Boring review for a boring meal - two hard shell Beef Tacos Whoa, yea and a Bean Burrito - I'm worried guessing what's added into the beans as I peer inside the cheap non grilled luke warm tortilla. Surprisingly favorable across the country, have you ever met anyone that hates Taco Bell? I hear there's a chapel at one of the Las Vegas locations - so weird, but I did love the Chihuahua saying "yo quero Taco Bell". On a high note, at least they were cheap ($6.50 for my take) and open after the ceremonial New Year fireworks celebration at 1:00AM and until 2:00AM with nobody else before nor after me at the drive thru which struck me as strange. The "DING" of the bell in the commercial ringalinging in my head as the final big boom echoes dissipated behind me. The crunchy taco explodes and it rains tomatoes and lettuce upon my lap - but how quickly I received the meal was noticably fast, probably under 3.5 minutes. read more

I don't often eat at Taco Bell, but for some reason I had a gift card, so I stopped for lunch. Things have changed and I placed the order using a screen, which was easy to use. The menu has definitely expanded since I have been here. I ordered nachos and cheese and a beef taco to go. While waiting, I was looking around and the seating area was somewhat messy. It doesn't help that patrons don't clean up after themselves. My food order was announced and delivered on a tray and not a bag as I had indicated. They threw it in a bag, with no napkins or the sauce I had requested. When I got to the car and looked at the food, the bag of nachos was the bottom of the bag, so mostly pieces. When I opened the taco, the shell was broken in half and there was so little beef, it was laughable. Perhaps this is why I never eat here. The balance on the gift card is getting trashed. read more

The Taco Bell in Sun City Center, Florida is absolutely horrendous. The quesadillas on several occasions have been extremely poorly made with at least 1/3 of the ingredients shifted to the middle and nothing on the end. Its not very often that I find myself leaving Reviews on Taco Bell restaurants, but the other day, I made an exception. Recently I discovered a very high functional fast food restaurant that truly gave me the proper, homestyle experience. Something must be said about Taco Bell restaurants in Florida, because I was treated more than right during my most recent visit to the fast food chain. I was very haply to know that this Taco Bell demonstrated pride in cleanliness! I didn't see much dirt or grease covering the tables, as I would for most fast food restaurants. But nevertheless, I was blown away with the cleanliness and neatness, which really made dining here a whole lot better. Ankthe rimoortant aspect about every restaurant experience is the way in which a businesses' staff treats their guests. This Taco Bell joint was perfect in making sure that I was satisfied from start to finish. All the employees worked with a smile on their faces, and even made me laugh a bit when the time came. It's Taco Bell, so there's not a lot more to say, you get quick Mexican food at low prices. The $1 menu and special items are great to try. The Baja Mt Dew is the best! Laqueesha was extremely rude at the drive thru so I told her to just forget it that I'd order in the lobby. I was the only car in the line and when I began to order she cut me off mid sentence with "is that it?" Guess I was interrupting her social media activities with my order. I went inside and summoned the manager and complained about her attitude and ordered at the kiosk there. She was glaring at me the whole time. Well the manager called her to the back of the store for all of 30 seconds for a little talk which probably went in one ear and out the other. Rude! I've been to this location 4 times so far. These employees are rude. No greeting, no please, no thank you. Today I had Veronica as my cashier. She just opened up the window and held out her hand for my card. Then she handed me my stuff. No words expressed. Also asked me if I needed sauce. I told her hot and she said they were out of hot. I changed it to Diablo. My receipt says Diablo so I know she heard me. When I got home I discovered I got NO sauce. Parents beware! No changing tables! :( 3 month old needed to eat and had a blow out on our way to the beach so we quickly pulled up somewhere to hop off the freeway. We all decided Taco Bell sounded fine so we could grab a bite and deal with the baby. Restaurant looks brand new, inside is clean, restrooms were well stocked and clean but unfortunately because I just ended up back out in the car trying to find room to change her diaper we did not eat so I can't speak on the customer service or the food. Very delicious place to get Tacos especially from a chain such as Taco Bell. The tacos tasted very fresh. There was hardly a long wait at all being a lot of people at the restaurant. OK so this review has nothing to do with the food but the service I went through the drive-through today and I guess the assistant manager name trusta waited on me and I specifically asked for steak in not beef on my order which was a nachos and a soft shell taco no big deal she said it was an up charge OK no problem then I proceeded to tell her I did not want onions and she's like There's onions in the pico De guillo im OK fine no big deal then I told her I wanted everything spread out evenly on the nachos, not one big clump like they usually leave in the center of the nachos she's like OK that's no problem then I proceeded with my order and I could hear her say "wow this is gonna be a problem," and so I pulled up to the pick up window and I said are you the 1 that took my order and she's like yes ma'am I'm like what's the problem why would you say wow and she's like well I didn't say to you I meant it to my coworkers I'm like right don't give me that bullshit so she literally slammed the window on my face and wasn't going to serve me find food so I asked to speak to the manager the manager came to the window a pologised and then she gave me my food I was willing to pay and I said where's my drink she handed me somebody else's drink, not mine and she did the same thing slammed the window and said have a good day ma'am and that was it I'm never patronizing the store again ever! read more

This Taco Bell is ghetto especially during times of crisis. Even a week after hurricane Ian they're treating customers and delivery drivers with no respect. The manager was the one who spoke to me as soon as she opened the door at 8:35, 35 minutes after opening yelling at me saying they aren't making any food for at least 30-45 minutes. I asked if it would be okay if I got ahold of the Uber eats customers and asked them if they were okay with waiting. Once they both confirmed they would wait, I tried getting in contact with the manager and she would not open the door for me. I went around to the drive thru and she started yelling at me saying she's not going to serve me for flipped her off?? I never flipped anyone off I was just trying to give the manager information the customers gave. The manager then went on to say that the order never went through on their screen so they can't make the order, have the customers cancel the order and redo it. First, it was going to take 45 minutes then they claimed it was never going to happen and threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. I stop at this Taco Bell once a week on my way home from appointments in St. Pete. The last few times through their drive through, my order of 3 items has been wrong. Today, as I handed my card to the girl in the window, she was busy breaking a roll of coins into the till. With my card in one hand she found a coin that caught her attention for whatever reason & proceeded to show it to a few of her coworkers. There was a line of probably 8 cars behind me- it was around 12pm. One if them finally said something that got her to refocus on her job. I had to ask her for hot sauce. I didn't check the bag before pulling away from the window & sure enough, pintos & cheese had translated to cheese dip & chips. I parked, went inside, told another cashier my order was wrong & because they hadn't given me a receipt, I couldn't show whether i'd been charged. Whatever- it's $1.60. So I pay for a new pintos & cheese. Once on the interstate I pull it out of the bag- they forgot my damn spork. GRRRRR!!! Next time I'll stop @ McD's. read more

I normally don't write reviews for fast food but this is my second and worth noting!!! What could have been a bad review was made right by 2 exceptional employees...1 employee, 1 manager. On a minor note, someone had messed up our order but Nate, the manager on duty, personally made our order and brought it over to us, apologized and even gave us "bounce back coupons" to come back to the location. HE apologized, that was the main thing and then the girl who took our order, Katherine, also came and apologized....that's huge!!! Why?!? Because hardly anyone does that anymore!! These guys will always have my business because they actually care to make things right and put the customer first!! read more
