Saw this location had a low rating but chose to give It a try any how. It's clear after eating From here why it ranks so low. Incompetent staff decided to put a hundred hot sauces in my bag when I asked through the app for a couple of fire and couple diablo. It's common knowledge that the drive through at this location takes some time to get through. What few people seem to comment on is how good the food is here! The staff carefully prepared our order and the flavor was classic Taco Bell (which is why we eat here). We had soft taco supremes with steak and a crunch wrap supreme. Everything was delicious and nothing was missing. We were offered hot sauce and tried the hottest option. Loved it and wished we had asked for more packets! Has a habanero flavor. Staff was friendly and courteous. It took 9 minutes to place my order and another 8 to get to the payment/pickup window. This was a late afternoon stop, so I'd recommend giving yourself 20 minutes once you're in the drive through line. read more

Today is the first time in over a year I have been to taco bell, I use to stop in fairly regularly. I won't be going back anytime soon, it was the worst food I have ever had at taco bell. The employees ignored people entering the store, one girl who claimed to be the cashier said she was to busy to help anyone to use the kiosk and went on her break. We went through the drive thru around 11pm, didn't have to wait long. Freeze machine was broken. As we pull up to the window to pay we watch the guy pour our Baja blast. The soda foamed up a little, typical, maybe he'll wait and put more in. NOPE! Instead of waiting a few seconds for the foam to recede the guy poked his bare finger into the drink. I don't even want to think about where that finger has been and he just shoved it into our drink. Disgusting. Throw up in my mouth a little. This was a pretty ridiculous experience. I'm starting to find that all of the fast food restaurants in Sandy are garbage. This Taco Bell location takes the cake out of all of them in and around Clackamas to Sandy. Soda machine is out of soda, no sauces in the bins, no sauces for the food that you order (nacho cheese), drive thru line is backed way up. Lack of employee communication, motivation, customer service and apparently the lack of a competent employee to order their basic supplies seem to be the biggest downfalls here. Starting to see that the food line employees are enjoying their chitter chatter more than actually making food....which they are being paid to do. I used to think that the Happy Valley location and the newer 82nd location by the Clackamas Town Center were the worst I have ever experienced, but Sandy has taken the cake. Taco Time is going to be where i go instead of Taco Bell. At least they don't take 25 minutes to complete an order and the food tastes better. This isn't the first time I have had a crappy experience, this has just been the worst one so far. My friend ordered a 5 buck box and a taco. If your in a hurry and don't want something real greasy to make you feel like crap in a few hours, taco bell is usually my best bet. It would be great if it was "organic", but...life isn't perfect. I usually order the Taco salad express and my teen enjoys the crunchwrap supreme. This Taco bell always serves it up...hot and fresh. And yes, the shredded lettuce is actually crisp and green. I occasionally work with doordash. I also live here in Sandy, OR. I usually am pretty patient when it comes to waiting in the drive through, even though I have waited as long as 45 mins before, but the last few times I have come through for door dash orders I have been extremely disappointed. Today I came in and was not even greeted. Just because I am carrying a door dash bag does not mean you look at some one and roll your eyes and walk off back to the drive through window.
