Did on-line order tonight - 2 Homewrecker Bowls. Instead of bowls, they gave us 2 burritos and both were not more than a big glob of dough and "gluey". They put sour cream on my husband's and he hates Sour cream! There were only a few chunks of chicken and the rice tasted and looked like it was cooked days ago. The onions and peppers were barely cooked. This was possibly the worse meal I've ever had. They paid little to no attention to our order and the food was horrible. Solid 4x stars here, great choice of burrito bowl items, or just lite/no carb options throughout their menu. For sure, if you wanna get stuffed, they've got the options for it. Overall, friendly atmosphere when getting my pickup orders (got food from Moes at a variety of times in the day). Staff is always friendly and professional as well. At times the food can taste a bit stale towards the end of the day but overall not bad). Moderate pricing but quantity is appropriate! read more

Open and airy entrance. We were greeted upon arrival. Had an amazing Wednesday Quesadilla Special!! Unlimited chips and salsa for the Win!!! The kids ordered the special while we did the quesadilla with a few additions ....bacon / queso/ lettuce/ pico / and hubby got grilled onions. I was working in the area, so suggested to gf to get Moe's for supper. She gave me her order before I left in the morning (steak bowl..). I perused the app on my afternoon break and got our order ready. GPS said 12 minute drive from office, so placed the order as I walked out at 4:45. Server was bringing my order to the pickup rack as I walked in, so I handed her a couple bucks and left. I wasn't in a tortilla mood, myself, so I opted for a Homewrecker Bowl (chili crisp chicken, seasoned rice, black beans, pickled jalapenos, Poblano Crema, and guacamole). I don't know about home wrecker, but a diet wrecker! Plenty big portion for about $10, and flavors were spot on. Strangely, neither of our bowls had lettuce, but turns out that was a free option I neglected to add. Definitely back before I finish with this client. Preferred to Chipotle 100 to 1! read more

After my family and I had already scarfed down a couple handfuls of tortilla chips, we pulled out a very suspicious looking chip. The chip has a large area that is black/grey, but does not appear to be burnt. I have reached out to Moe's corporate and the local restaurant, and am awaiting their response. read more

Love me some Moe's! This was my second time going to this location in the span of two days and the foods been good both times but today I was checked out by the Black girl working here and she was very rude and rushy even though I was the only one in line and she didn't even make the food. Being a Black Man I know there's a lot of flack on social media and I've notice the shift in how BW tend to be more frictive with us in public. I just don't expect that when I'm spending money. Won't be returning to this location. My anxiety is too much to have to deal with people treating me like it's a bother that I'm SPENDING MONEY HERE. Lol read more

Friendly staff and good portions but it could be a little cleaner. I love the soda machine where we have a thousand options. They offer law enforcement discounts and very easy parking. Te hey do give less than chipotle but I prefer their sauce selection and that they give chips for free. read more

I have been a long-term Moe's patron for a reason. Their food is always very delicious and filling with a reasonable price point. They always have a special depending on the day of the week. One of the things I love most about Moe's is that they have a cilantro rice and a regular seasoned rice option. If you're anything like me and are absolutely revolted by the taste of cilantro you're in luck! Just a tip from personal experience, always look at the lettuce before ordering it. Despite most of the menu items being extremely fresh, the lettuce almost consistently has a brown tint to it. I'm not sure how this happens since they go through it so quickly, but it makes me a bit uneasy at times. read more

Monday, Nov 13 @ 4pm, there was nobody in line, no greeting from server behind the counter, beans were crusted over, black beans very little in the pan and pintos were full with juice slopped over into black beans. Gave my order and asked if they had fresh beans since they were crusted over. The server scooped down into the pinto pan and brought up fresh scoop and said there...want pinto or black beans. Honestly, with the attitude and the condition of the entire food bar I responded by saying...neither actually nor do I care to eat anything from this location and we left. read more

Moe's is definitely not the best Mexican joint that I've eaten at by any stretch of the imagine, but in Burlington it's about as good as it gets. Moe's is a mainstay for my friends and I for pretty much one reason: Moe's Monday. Every Monday you can get any regular burrito for 6 bucks. Not a bad deal at all. The burritos are huge, I usually only eat half at the restaurant and take the rest home as a snack for later. While I can't vouch for anything else on the menu, because I haven't tried anything else, the burritos are not bad for a chain restaurant. I like all the customized options they give you. Lettuce, tomato, cilantro, fresh jalapeno, guac, sour cream, cheese...pretty much anything you want on your basic burrito is there for the pickin'. I only go there on Monday's because it makes the most sense price-wise (normally things are a little on the expensive side for chain/fast food). But I have to admit that I look forward to my start of the week burrito fix, and Moe's delivers every time. read more

Nobody welcomed me when I walked in, but that's ok. I didn't plan my visit around making friends anyway. All I ask for is fast service (got it), affordable prices (got it) and delicious food (got it). What I love most about Moe's burritos are the chopped fresh jalapenos. Insert yummy here. The burritistas (I made that word up) always question if I really want that 3rd handful of peppers. Yessir, pile them on. I usually warn them that it will be a challenge to roll my burrito, because of all of the stuff I ask them to pile on. This was most likely my first and only visit to this location, I don't get up to those neck of the woods very often. The only reason I held back a star in my rating is because their wasn't a clean table in the joint. Their was someone sweeping, but not wiping. I live in the DC area, we have Moe's in the area but I don't go. I like the food but they are always trashed. It was nearing lunch and I was passing by this location driving from Atlanta to DC and thought it has been years, I would give it a shot. I open the door and start to go in when a girl says "sorry, we're closed." I look to the clock on my cell phone which reads 1056. "What time do you open?" I ask. "1100" she says. I squinted my eyes a bit to see if she's messing with me and glance to the cooks standing on the line. "Sorry" she says. They stand there, behind the counter, now 1057, as I find my way to Taco Bell. "WELCOME TO MOE'S!" shouts the staff when you walk in the door. This is the sort of thing that usually turns me off, but not so at Moe's. You order at a counter, picking your own ingredients for your meal. I HATE the stoopid names that the meals have. I mean HATE it, but what I get is always tasty and very filling. I try to take home half of what I order, but usually there isn't much leftover. The one complaint that I have is that the restaurant is LOUD. I am talking fish house loud. And the TVs are really, really annoying! I came to eat a yummy burrito not read the Fox News zipper. I'd probably eat here more often if it was closer. But the TVs have got to go. read more

I loved the bowl and if you guys heard of the little dilemma at Chipotle, I needed a new place to get a burrito bowl and Moe's didn't disappoint. I loved the layout of the restaurant and how there was a salsa bar and also that hi tech soda machine that all restaurants or eateries should have. Ate here once and wasn't impressed. The food was extremely salty --more than typical fast food, and wasn't that great. Staff were like drones and didn't care if they were there or not. Moe's is an insult to food. I've never been as bored by food as I was with Moe's food. The stuff is bland. Very bland. Not worth the money. My experience tonight: I ordered tacos and a burrito bowl. The surly teen behind the counter flop-slapped the cold tortillas onto the tortilla press and didn't leave them on long enough to actually get warm. Hooray, cold tortillas. Then, the restaurant was so loud that when the second teen behind the counter whispered "toppings" to me I had to ask him to repeat himself three times. Simply, the food sucks. Cold gummy tortillas, flavorless chicken, tepid beans. Even the salsa had zero flavor. The tortilla chips are even bland. No salt, no lime, no flavor, no bueno. I guess if you like big burritos with no flavor, this is a good place to eat. If you want better Mexican food, Target sells bags of Takis and they cost way less than Moe's. read more

Food was okay. Ordered Togo and my food was ridiculously cold. Find a way to keep it warm because I picked it up not too long after it was ordered. I ordered two sides of queso and when I got home I realized there was NO queso in my bag! Very disappointing because I paid for the side!! The food was all fresh as far as quality. I don't feel like I was given an adequate about of food in my big rice bowl. Tea is good, and customer service is good. I'm still mad about the queso mess up. That stuff is like $1.09 per small container. I would order from them again... just not using Togo. I need my food to be hot !!! read more

I am addicted to this place!!!!!! This is GREAT!!!!!!! It's like SUBWAY but for Burritos, Salads, Tacos and Quesadillas!!!!! Monday's is Moe Monday....any burrito with chips and drink for $5.55 and Kids eat free on Tuesdays with the purchase of an adult entree! My year old even loves it! I got my husband addicted too! But if you go, GET THE QUESO, on the burrito, salad....and ON THE SIDE. It's so good!!!!!! They also have the futuristic coke machine so you get so many choices of drinks!!!!! read more

Horrible service. I usually go to the moe's near where I work in Greensboro. This was my first visit near where I live in Elon. Horrible staff. They made disparaging comments during my order. When I asked for extra cilantro the female employee added two large handfuls of cilantro. Way too much. When I ordered my toppings like mushrooms and sautéed onions the guy said "that's a lot of extra toppings". Why did he need to say that? I will be calling the manager tomorrow. Normally have a great experience here but tonight the first employee we encountered should NOT work in customer service. She was an older lady with gray hair looked to be in about her 50-60s. Upon ordering we asked for half regular and half spicy chicken (which is usually not a problem at all) but she refused to do it unless we paid for double meat. As she's continuing to take my order she is too concerned about another employee putting double chicken on a customers burrito in front of us (which they asked for) but she said was too much. As we're trying to tell her what to put on the burrito she's trying to get the cashiers attention to charge the innocent child for triple meat when they only got double. After asking me the third time if I wanted rice and beans she slung my burrito across the counter to the next employee. We all three made eye contact in disgust of her TERRIBLE customer service. Unfortunately we could not locate a manager to discuss our issues however some form of action needs to be taken. I feel she should be removed from direct contact with customers. read more
