Everything came out piping hot and fresh! The salsa is so good and the queso is the best.

We went in for dinner, waited longer than usual to be greeted by the staff. Took longer for our water to arrive. Waited longer to place order. For arrived quickly and was hot, correct and plenty. Sadly it ended there. There was a chicken bone in the food, when pointed it out to the manager, we got told you ordered chicken. Not an apology or anything! My friend nearly choked on it and was clearly distraught and red from the coughing. Nothing. They didn't even offer any kind of condolences or discount. We were looking for a Mexican place to try while we were driving through. We should have kept driving! First, the chips are very generic! They have a very strong, odd corn flavor, unlike any we've ever had. Salsa was good. I ordered a seafood burrito. It was mostly onions and tomatoes. Very few shrimp or scallops inside (imitation crab was broiled on top). All of the seafood was tough and lacked any sort of flavoring. Zero cheese on it. My husband ordered a quesadilla fajita. He enjoyed his, but said it lacked flavoring, also. Both of us had rice and a salad on the side. Rice was, again, bland and while the salad was plentiful, it was obviously just slapped on the plate. My husbands had the core of the head of lettuce!! Service was amiss. While we felt the decor was that of other Mexican restaurants we've been to, the whole vibe was just different. first off 1 star is being nice if i could not put a star i would. got to the restaurant walked in no one was anywhere to be found went and sat at a table and server didn't even come to our table for at least 10 minutes their was only one server and the entire place was packed once we ordered she "forgot" my meal as i sat their and watched my entire family eat waiting for my food, food is gross shrimp tacos were under cooked, didn't get a single water refill the entire time we were their everything over all was nasty this place is dirty i don't recommend eating here especially don't bring your family here if you don't want to get food poisoning. read more

Hands down the best salsa I have ever had and I have had a lot of salsa. I had been wanting to stop in here for awhile now and I was not disappointed. The prices are fair and the food was great. We took awhile to decide on what to get because I wanted to try everything! We went on a Wednesday early evening so it wasn't very crowded but by the time we left it stared to fill up and I can understand why. If we lived in town we would probably be there once a week. I ordered the veggie quesadillas. I was very satisfied and and couldn't finish everything. My boyfriend ordered the Guadalajara Especial. I highly recommend this dish it came with a little bit of everything. My favorite was the pork tamale. Maybe this was why I couldn't finish my own food. The staff was also very friendly. It is difficult to find good Mexican food in this region. Dos Coronas has super tasty dishes similar to what I am used to from restaurants back home in California. They also have a variety of margaritas that pair great with the food. The service is fast and friendly. read more

Well, what can you say about another "just fine" Mexican restaurant in NE Ohio. There are a ton of places that serve reliable Tex Mex style food and I'm glad that we have these kinds of places around. Not everything needs to be fancy shmancy, and a basic place serving tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, etc. is great to have as an option. Wish I could offer more than 3 stars, but that's the high end of the range imho for a place that meets expectations. Give em a try if you're in the area. read more

It's decent Mexican. The salsa and chips arrived promptly and were warm. The Salas was very tasty, although very mild, however there were several bottles of Tapita on the table to spice it up. The steak fajitas were good and sizzling when they got to the table. The lunch portion was the size of a dinner portion. My daughter got the taco salad, and said it was yummy and she can't wait to get it again. Was it good? Yes. Would I go again when traveling to Ravenna? Absolutely. We had both beef and chicken chimichangas with rice and a chili relleno and everything was literally the best we've ever had. We had been going to Mi Rancho in the area more often because of their special's on Dollar Tacos on Tuesdays, and $5.99 Fajita's on Wednesday, but decided to get Dos Corona's again after awhile on a recent Friday. I ordered using their menu that was linked to their Facebook page as they don't have a website, and we stopped after work and picked it up. My entree for Fajita's had jumped $5 in price to $15 (which was similar to Mi Rancho's $5.99 special), and my GF was very underwhelmed by her burrito, as it was very small for $10 and she told me she likes the same one she get's from Mi Rancho better. It's a shame because we used to love this place, but there are just new options in the area that are less expensive. read more

I'm completely enamored with Dos Coronas. I don't get to go there often, only on my trips to or from Hiram, but their fajitas are seriously freaking awesome. I've had the Dos Coronas Grilled Cazuelada, which is a dinner for two, but I happily made 4 meals out of it at Hiram. The combination of the chicken, steak, shirmp, and chorizo was fantastic, plus it comes with two salads with guacamole and pico de gallo (because it's meant for two people, duh!). I also had what I think was called the Fiesta fajita when I went with my bro. It has chicken, bacon, and pineapple. Totally knocked my socks off. Seriously. This stuff was like crack and for a one-person meal, I had a hard time eating a third of it! The flan. The flan needs it's own paragraph to describe the explosion of amazing in my mouth. It was sweet and so flavorful and so creamy that I really think that instead of ordering fajitas, I should have just ordered four of the flan. And a tamale. read more

This is a wonderful little hole in the wall. Serves all the basic Mexican fare, but my favorite is Pollo Con Creama! Basic decor with tables that face the main windows. Staff is nice and helpful. Very clean, neat and friendly. read more

Ever time I have ordered a to go order they always rip me off and do not give me what I ordered! Example tonight I ordered the Guacamole Salad Beans and Rice the steakFiesta meal that is supposed to come with guacamole sour cream lettuce tomatoes and pico di gio and they didn't give me that just the steak and onions and green peppers as the 3 soft shells! I also ordered 2 other meals and the same thin! It was expensive and when I got home was once again disappointed by bad service for high price! read more
