My husband and got the California burrito and he said it was just ok, didn't have much meat but had a lot of the other stuff. I had a chicken chimichanga with a queso topping. The cheese sauce was overwhelming, and the wrong type. It was a yellow cheese sauce thay I wouldn't even want to dip chips in. We got the kids the Texas Nachos with ground beef. The same yellow cheese sauce that was on my chimichanga is what was on the nachos. My kids didn't eat the nachos and ate my rice instead. They usually like nachos so I'm not sure what they didn't like about these nachos. The food was served in to go boxes even though we were eating in. We were not provided napkins or utensils. Hidden gem located in east McKinney off 380, first time diner and will definitely return. We enjoyed tacos al pastor and barbacoa. This is not Tex-Mex this is authentic Mexican food. it is not fancy. And the prices are reasonable. My favorite is the Barbacoa tacos. It is tender and full of flavor. My second favorite is the Carnitas. It is also cooked as it should be with a little bit of crisp on the ends. The salsa is homemade and amazing to be drizzled over every bite. Wow....in a BAD way. Ordered beef nachos Togo for lunch. I had to drive 10 miles to get them. The chips were all stale and not fresh. The entire bottom of the container was filled with enough grease to kill somebody. You couldn't eat them.
