Good tacos this time but little fried bits were to be sweetened with sugar and cinnamon .. a dusting that made these morsels a blissful bit of heaven. But no.. sadly, the cook forgot the fine powder dusting of sweet, sweet sugar. Forget about the Fiesra Veggie Burrito .. it's a mash of beans, and even bits of tortilla shell. Slow ... SLOW service. I went today after seeing so many complaints on facebook after they opened. I decided to see for myself. Well my experience was fantastic!! The food was hot and fresh. The service was excellent and frankly super efficient. And I am extremely pleased. And think they have been able to turn things around d after struggling with a new crew. People just aren't patient anymore to give people grace. Congrats Taco Bell you're doing great!!! read more

I used the app for my order in Prineville Oregon. I ordered in addition to the regular items, several add-ons with *on the side* checked. Worker said they don't do sides; she added them to the burritos/chalupas/tacos. Not everybody wanted that in their dinner. I tried to show her the * on the side boxes I checked. She said well, she's never seen the app. Would be nice if I'd at least gotten my large drink that I paid for. Wont be back. read more

The lobby is closed, there are a minimum of 8 people working at the current moment. We ordered a craving box, 2 tacos and we've been waiting at the window for 45 mins after already paying. This is absolutely insane and the worst fast food service we've ever had. There is either horrible management on staff or a incompetent owner but either way this location is utterly unacceptable. The lobby is closed "why? Who the hell know" and the drive thru is is the slowest I've ever seen. The staff have no customer service or personality and the food is served sub par. Horrible location, they can't even keep their doors open because they can't handle a dinner rush. All staff is rotational by season and it doesn't matter who's working. I've been around cattle that has better work ethics and drive. Hi Folks I am a local Prineville resident and in the past I had some rough experiences there, the last rough one was around the time they got a new Manager, well, I left upset and when I came in a couple of weeks later the Manager bought my meal, I was blown away, anyway the food is the best now of any Taco Belle I have been to in a long time, sometimes the drive through gets hammered but it is because the food is so good, so I will wait when that happens, every item is Meaty and NOT Lacking in Taco Bell goodness, I have to say a friend of mine long ago owned every Taco Bell in Oregon, and the food here is as GREAT as I have ever seen. Went through the drive through, ordered 8 things. Got 4. Told them we were missing 4, they gave us 3. Then I had to say We are missing another one. Day Manager on Friday, June 10, 2016 could use a major attitude adjustment. Drive in speaker was fuzzy and I overheard driver in front of me complaining about their not hearing him correctly, etc. and when I pulled in to place order the gal's delivery was so rapid, you literally could not distinguish separate words. I asked her if she could slow down as it was impossible for me to follow. She deliberately and sarcastically slowed way down. I did not appreciate it, but was shocked at the dressing down I got from Manager when I pulled up to window to pay. I frequent this location several times a week, both late evenings (9pm) and early morning (8am). The regular week day staff knows me well. The only complaints are that the soda dispensers (drive thru) need to be cleaned more often. (I can taste it when they are dirty.) And a increasing amount of errors on my orders. The different shifts also prepare and ring up the (no longer on menu) beef burrito differently. Some will do a chili burrito with no chili sauce (I know how this is made and this is the cheapest way to order it.) Most prefer to charge me a bean burrito (1.49) with double beef prices (2 x .80). I do not order it at all anymore and frequent the place less now. read more

Stood at the counter for about five minutes waiting for someone to take our order, but no one was there and the ones who were putting together orders, including the guy doing drive-up, just ignored us. So I got one guy's attention and asked if someone could take our order. He shouted at someone towards the back of the kitchen, so I thought that would do it. Waited another four-five minutes. Nothing. They were busy filling orders (drive-up, I assume), but we were the only ones inside the restaurant. Just as we decided to go elsewhere, a girl with a sling on one arm appeared and I told her how long we had waited. She said sorry. No explanation. We left. Disappointed.
