We were there to order food to go. Tip: it's probably best to order by phone or online, because they do make everything fresh. We had about a 30 minute wait, which was okay, because it gave us a good chance to study the grocery store. The food is well worth the wait, too. We ordered birria tacos and a birria pizza. Like I said, I'm from California, and then my husband is from New Mexico. We have had... mixed experiences in getting authentic, flavorful Mexican food in Minnesota. This stuff? Legit. Generous fillings, lots of flavor. I'm sensitive to hot spices and this was at a perfect level for me--hot to my judgment, but the kind of pleasant hot that washes away when I have some water.
