Terrible Management and Customer Service. You know what you're getting when you order taco bell food, but you expect at least a semi-competent human being to be in charge as the manager, not true at the store in Saraland. Antonio not only, cannot count but he cannot be respectful to the paying customer. Order was messed up (4 - burrito's put together wrong - we have dietary restrictions in the family), incorrect items (cinnamon twists we did not order, 2- bean burrito's we did not order), and missing items that were ordered (2 beefy 5 layers) and a TERRIBLE attitude made this the LAST visit I will make to that particular Taco Bell. So to whomever the franchise owner is, Congrats! You've lost at least 5 customers here, on top of whomever follows my lead once I get done with posts on FB, IG and your home page. read more

They don't even deserve a star. The service sucks and management sucks. They screwed up my online order 2 times and I made several round trips there in one night after we found the last screw up on the order my husband went up there and demanded our money back and the manager refused to give us our money back and told us to call customer service. I was just at the Saraland location walked in no one was at the counter to take my order . Two guys in the back kept looking at me no one said hello will be with you in a minute stood there for 10 minutes finally left . They need a manager that actually is there . By far the worst taco bell I've ever been to. I usually go late around ten or eleven when i get off work for something quick. First time i went got three Doritos tacos they got my order wrong went back to get it fixed and they got it wrong yet again. Didn't go back for awhile and decided to give it another try the other night and of course they messed my order up yet again. This place needs to get it in gear and start caring about their jobs. I hate to say the truth but this is the worst Taco Bell I've EVER been to. The girls were absolutely RUDE to us and when one of their friends came in a worker elected to speak with her instead after she cut in front of us.
