offered to give the old food back. After I finally got the food exchanged, they quesalupa shells weren't even heated up! They were COLD!! As if they had just gotten taken out the fridge or cooler. Tired of complaining today and tired of their TERRIBLE service. Just came to this location, went through the drive through at 12:00am. We ordered the nacho party pack but forgot we didn't want jalapeños. There were a few cars in front of us but none behind so we backed up to the speaker to ask if it was too late to not include the jalapeños. The guy responded with "wow" in a rude tone and I told him if it was too late it would be okay. He ignored me and said to pull around.
