This Taco Bell is filthy and employees are either incompetent or severely undertrained. Couldn't find a clean table and restaurant was not full so it's not like we were visiting during a time that was so busy it made it a challenge to clean between patrons. Waited over 25 minutes for our order after asking twice when our order would be up. Another gentleman said he'd been waiting 45 minutes! Kitchen appeared to have 5-6 employees working so I have no idea why they couldn't get food out in a timely manner. After finally receiving our food, we could hear one of the employees yelling at new customers walking in and telling them it would be at least a 30-45 minute wait for food so they should probably leave and go somewhere else!!! Who ever worked on 11/23 at around 1 a.m. needs to get it together. Me and my friends went there and tried to get our food. They messed up so many times it was honestly ridiculous. We didn't get a lot of the things we ordered and we even reminded them multiple times. I don't suggest this location for Taco Bell. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Which is a rare occurrence. Before I get any further or sound like a hater, I would like to say they were probably just understaffed, and had the utmost manners on the speaker, telling me the wait time and all. But that's the only good part. We waited almost an hour on a weeknight, when they shouldn't be that busy, and when they should be prepared for the midnight rush/ third shift. This restaurant was very dirty. The restrooms were covered in some type of black sticky liquid and the floors hadn't been mopped in days. The men's restroom was closed so men and women had to share the one restroom. Finally, when I ordered, they were out of Cinnabon delights. I waited 25 minutes to get my food and ended up getting a refund. There were still 4 people ahead of me. All I wanted was a bean burrito and a nachos bellgrande. read more

I live locally and this is the only Taco Bell I go to!! I leave in Pigeon Forge. The one on the parkway is fantastic!! The employees there have the best attitude and personality. Especially in these times during Covid-19!! I know from experience that some of these tourists are not nice and can be assholes! But they do a great job and are very kind! Waited on a long drive thru line because the location says dining closed eventhough the website states both drive thru AND dine in are open. Line is out to the street so it takes 30-40 minutes to even order. I specifically made sure to say CHEESE quesadilla because it usually gets mixed up with a chicken one and being that i can't eat chicken I wanted to double check. I pay for the food, don't receive a receipt and drive home. After getting back I open the quesadilla and see it's definitely a chicken quesadilla. I call tacobell to see if there's a way to simply refund the quesadilla because it's not what I ordered and the person who picked up the phone rudely answered no "absolutely not". They offered to remake it, if I drove all the way back but there was no way for me to do so. But for there not to be a way to get a refund is crazy, I've never heard of this before. Regardless never had a tacobell experience like this, and won't be returning. read more

The Food was fresh and good, but the service sucked. There was a female midget that took our order and was extremely rude, crude, and lacked tact (even threatening a girl in our group) at one point...I was floored. She really gives this Taco Bell a bad wrap, especially for vacationers. It must have given her some kind of power to stand on her box to reach the cash register. read more

As my elderly parent had to ask what the slushy flavors where, they said it to us so fast we could not really hear it, we asked again they talked to us like we was 3 years old and in a very rude way. We went to rod run this weekend and my daughter has Celiac disease so there are only so many places we can eat. We were on a tight schedule so we went to taco bell because we know she can eat their power bowls. The dining room was closed so we walked through the drive thru, we were in it for almost 5 minutes and no one said anything to us while we were. We got to the box and no one said anything for at least 3 minutes, the gentleman behind us asked if we wanted him to pull forward so it would register. They knew we were there because when I made the order the girl on the mic said it's the woman standing in line, which she still hadn't said anything to us about not being able to serve us through the drive thru or that they have a mobile order that they will bring out to you if you make it. Her manager got on and started telling at us to get out of his drive thru we were a safety hazard, still not giving us any other option to get my child food that wouldn't make her sick.i tried to explain our situation to them to which he told me he didn't give a f*#@ and to get out of his drive thru. The nice man behind us ordered our food for us, which they gave us smaller drinks than we paid for and put food in her bowl she was not able to eat, all on purpose. Considering how much my family eats at taco bell's they will never get our business again. And as a manager at a fast food restaurant myself I was appalled by the way the manager handled the situation and would have fired him on the spot for cussing at a customer. read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with Taco Bell. Granted I did come in with a big group of humans, but they had 3 employees working back in the kitchen. One of our humans waited an hour and 40 minutes to get her food. I will never come back here with a group of humans again, or by myself. read more

This was the worst Taco Bell ever. The wait for our food was at least 20 minutes and we only ordered 2 tacos and 2 drinks. The woman at the counter was impolite. A customer came in and waited at the counter for service while she swept the floor. He finally LEFT after she told him she would be right there five times and took at least 10 more minutes cleaning the floor. The bathrooms were filthy with toilet paper all over the floors. Finally got to drive thru window to pay she was again rude no hello hi or acknowledgement other than in a hateful manner demanded my money. Food finally arrived and she literally threw it at me. This Taco Bell is not only slow and unprofessional, but they closed over an hour early because they didn't want to risk their safety in very light rain. While I understand not wanting to drive home in unsafe weather, coming from a town where several days of the week are filled with a very heavy down pour, their is no excuse to turn away several people because you are afraid to get your hair wet. If a business truly wants to keep a good name, they will work even if it means they have to work till closing. I normally don't leave these types of reviews, especially when showing up towards the end of the closing hours, but Taco Bell is advertised as a place that will satisfy you whether it's 12 pm or 12 am. Definitely disappointed I would rather go eat at the ghetto Taco Bell that never gets an order right then have to be told they can't handle their job. If you're not equipped to handle an rushes, whether expected or not, then fast food jobs are very far out of your expertise. I hate to even give it a one star. Placed my order, ask for extra sour cream on both the Burrito Supreme and soft shell taco. Both of them had a dab the size of a dime; I was charged extra for the sour cream, so I take the ticket to the counter and bring it to her attention. She tells me that she put extra sour cream; I tell her, there is hardly any on the two items and she then stands there and argues with me that she put extra sour cream. When I ask if I can get some more sour cream she says "yes but I will have to pay for it". I ask her name and instead of getting it; the manager brings me a container of sour cream at the end of my meal. NOT needed then. I have never had anyone to argue with the customer. IS not the customer always right? I will never eat there again. read more
