Tonight ordered the Discovery Luxe Box for delivery from TACO BELL in Port Orchard. It had a soft chicken taco that smelled like motor oil and had some weird bad taste. Plus it was too spicy hot. The box also supposedly had a crunchy taco supreme. It had no tomatoes and NO cheese and no sour cream. It was also too spicy hot! The Luxe box also had a massive burrito thing that was all greasy on the outside and whatever was inside was way TOO hot(spicy ) for me to take a second bite. I want a refund!! Since when does Taco Bell make their food so spicy hot?!? Oh there were these cinnamon twist things and they were very tasty but I wouldn't pay $20 for them I also ordered Nachos with 3 blended ccheese. I that would be the cheese like in a taco or Mexican pizza only melted. That liquid goo in the Nacho dip is not cheese. Its some liquid chemical and it is just horrible. The tiny dribble the sour cream on top of the cheese dip wasn't bad but the dip was on fire in a bad way. Out of this whole order I could only eat the cinnamon twists. I'm still hungry. Woman can't live on cinnamon twists alone. I've been enjoying Taco Bell since 1972 and have had it in Denver, Co, Council Bluffs Iowa, Omaha NE, St Louis MI, Pearl City Oahu Hawaii, El Cerriito CA, MORAGGA CA, Martinez, CA, CONCORD CA, Alameda CA, Berkeley CA, Silverdale WA and Port Ochard, WA So I know what things from Tacio Bell are supposed to taste like. Food is barely passable, has gone SIGNIFICANTLY downhill over the last year. They will try to pimp extra meat, sour cream and add-ons for literally EVERY item you order. What is the individual at the drive up working that day and he asked me to place my order which I did then the next thing he said was "what's that"? I repeated my order and of course they try to upsell you on 1000 different things he told me the total I drove up to the window he stared out the window at my dog no smile no hello nothing just sad the amount took the money from me handed me the receipt. He then handed me the bag of food and I asked for hot sauce. He grabbed a handful and slammed it into my hand, and I do mean he slammed it into my hand, and I just looked at him, and I said thank you and all he said was "Yup". I simply love Taco Bell. They have numerous vegetarian options since they added black beans as a substitute for meat products. I love the new cheesy bean burrito as well as the black bean crunch wrap supreme. The only issue is they struggle to find workers and are sometimes slow, but TB is the number one fast food restaurant for me! read more

I've been to this Taco Bell a handful of times. I placed my order in drive thru, paid and drove home. We arrived home and discovered our order was completely wrong. I live too far away from this location to drive all the way way back to retrieve the correct order. I called the store, spoke to the manager and explained my issue. She was already aware of the mix up, and offered to take care of my order the next time I ventured to this location. The day had come, pulled up to the drive thru and advised the employee of our mix up during a prior visit. Staff was able to verify, by checking a log book which had my name and order written down. I also order ordered additional menu items. The manager had taken care of the additional items I ordered as well. If there is an issue call and voice your concerns, this location provides excellent customer service. read more

I don't usually rate corporate fast food places, but I have to acknowledge the improvement in customer service at this Taco Bell. Hopefully, it's because the workers are getting paid better wages. If not, they SHOULD BE!! Everyone was very friendly and efficient. I was thankful to see such professionalism--especially on a busy night. My order was repeated back to me, including the substitutions (always a plus). The drive-through worker was also kind--even when I had to add chips at the window (for a family member who texted me late). This crew is awesome and deserves a raise! read more

I love Taco Bell and their food has never given me any issues, but I just had the most disgusting experience in the drive thru of this location. I have been a service worker in the past so I hate to write bad reviews but their management needs to do something about this. My husband and I were getting food in the drive thru and when we were at the window waiting for our food to be ready there was a worker who repeatedly was telling his coworker that he is sick loud enough for me to hear from the passenger seat of my car. He said he took a whiskey shot to help with the sickness (i dont care if he took a whiskey shot, I'm just providing what I heard) and said that he was sick so many times that if we had gotten our food faster and were able to leave any quicker, several customers behind us could have also heard him talking about it. We heard him coughing a few times too. The management either needs to tell their workers to go home when they are sick or tell them to keep their mouths shut about it, especially around customers. Like I said I have been a service worker in the past and I would have NEVER let a customer hear that I am sick when I am handling food. Having visited a few Taco Bells in the area over the last several months, I have to say that this one is absolutely as good as it gets. Out of quite a few visits, I've only once had them forget an item in an order (and it was a minor item). Their prices on some items are *considerably* lower than, for instance, the Taco Bell 10 miles up the road in Bremerton. Everything I've gotten at this location has been well made, hot, and fresh. The drive-through moves right along -- I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, even when there were several cars ahead of mine. And they seem to always have the app turned on for mobile orders (not all locations do). Even if fast food restaurants everywhere -- presumably including this one -- weren't struggling with labor shortages, I'd still rate this location very highly. Under present circumstances, I'm actually pretty amazed that they do so well. Kudos! read more

Visited two weekends ago. Haven't been eating out often due to the pandemic, but I figured I would make an exception. I ordered online with the Taco Bell app. When I got to the intercom, I noticed my order had been sent to the Silverdale Taco Bell. I did have location settings enabled, and was in the parking lot of the Port Orchard Taco Bell when I placed the order. I explained to the attendant the situation. As I had already been charged for the app order, I asked if they could recall it, refund it, or transfer it. I was told no, I would have to go to Silverdale for that order. I then attempted to order the same food again, and would just pay twice. I was told one of the items I ordered was only available through the app. I asked if they could make it anyway, considering. I was told no. I emailed one of the managers of Orchard Foods, the franchise owners, the next day. That was over a week ago, now. I received no reply, no apology, no thanks for the feedback. At this point, I won't be eating at any Taco Bell of KFC owned by Orchard Food. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. read more

I've ordered here 3-4 times over the past month. My order has been wrong every time. If I order a few taco supremes, they are all supremes. Last night I was missing items. I went back to get it corrected, and the remake was wrong too. Third time they finally got it right. I usually don't go back to get it corrected, and when you order a taco party pack, it's impossible to check all the items before leaving the store. Every time I go through the drive-in at this newer Taco Bell, they get my order wrong. I have ordered carefully in person, emphasizing my need not to have tomatoes put on my food due to allergies. When I get home, there the tomatoes are. This has happened every time since they opened. So I ordered using their online system, making sure I selected the option to leave the tomatoes off each item I ordered. Get home, and there they are again, as well as not receiving options for which I had paid extra on my partner's food. Because if this, the most recent time we ordered from here, I asked my partner to please go inside and order, again informing them of my allergy. He did so and happily came back out with a bagful of food. "Did you check it?" I asked, and he said he had not, so we pulled over in the parking lot and checked it in the car. Once more, there were tomatoes on everything I had ordered. I know no one working at this Taco Bell, so it isn't as if I had enemies there. I have no idea whatever why this particular Taco Bell so readily ruins my order. This last time, my partner walked back in and requested they make again every item they had made inedible, and watched as they did so. Only this enabled me to have food without tomatoes from this Taco Bell. The service is mostly efficient and occasionally friendly, and the restrooms have been clean the most recent times I have been in them, which earns them a second star, but if you order something different from the formulaic way to prepare it in *any* way, prepare for your order, too, to be other than what you wanted. read more
