The kids in ET 2 (white truck) the owners are nice helpful and happy to have customers If you see the white truck go to this truck and get GREAT burritos and tacos with a smile. I've worked in the food service industry my whole life- taking rude comments from customers and managers alike. I would say I have thick skin and I usually chalk it up to "they are having a bad day", but this was next level and Eddie is probably one of the most disrespectful people I have paid business to. Super disappointing for a local business. I understand he was probably stressed because it was a busy day, but it is no excuse, especially when someone has waited 60 minutes to support you. He wouldn't listen to me while ordering as I needed two tacos separated for people in our group who had to go. After yelling at me he still messed up the order. Eddie should take notes and utilize a simple pen and pad of paper for ordering, as his rude comments and inability to listen will cost him customers returning. read more

We ended up here by default. We spent about 40 minutes at another place and never did get the food we ordered so took off and stopped by Eddie's Taco truck. It was great! Good street tacos! Highly recommend! We nabbed a picnic table in the park right there and had an enjoyable lunch. read more

How can food so tasty come from a truck?! I don't get it. Typically, I think of food trucks as being unsanitary, but Eddie's Tacos was very put together. Clean and inviting. The serving size of my burrito was Huge, and sooo filling. The beef was actually steak -- not ground beef :) And whatever that sauce was that they put on it brought it to a whole new level of flavor. An excellent burrito. The only thing I can really complain about is that one of the ingredients in there was slightly cold. Not sure which one it was, but I tend to like my food steaming hot so it's probably not an issue for most people. Yummy food. Great prices. Extremely fast service. We just moved here from Colorado and my daughter loves this spot. I tried it for the first time today and was skeptical as I haven't had much luck with food in RC but Eddie's Tacos was amazing! My work had an event and had eddies taco catered it. The man who was taking our orders was extremely rude. I was looking at the menu as I had never eaten here before. He asked what I wanted and I said to give me a minute so I could look. He was very rude and said he only had 3 options and i needed to look at him not the menu. I said fine I would like chicken. He asked VERY SLOWLY as if I was dumb if I wanted cabbage and onion and I had to think if I was In the mood to have cabbage so he threw up his hands and told his co worker that he was done with me and to "handle me" as he couldn't. I later found out it was the OWNER of the truck who treated me and my fellow employees so rudely. I work 3 jobs and my brain is not always functioning quickly but I will not go back to this truck and I will never recommend it to anyone. Worst customer service I think I've ever had. First impressions are everything and you sir failed miserably. read more
