Waited in the drive thru for my food for an hour smh! This is not good service I wouldn't recommend going here.

Beautiful, big brand new building. BUT--Slow service. Lots of staff making orders but no one greets us for 4 full minutes at 6pm. Only 1 other couple dining in. Later while eating our tacos we hear 2 customers trying to get the attention of any staff member. They say they waited soo long for someone to take their order in person that they ordered online while standing there and the people were making their order in that moment instead of greeting anyone. I occasionally eat at the Elm Ridge Taco Bell, and it's the only location I will go to now because I've found it normally has the best service. I always get the chicken bowl - not sure what it's called these days... power chicken bowl? cantina? Whatever, it's usually pretty good. On February 15, I went to the Drive-thru and received fast, pleasant service. When I got home and opened my food container, I found that the amount of food in the bowl was considerably less than I had previously experienced. I wasn't horribly upset, because it's almost become the norm that businesses in general are cutting back. My complaint, really, is about the chicken. Was it even chicken? The "meat" was mushy, fatty, and didn't even resemble chicken. So disappointing! I couldn't eat it. read more

Literally the worst Taco Bell around. The amount of times I've gone here and got the complete opposite of what I asked for is astonishing. I asked for a chicken quesadilla with no creamy jalapeño. What I received was a chicken quesadilla soaked in creamy jalapeño, burnt and with barely any cheese or chicken. My boyfriend ordered a crunch wrap with no tomatoes and extra sour cream and nacho cheese, still got tomatoes on it with no extra toppings. I don't really care about those extra few dollars, but what's the point to charge if you're not going to actually add it? I've worked in good service before and I know how frustrating it can be with rude customers and being new and not knowing correct size measurements. However, this becomes really frustrating after the 5th time. Hopefully I can get a better experience next time. read more

This is a 5 star location for service and quality and accuracy of the food preparation. We always hit the drive-thru and our orders are always complex, adding and deleting ingredients from menu items. Some of us order vegetarian and/or vegan and appreciate how easy it is to customize the items. Have they ever made a mistake? Sure, but it's rare. Really rare. Drive-thru personnel are friendly and helpful and food is always packed neatly. Great job, folks! read more

Only reason I am not giving this Taco Bell one star right now is the fantastic attitude and courteous demeanor of Dan at the drive through window. He read back my order eloquently, kindly and clearly. I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell in general, but I'm now a big fan of Taco Bell at Elmridge for Dan! They gave me two supreme crunchy tacos when I requested one soft beef taco, and I requested no jalapeño sauce on my quesadilla and they made it with the sauce still (enough of it to be dripping out of the sides), and my slushie had a hair in it...ewwwwww!! The order took them forever to get out to us and nearly everything was wrong. This was at 8:30pm as well, hardly rush hour. Dan recorded it all correctly, so shape up the kitchen, please. Total bummer, this seems to be a common reoccurrence at this particular location. The one at the mall hardly ever messes up. Thanks for being so sweet Dan!! read more

Food is pretty good but the atmosphere needs to be updated. Kind of dated. I like the options for tacos but wish they had fries that weren't spicy. I prefer McDonald's or Burger King type fries without the heat. read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell is Taco Bell. You pretty much get the same food wherever you go. My kids love when I pick up Taco Bell for them for dinner. The only thing that sets this place aside is the friendly staff. The woman working the cash register whenever I go is always super friendly and nice. I waited for a few minutes and she must have felt bad that I was waiting and she gave me coupons. Totally unnecessary, but very nice. Let's talk about the building. This is an older location, and I hate it inside. I hate that the bathrooms are between the front door and the restaurant. When we dine in, I don't feel comfortable letting my kids go in alone because you can't see them and the external door is right there. The tables and chairs are old style, and the chairs are attached to the floor and you can't pull them out. They're very uncomfortable. read more

You must truly understand and accept what Taco Bell is vs. what Taco Bell is not to be able to give it 5 stars. It is not a "5 star" restaurant. It is a "5 star cheap, sloppy, cheesy, don't think about what you're eating" restaurant. I didn't go inside this location, but this location went inside me. Their crunchwrap sliders were perfect. Hot & tasty. The drive-thru experience was great; the girl on the speaker was audible, friendly, and double checked at the end that we had our order correct. The best Taco Bell in Rochester. Yep, I said it. Compared to other locations, my cinnamon twists are served warm, my crunch-wrap is made correctly to my specifications (black beans instead of meat, fresco), & the food always looks presentable plus tastes great. Also, the staff is top notch here, they go the extra mile and their smiles are contagious. They'll check on you while you're eating to make sure everything is good to go. Like, I would actually drive out of my way to go to this t-Bell location because I know I'd be getting the full package every time I go. read more

I hit up Taco Bell On my way Home from bowling league, and I was up pleasantly surprised with how courteous the gentleman was I was taking my order took my money and gave me my food. I am not a fan of Taco Bell at all whatsoever, but it was the only thing open in Greece so I had to stop there and get something. I am happy with the quick service and the food was actually not horrible I've had worse else where. Taco Bell food is Taco Bell food. I've eaten here plenty of times and know what to expect food wise but the last two times I've gone I was amazed at the lazy-assed customer service. I waited at the deserted cash register for a good four or five minutes while employees jawed with each other, glancing at me like I wasn't there. The only one who seemed to be working was a young lady wiping down tables who eventually came over and took my order. Yesterday, months after that visit, I stopped in for lunch, stood at the deserted register once again, was glanced at occasionally by employees in the back who deemed me unworthy of waiting on and after several minutes, I turned and left as it was clear taking an order was not a high priority for these workers. My complaint isn't about the food since we didn't get all of our food but was charged for two orders. Went on line and placed two orders-payed on line for two orders-was told by drive thru that we had two orders only to find out we had one order in two bags. Had to drive back and although were given credit for missing order I was not offered anything for my inconvenience. Excuse was lame because they were between shifts and no one realized the 2nd order was not filled. $15/hr-I think not! Oh, I did send email to their web site where they claimed they would respond-left phone#\email-no response.
