While I've had some issues in the past I think they're changing for the better! Today they forgot an item in my order. When I pulled back up, the manager recognized me before even walking in and offered to fix things while I wait in my car. He then brought out the missing item to my car! We pulled up in the drive-thru and the lady announced they had no lettuce or tomatoes for anything. Ok.. that sucks but we'll roll with it because we're already here. She continues to talk to me with an attitude because I ordered something that normally has lettuce and tomatoes. Woops? Everything has L and T at taco bell practically. We order tacos and hope maybe they'd compensate us with more meat or something but no. Very little meat, cheese, and no sour cream at all. Oh.. and they were missing two tacos from our order of six. My order is constantly incorrect. I don't do sour cream on my burritos, it tastes gross, cold and wet. The employees do not open the doors on the weekend and force everyone through the drive through. I can tell no one here really cares about their career or making tacos, burritos, or making the order correct. After realizing when I got home my order was wrong, I drove back and had to wait in line of 15 people to correct my order it took about 45 minutes. Not a good customer experience. This place needs new management, better employees and people who pay attention to detail. read more

This Taco Bell location is overall decent if you are in the mood for something quick. I really liked the new toasted cheddar chalupa. The nacho box is sloppy, but good too, and they load it up with toppings. The gal handed our sealed bag to us then quickly closed the window. We didn't notice till after we pulled ahead that our order wasn't complete and we didn't feel like waiting again in the line that took forever to get through. The worst tacobell in the area. absolutely horrible. They always screw something up and the food is usually soggy and horrible everytine we go here. Me and my Fiancee decided that no matter what we would not go back there and just take the trip to burnsville After years of either getting sick, missing items, or just having soggy unpleasant food. Never seen a tacobell that bad. We stoppes going for about 4months and Finnally broke that tonight and decided to go back 11/05/19 at 930pm, (already regretting it in the back of our the mind on our way there) and yep they once again forgot 2 of our tacos while still charging for it on the receipt. It is so BOGUS that this Taco Bell doesn't have a perfect 5 star rating across the board. As a grown adult, I only go here when I am truly desperate but it is the best Taco Smell I have ever been to. They're pretty friendly at this location, but it's not enough to make up for the poor quality of their food. I know Taco Bell doesn't have the greatest food anyway, but this one is really bad. My Doritos Loco tacos are always soggy and falling apart and never warm. I get sick every time I eat here, and they always forget my fruitista freezes (or are out). So skip and go to Arbys or Wendy's...you won't be disappointed by missing out on these guys. read more

I usually do not eat fast food But I decided to stop at Taco Bell. Their food is terrible! My dog wouldn't even taste it, she turned her nose up and did not take the treat. I had their new Grilled Stuffed Nacho. Yuck! They use a synthetic processed cheese and it is extremely messy to eat. It is not worth $1.29. It was terrible! The only item that is good is the Cinnabon Delights, but you only get 4 when they should give 6. TACO JOHNS is much better than Taco Bell. You always hope to find that one Taco Bell that really does a great job. Sadly, this particular location is NOT that one. I got the crunchwrap supreme and it was not crunchy. Got two taco supremes which were the thinnest I've ever seen in more than 35 years of eating at Taco Bell. The crunchwrap seemed to be mostly made up of lettuce and I suspect it had been made in advance and been sitting around for awhile, which is why it was barely warm when I got it home (I live less than one mile from this location). The tacos were mushy and cracked open at the bottoms. Really lousy food and I'm sorry I had to shell out $7+ for it all. Stay away from this place. read more
