Service was very slow, which made no sense given how quiet it was. Food breakdown: * The "enchiladas" looked more like tacos, but to be fair, they actually had a lot of flavor. * Beans were really good -- probably the most solid side. * Rice was bland and overcooked. * Al pastor street tacos had zero flavor, which is disappointing since street tacos should be the foundation and staple of a place like this. * Cheese dip was very basic -- nothing special. * Salsa didn't impress me at all, no punch or flavor. * The homemade green hot sauce wasn't spicy at all. * The so-called chicken nuggets were literally Dino nuggets... and honestly, they were the best part of the visit. I really don't understand how you mess up street tacos when that should be your strong point. The food was inconsistent, service was slow, and the flavors just didn't deliver. The tortilla surrounded ONLY carnitas - no rice or beans or veggies as filler. The house frozen margarita was also excellent, and on inexpensive special during the weekdays. I've encountered a lot of margaritas that simply tasted like frozen limeade with very little alcohol since moving to NW Arkansas. This one had some taste to it and was not overly sweet. The complimentary chips were very fresh, and the salsa, though nothing special or spicy, was fine. Cannot wait to return! Worth the hour drive from where we live.

Not only is everything insanely fresh (like, "did this fish just clock out of the ocean?" fresh), but the customer service?? Top tier. Elite. Give-them-a-medal level. It also happened to be my birthday, and these absolute legends hooked us UP--free shrimp, sauces, and even tools for our crab boil. I mean... who does that?!
