Taco hell, a place on a scale from 1 being hating it to 10 if I died and went to taco bell I would be a happy person, a group of 10 people averaged an 8 with outliers being a 10 and a 5. The place is new, so it looks super clean inside. The staff was helpful although they seemed a little concerned when 10 people walked in. But they got the orders out without a problem. A friend of mine won a bean burrito! Food was up to taco bell standards, everything I could have hoped and dreamed for. The benches against the wall are not as comfortable as they look. Drive thru is extremely slow they hire pretty good employees just poor management and they aren't quick

I ordered online & had my daughter pick it up on her way home. The food is what you'd expect. Service was quick & friendly enough. But there's nothing more annoying, especially when you live 20 minutes away, than to get ready to eat and find that there's absolutely no sauce for any of the food. No packets, no red sauce, no nacho cheese,--- absolutely none. Even after I chose 14 packets & 2 red sauce on top of what should come with different items. I hate dry tacos. Disappointing. read more

In the last few months, I've experienced poor customer service at this location on several occasions. Once previous to this incident, I was asked to leave the restaurant to place my order at the drive thru because the dining room was closed, despite all the restaurant's doors being unlocked, and several other patrons being in the dining room. It was 8:49 pm, and I was in the drive thru waiting to place my order when my vehicle was approached by an employee. She told me that Imthey weren't going to be able to serve me because, by the time I got to the speaker, they would be closed, as they closed at 9 pm. As I angrily left, and drove past the entrance to the drive thru, another employee, who was placing cones behind the car at the speaker, hollered to me that they were closing. Needless to say, I left and happily gave my money to the restaurant across the street, which was clearly profiting heavily from Taco Bell's poor service, training and, what I can only assume to be, lazy staff. As a paying customer, I found this interaction incredibly rude. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I was completely shocked. Anybody who works in customer service, knows that this was absolutely the wrong way to handle the situation, and I'm sure their franchise owner, and company in general, would agree, especially when looking at their bottom line. read more

Most of there food is ok but I don't go there for the tacos . I used to go there for there fabulous taco salad, but they got rid of it 2 years ago. So now I just go there for Long John Silver's food. read more

Filthy. Extremely busy but claimed to be short of staff. I waited 29 minutes after ordering on their kiosk. Then didn't get my drink and no one would acknowledge me when I called them to give me a cup. Staff walked around in a daze. No urgency. Pay your people and you will get workers. Hire someone to clean. Condiment table was sticky. Worst Taco Bell ever. I will also never order at a kiosk again. No receipt yet. read more

Horrible service. They never get the order straight and either forget items or give you a completely wrong order. Also, you can wait in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell you they are out of beef and chicken. If you try to call beforehand to see if they have meat they won't even pick up the phone even if you call multiple times. I have been coming here for years and they still disappoint me every time. Horrible experience. Ordered from the mobile app. It gave me an option to pickup inside. Arrived right after I got the email however the doors are locked and the dining room is closed. Only option is to get into the drive thru line. Waited in line 25 minutes to get to the window. Had to repeat my name several times as they seemed confused about my mobile order. Then they weren't sure if I had ordered a drink. I already had paid for the order!!! Of course after that long the food was nice and cold. Very disappointing. I am done with this location. read more

Slow no customer service good place to stay away from if you looking for a place that get in and out for a quick meal

If I could give less than 1 star I would. It's 2:45 AM. Called at 2:34AM. Asked if they were still open. The guy on the phone said "yes, we are open until 3AM". Drove 16 miles for them to tell us they turned everything off early. If we called asking what time they were open until, why would you say 3Am if you're planning on closing early and are not able to provide any food. It's late and this Taco Bell is the only thing in the area that is SUPPOSED to be open. Girl over the speaker was extremely rude. read more

When i first moved here in 2016 this was a preety decent taco bell. Nothing special but since then to this day it has been HORRIBLE. Stale chips and the food is almost always cold. My orders are always somehow messed up and they are rude to me when asked to fix it. I suggest you find somewhere else to eat. read more

I work late so a lot of times this Taco Bell is the only place that is open. I've never once gotten a wrong order from them, which is a big change from the Taco Bell in my home town, where you wait for 40+ minutes and your shit is stone cold and wrong. I've never been in line for more than 15 minutes, even if it's backed up past the speaker. Everyone is very friendly and they don't judge me even tho I come here VERY often. The only downside is that apparently everyone that was fired from the McDonald's I used to work at now works at this Taco Bell. Seriously, I've seen like 4 or 5 of them in there, and it usually makes the time in the drive thru pretty awkward bc neither of us really wants to y'all to the other but I also need mild sauce and they never ask bc they want to get the interaction over as soon as possible. But other than that, this Taco Bell is seriously great. I would recommend it to anyone in the areas. read more

The food is great and all, the deep fryer didn't work one time, but there's just this one employee that works there at the drive in and I swear to god she's the most nicest person I've ever met. I just had the worst customer service here I've had ever. I had two orders on for 12.50ish another for 6.26 as a meal when I got to the window I handed the debit card for the first and a $10 dollar bill for the second order. The employee at the window insisted that I stated to put the $10 then charge the 2.50 something difference to my card which obviously makes no sense. I asked if they would fix if they insisted (manager included at this point) I just pay for the second order and wait for my food. I seeing no way this is my fault I now wanted a refund and they just wanted to argue. Really don't know what I got charged for on my debit card but I'm $10!down and refuse to go back to this location until serious management and employee efforts change sorry. This Taco Bell is is very average. You get your good in decent time, yet 2/3 times the order is wrong. Always pull in the parking lot and double check your order before you drive away. Lunch time is always busy so expect a wait. It's in a convenient location and is always an easy pick up for dinner. Not the greatest Taco Bell I've been to. read more

This Taco Bell is the worst I've ever seen. Worst costumer service hands down. They messed up my order once. I went Back to the drive-through and politely let them know that something was wrong and asked for it to be corrected. When I pull up to the second window three people stare at me with the nastiest look I've ever seen and handed me my food. Once again the order was incorrect. This was more wrong than the first time. The line was crazy long so I didn't want to go back to the drive-through to talk to them again so I tried ringing your phone and of course it wasn't even on. I've never ever had a problem with ordering this menu item from a Taco Bell or just this kind of service at a Taco Bell anywhere if you want Taco Bell definitely do not go to this location you won't have a good experience. And I'm not one to usually complain about fast food because I understand that they're always working hard and they're under a lot of stress so I think it's really rude to go there and yell at them for one little inconvenience but you do it multiple times and in the way that they did just didn't sit right with me. read more
