Bought a luxe cravings box. Drive through took a while with just one car ahead of me, but I patiently waited my turn. When it was my turn, they rushed me. For courtesy, I pulled out of the drive thru before checking my order which was missing one of the items in the order. I got out of my car and went inside. The girl, Savannah on my receipt, had an attitude, but asked me what I needed. I told her they missed an item. She was unapologetic and irritable, but went to make the item. Then, she had me wait while she also filled another order, before giving me the item. I don't think anyone appreciates being ripped off and treated poorly just for looking to make it right. I opted for a refund and went to El Pollo Loco around the corner. They were pleasant, and I scored a $5 rice, bean, chicken bowl with pico de gallo, onion, and fresh cilantro! So many other places would love to have my money. This Taco Bell location is GHETTO. Homeless encampments, and their hours differ on their window from what is posted on this app. You don't have to be treated badly for their mistake. I normally drive 20 out the way to get good Taco Bell..this 1 is less than 6 minutes away but the food is not the same. We come here often as it is close and open late. Most of the time they do a good job but I feel I had to say something here. Ordered about $40 bucks worth of food. Ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito which usually fills me up. As it should as it is 6-7 dollars for just that. Seems like they grilled a tortilla with some cheese because when I opened it it was a few sprinkled ingredients with a hole in the center. Very disappointing. I did not like the customer service when I went to the drive thru. I order one of those $5 crave boxes, I thought had a chalupa in it when I realized it didn't my husband asked if we can get two chalupas instead (I was fully willing to pull up to the front and wait) but the cashier told him no that because of the long line they had we would have to drive around and order again. So I decided to go to Taco Bell before I went home at 9:40 this morning. When I pulled up to the drive-through they have the screen that shows different pictures. I saw something for a split second that said fiery tacos you know the Doritos tacos. When the guy asked me for my order. I said to him hey I saw something on your screen about the fiery tacos can you tell me what that's about. He then replies we don't have those anymore. So I said then what did I see on the screen that said fiery tacos. He says to me sorry but we don't have those anymore they're discontinued. So I just place my order and pull it up to the window to pay and receive my food. But I said hey bro I saw this promotion on the screen back there that said something about the fiery taco the Doritos taco and the cool ranch taco. He said it's just a taco it's just a taco I said I understand that it's just a taco but are they bringing it back did you guys have it here for a while and I missed out on a promotion and he just looks at me and tells me my total.
