I came here at 10 after work and just wanted some tacos, nacho fries, and a dessert item. They completely didn't give me my dessert item AFTER CHARGING ME and were short with me at the register to get things moving along. We decided to split the Crispy Chicken Nuggets Deluxe Meal, a feast of decadence and excess: five crispy chicken nuggets with a choice of sauce, a crunchy taco, a Chalupa Supreme, seasoned fries, nacho cheese sauce, and a medium fountain drink. For the uninitiated, this is not just a meal but a ritual, a series of textures and flavors designed to challenge and satiate. I requested a Doritos Locos Crunchy Taco instead of the standard offering, a harmless substitution--or so I thought. As I placed the order, an employee who wasn't handling the register approached. He was an enigma of a man, his two-day stubble an ode to disarray, his eyes brimming with a wild, untamed knowledge. His voice boomed across the counter, echoing like a prophet issuing a decree: "We only have the Signature Bell Sauce." It wasn't a request, nor an apology--it was a warning. I nodded, attempting to convey my acceptance. The Bell Sauce would suffice. But the man was unmoved. He repeated his proclamation, louder, as if the air itself had resisted carrying his words. We placed the order anyway. I chose a Diet Mountain Dew as my drink, a decision made not out of desire but necessity. As a Diet Coke and Coke Zero loyalist, this was no small compromise, but it had nothing to do with the establishment. It was a personal cross to bear. When the food arrived, we discovered the Signature Bell Sauce was missing entirely. We had to request it, a minor inconvenience--but also an omen. Could it be that the sauce wasn't merely missing but intentionally withheld, a test of some kind? Or was it, perhaps, never meant to be delivered at all? The meal itself was as expected: warm, flavorful, and acceptable in every way. The seasoned fries were crisp, the nuggets delightfully fried, and the Doritos Locos Crunchy Taco as vibrant as ever. Still, I left the Cathedral Drive Taco Bell with a lingering sense of unease, as though I had witnessed something I wasn't meant to see, felt the brush of something cosmic and unknowable. No excuse for this. 8.99 for 3 Dorito locos tacos regular. 2 small pieces of beef, easily fit both on a spoon with room to spare. The rest lettuce with some shredded cheese. Staff is too busy playing with their phones to care what the food looks like. Parents be warned. The Staffs language is as colorful as the music they play in the kitchen. The staff here must not realize (or care) that their voices travel like a megaphone to the dining room. Every cuss word and snide remark are yours to "enjoy" here. Not sure what was harder to swallow, the lettuce taco or them making fun of the person ordering in drive through. Stop feeding these animals money. If they can't staff the restaurant properly then close it. read more

Very rude service. Went through the drive through and we had clearly stated over 3 times that we want 2 freezes and each time she said we said water. Baja blast Colada doesn't sound like a water :/ And then once at the window she was rude and didn't ask if we wanted a receipt nor even asked us what our order was, and then gave us one orange soda and told us to have a good day, but without the receipt and when we tried to sit at the window to let her know she messed our drinks up, she ignored us and pretended that we weren't there till we drove away, even though I saw them preparing our freezes behind her. We had to go back into the store to get our drinks. Our ticket says Melissa was the person who helped us and if so, then she didn't do a very good job. read more

We came here and our first experience was not that good. They mixed up the taco in the $5 box with the 6 others we ordered, not to mention we were missing 3 of the 6!!! Two female workers were arguing over who was going to be in the bathrooms to check their phones. The lady that took our order had an attitude and she was one if the girls arguing over the bathroom as previously stated. She had gone over there and started to argue over being in the restroom after her phone had went off. We will not be returning to this restaurant. read more

After going to this Taco Bell for almost a year, they are horrible. Can never get the order right, sloppy food, food only half made, crushed food, and horrible attitudes. I sat in drive thru tonight for over 7 minutes waiting for my food that was on the counter at 4.5 minutes. The drive thru guy was chatting with other coworkers who were in the lobby. When I asked for the nacho grande box, he rudely said that they don't have any chips for it. At 9 pm at night and you close at 1 or 2 am????? Make some more. My partner was a manager for Taco Bell and he doesn't want to go back to that one. There is one guy there that is always nice though. He always greets you by saying, "welcome to Taco Bell, how are you doing this fantastic evening?" I wish I knew his name because he has been the only nice one there. Management needs to fix the issues. Half the time they don't have their outside lights on at night either. I'm going to start going to the other one on Stumer from now on. This may be the worst Taco Bell in America. We ordered 9 items from the drive thru and all 9 were wrong. I asked for fire sauce and they gave me none. They did give me 6 sporks though, even though only one item needed a spork. When I went to go inside to have the items fixed they said I had to go back on the drive thru line. What!? Worse experience ever. Do not go there at night when this bitch name Trinity is working. She gave us attitude because we was trying to make 2 separate orders and tols us we couldnt. So i drove to the window and ask her why they couldnt do 2 separate order and she said its against policy which is bullshit because we always made 2 seperate orders. Then she said because of drive through wait time and to keep the customers happy. Mind you there was noone there but us at 12:30 midnight. So i told her that we are the only one here and she continued to give us attitude. We waited about 10 minutes before we got our food. She didnt come to the window but ended up having some dude bring us our food. I asked the dude for the girl name and he said it was april when clearly on the receipt it says trinity so i called him out and said he is a fucking liar and he just closed the window and laughed.
