Joke of an establishment here in Princeton. I know its taco bell, but even to the taco bell standards, this place is below the low. I really wanted support the local business but honestly when you have people coughing while taking our order, and coughing into the bag when checking your order - it is not a place to go. First off my many experiences have been - terrible and dry food, second my order is always wrong. Avoid this place, and go to one of the newer establishments in Princeton. Worst service. Never been to worse fast food place. Can't complain to the store, number goes to fax machine. There was 2 cars ahead and I sit in line for 10 minutes before I could order and then I get can please wait. I told them no I waited long enough and they laughed. Close to home, tons of cheap options and in the case of this location very pleasant associates and quick service.

This is one of the taco bells that gives you the more taco and tortilla shell than real ingredients treatment. Everytime I give them a second chance to get it right, they still skimp on everything but lettuce. I wish a Taco Casa would come to Princeton and put this crappy store out of business. Someone up there needs to learn how to count and others need to pay more attention to the order. Twice now I have ordered the 12 taco box and only received 11. Have also had my order wrong on a couple of occasions, but good luck trying to reach them by phone. No one ever answers. read more

I ordered inside to make sure they didn't mishear my order and I even checked the receipt after paying to ensure they got all my special requests (such as adding sour cream). Tried 3 different sodas while I waited and all of them were flat and gross so I poured all of them out and switched to water (but still had to pay for the soda). When they called my name to give me my food, items were missing that I ordered and paid for. Then when I got home, my order was incorrect. I ordered 2 beefy nacho grillers which I asked for them to add sour cream to, and added that I wanted extra extra sour cream on top of that. I checked the receipt and sure enough they added my request for sour cream so they heard me and entered it, but there was ZERO sour cream on either of the 2 burritos. I ordered a steak power burrito for my husband and they gave us a chicken one-and it was tiny and very thin with hardly any meat or toppings on it. I also ordered a Doritos taco supreme with extra sour cream, and there was NO sour cream on that either. My husband didn't even eat these two items because they were not what he ordered, so he moved on to his chicken quesadilla. The CHICKEN quesadilla literally had NO CHICKEN on it what so ever except for one piece that had ONE tiny chunk of chicken (see pictures attached). I ordered extra sour cream AND extra jalapeño sauce on the chicken quesadilla, and there was not only no extra of either, but there was BARELY any sour cream or jalapeño sauce at all. Again, I checked the receipt and sure enough it says "chicken quesadilla extra sour cream extra jalapeño sauce," so again, they heard me and entered it but I didn't get what I ordered or paid for. On top of that, the "quesadilla" was about as thin as a nickel. We posted pictures of how ridiculous the food was-which is the first time we have ever done that-because we have had so many bad experiences at this location that we simply couldn't just not say anything at this point. My husband even said "why do we go here we know it sucks, we're always ripped off, angry and still hungry after. We also received a ton of comments on the photos of our order from people saying they have the same problem with this particular location and that the orders are always wrong and the portions of meat and toppings are such a joke that everyone in the neighborhood refuses to eat at Taco Bell now. Which really sucks because we only have one in this city. So unfortunately we can no longer enjoy our favorite "go to" place unless we pass one in another city, and then our food would be cold by the time we got it home, so yea we just don't get Taco Bell anymore. So extremely disappointed...and frustrated that I wasted money there...and We are both still very hungry so gotta finish this post and head to taco delight instead! read more

I had the shredded chicken burrito. I like Taco Bell but, I did not like the shredded chicken in my burrito. The tiny pieces of "shredded chicken" were too small to really taste. Some of the rice grains were hard as a rock. Chewing them was like eating tiny little pieces of wood. Horrible place of service. The employees there are rude as hell and in a hurry while ur ordering at the drive Thur. Went there last night and let me tell you these employees and the manager need a BIG ATTITUDE change. It's rude when you slam the window on some one talking to you!!! No one told your rude a** to get a job!!!! Then you gotta watch your order cuz if not they put things you didn't order and overcharge you. Freaking ridiculous!!!! Oh and my food was so gross. We ordered the 12 taco box and got 6 tacos and 4 bean and cheese burritos but my burritos had no cheese. Wth I paid over 15 dollars for crap food and didn't even get what I paid for. I didn't call back because I figured as rude as they being in the first place why call to get more ATTITUDE for young kids who need to learn RESPECT.. even the manager last night. Just left this place. Very unsatisfied! Instead of making more steak to put in my Flatbread sandwich, they decided to try and spread it out to look like it was filled. Likewise with my loaded potato griller. Literally 3 cubes of potatoes in the whole griller and the rest cheese and sour cream to give it volume. Very disappointed! Omg, what has happened to this place . A bunch of kids playing . They had a truck backed up to the dumpster . It was a tan Chevy . While I was making the order they basically did a donut pulling out . Three employees got out of the truck . There was music playing while they took my order witch made it hard to here them .
