I wish I could this a -5 review ! This place needs to be shut down ASAP ! So I made a mobile app order when I went to pick the order was not ready and order was missing items. I ordered 3 Crunchy Tacos Supreme® Combo I add sour cream to all the taco on the mobile app and when I open it up received regular taco! On top one of my taco had some kind of slim on it. Which I threw out immediately . But before that I ate half of a taco and 10-15 mins later I felt sick and had to run to the bathroom! Let just say I will not return to this store or maybe any other Taco Bell I since deleted the app! Good luck to all who goes there! I was happy to get my ultimate favorite drink at this location- Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero. My usual Taco Bell location has been out of this product for over a month. The food is average like any Taco Bell. My favorite is the box lunch with a Chalupa and hard shell taco. The service on my visit was very good and quick. read more

This place is a bunch of assholes, I drive and rv so I can't fit in the drive through but the lobby was unlocked so I walked in and they proceeded to tell "the lobby is supposed to be closed" so I explained how my rv wouldn't fit in the drive thru so asked if could order something and he said "we aren't supposed to do walk ups and the lobby is supposed to be closed" and I said "so pretty much I can't eat here" and he just said "I'm sorry sir" I've had this situation many a times since Covid bust most usually notice I'm in a RV and find a way to let me order some food. Went there awhile ago and haven't been back. The employee that took my order had cat hair EVERYWHERE I told her that was gross but she said her cat likes to cuddle, I was so grossed out I decided to call the restaurant on my way home, I told them I went threw the drive thru and what I saw , wouldn't you know it the person that served me was the manager! Service was ok! Food was what you'd expect from Taco Bell! Went thru drive thru and they always greet you with how's it going rather than may I take your order! Went through the drive-through to grab tacos for my kids. I ordered a 12 pack party pack and ask for a handful of hot sauce. The manager punched in six hot sauces and which I thought that was all he could enter into the computer system. Oh was I wrong, when I open the box there was literally six hot sauce packets in the box. When I asked for more hot sauce packets from the associate, the manager turned around and said "we're not suppose to" then paused in the middle of his sentence. The associate paused for a moment and gave me an additional four sauce packets and said "sorry that's all we have". Maybe it's just my family that likes taco sauce on our tacos but I couldn't even get 12 sauce for my 12 pack? Who likes to eat tacos with no taco sauce? Worst service ever!! I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes today (only because I got trapped in). I got a bean burrito with extra beans (did not get the extra beans that I paid for) and nachos made up of broken chip crumbs.
