Restrooms were super dirty and when I tried to tell the manager on shift(we stopped by 8 pm) - she gave me a look like she didn't care. This is by far the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. The staff didn't even care if you were standing at the counter they would look at you and keep walking by. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and when we did it was wrong. You would think if it's gonna take them 30 minutes to fix your food it should give them plenty of time to read the order right but apparently not. Once we asked them to fix it we waited another 15 minutes just to find out they gave it to the wrong person. The staff were working as slow as possible and the whole 2 hours we were there the owner was in there yelling about how they failed their last 2 inspections. Love Taco bell, but we have had to walk out of the indoor service at least 3 times due today no one waiting on the counter. They seem to favor drive through, and yes employees and managers saw us standing at the counter. So we decide that in order to try again, we'll go through drive thru. Food was sloppy in the bag, they tried to give me the drink for the order behind me. My food was missing the toppings. It's a shame. Taco bell has great food. honestly this is the worst customer service experience i have ever witnessed. Elijah was working the window around 11:20pm last Sunday night. (9/3/2023). when we pulled up to order our food we told him the very first part of our order and he reacted very rushy and rude. he kept saying "okay anything else?" very rudely after everything we said. he then told us pull around. when we got to the window you could obviously tell he was having a bad day which i also work in the food service industry and i do understand bad days. i had just got off from a 12 hour shift so i was also very tired. as we were waiting on our order he yelled at the car behind us. when he gave us our food i checked to make sure we had everything in the bag before pulling off which i always do and he said "is everything in there? is everything in there?" OVER and over again as i was still looking. so i pulled off and when we were pulling off he comes out to the front parking lot still being very rude and when i tell him how rude he is being for no reason he proceeds to say " YOU ARE THE PROBLEM NOT ME" and walks inside. i have never had such a horrible experience with drive throughs as i do at this taco bell. i will never come to this location again and i hope that management/ corporate reads this and fires this employee. read more

Every employee seems to be stoned off their gourd, which is fine I guess if you can at least give me my microplastic-infused pseudoburrito the way I asked for it. My order has not been right one out of the 30 times I've been here (I am a forgiving and optimistic individual.) But as soon as I got to the drive through and asked for my order they said they were OUT of breakfast. During breakfast hours and they are out of breakfast?! This place seriously needs some new management if they aren't prepared to serve breakfast for the required hours. They should update the app as well to let you know when they are out of something. Went through the drive thru, had to pull up and wait 10 minutes or so (ordered two meximelts and a burrito supreme, so fairly simple) got the food and it was ice cold, and they gave me the wrong sauce.
