After waiting in the drive thru for 25 and receiving the wrong order TWO DIFFERENT TIMES. I'm over it. Do not go to this Taco Bell.

Stay Away!!! They can't get an order right if you went inside and entered it into their computer. I found a sticker in my food. The rolled ones that you put on food with the date on it. They speak english well but don't understand what you are saying. I keep giving them a chance to get better but they just get worse! They could mess up an order for water!!!! read more

That were tomatoes in my CHEESE rool up, every time there freeze machine broke or they are out of the stuff to make them with.

Beware: Ran over large screw in Taco Bell West Salem 11/22/20 resulting in flat tire. Seemed strategically placed. Second, Once again they changed their menu!No more $1 chicken quesadilla. An added new $1 chicken item was recommended: not grilled, 2/3 smaller in size if that's possible, tastes nothing like old chicken quesadilla though was told it had the same ingredients. All in all throughout the years this has been one of the tops spots I've been to with minor flaws

The scene: 3 cars ahead of me in the drive through at 7:15 pm. I, extremely hungry and tacos sound good. 1 car pulls behind me and now I'm committed. 20 minutes later I'm able to order, 11 minutes after that I finally get my food. I guess I have a different definition of fast food. The Mexican restaurant 1 block away would have been faster and so much better. read more

I came in with my gift card to pay for my food. When I was sliding the gift card, it said "card error reader" so the guy at the register, Daniel H, told me it wasn't my card. It was the card reader. So I tried again and it said the same thing. He told me "Well I don't know, you can't use it I guess." I was so annoyed! My gift card won't work, because of their system. He wouldn't get a manager or anyone else to help, so I payed with my debit card. And then a guy walked up next to me and told them they were out of sauce. Daniel H responded and said "oh that's fine" and then ignored the guy waiting for sauce. It was so messy and disgusting in side, taco shells all over on the kitchen floor. The drink area to fill our cups up, was soaked in soda and cups were laying around and lids everywhere. I looked this Taco Bell up on Yelp, and immediately thought "yup I know why they have only a 2 star." Weird management, dirty environment and extremely long wait. I dread coming to this Taco Bell every single time. Update: I am extremely angry right now! Took them 45 minutes to give me my food! And I talked to the manager about my gift card. I called the toll free number to see if I had any money on it, and yes I did. The manager said there's nothing he can do about it. He won't tell me who the boss is, but he told me to talk to his boss? I'm confused on how to get past this point. I'm waiting 10 minutes for 4 packets of mild sauce, because that's all they would give me. I'm yelling to get someone's attention about sauce. I feel ridiculous hollering about sauce! I waited in line for 10 minutes, I ordered my food just fine but they forgot a burrito, never asked for sauce and forgot all our straws, of course the lobby was closed so I had to go back into what was the slowest line in the world to ask for the burrito, straws, and sauce they forgot. The guy seemed like he didn't want to be there and he had me sitting there for 5 minutes without ever saying anything. I got everything I needed in the end but it took me WAY too long. The tacos I ordered were smeared with beans- the taco has no beans. Half of it was literally covered in sour cream, not because it leaked out, it just really looks like it was prepared on a dirty surface with dirty hands. I didn't eat it. read more

Taco bell just so happens to have a special place in my heart. The CRUNCHWRAP SEPREME. It's like the ray lewis of middle line backers. Delivering a big hit. Covering all angles of the field in flavor town. Packing a powerful punch as well as a delicate crunch. It reminds me of a miniature Millennium Falcon. It's takes your breath away at first glance. Then you wonder if your worthy enough to go for the ride. Feeling the same way Rey and Finn felt in the Force Awakens. Well the Force of this crunchwrap definitely awoke and it's not afraid to use it. We'll see who uses it better in Star Wars the Last Jedi. read more

Worst customer service , the workers are tweakers . You have to repeat your order 60 times and they still mess up. They act as if they have two lanes outside ordering when they don't. Every other tacobell is great besides this one . I hope they just fire everyone and start new . read more

Slowest drive thru EVER!!! I have literally been sitting here for 26 minutes and have moved 3 car lengths. I still have 4 cars in front of me and 4-5 behind me so I'm stuck having to go thru this snails pace of a line. Don't do the drive thru! They are always short staffed so I probably won't be returning. I could've driven 3-4 miles to another one and been home by now. read more

Employees are nice, but order was wrong missing parts of the order and the food its self was lacking,soggy or just not prepared well. The chicken quesadilla had a total of two tiny little pieces on over half of the whole thing. read more

Place is dirty--- girl at counter is NOT friendly, and the tables are dirty and the floor hasn't been swept anytime soon.

The only reason I'm giving this a 2 star is because my boyfriend and I will always like taco bell, but here's the story. We went through the drive thru at the lancaster location, asked for 3 breakfast crunchwraps with no meat. On the car ride to west salem we noticed there was meat in every single one of them so we thought we would stop at the west salem location to see if they can remake them for us. We showed up at 10:55, showed them the ticket that clearly read no bacon on all three items, and asked if it was possible to have them remake the order, the kid up front went to the back and talked to a few people and then said they unfortunately couldn't do this because of inventory reasons, understandable. So I asked if they could just remake them correctly and I would pay to which they responded at 11:02 that they couldn't because it was past 11. We couldn't even get our order fixed so we ordered some more food which was also incorrect. All in all spend about $25 on taco bell we couldn't have so we gave it to some construction workers and called it a day. read more

I'm not one to write bad reviews but oh my gosh, every single time I've ever been to this Taco Bell, we are in line (inside and drive thru) for wayy too long. It's service is awful, they rarely put my entire order in the bag, and on a couple occasions, the employees were quite rude. Oh, and another thing, I swear it's not any weird bias I have against this Taco Bell, but the food doesn't taste as good as other taco bells. read more
