I ordered 2 burrito supremes, and a bean burrito and got 3 bean burritos. I ordered 2 soft tacos with cheese and sour cream and got two soft tacos with lettuce and sour cream on the outside then ordered a Crunchwrap supreme got it and it was basically a tortilla wrapping a tortilla and when I called the GM Stephanie sighed and said we usually don't even put an ounce of meat in our Crunchwrap supremes then asked what I wanted her to do about it. Love this place. I always get the Taco Supreme Crunchy! They mixed up my order but quickly fixed it. I ordered one supreme and two regular we got two Supremes and one regular. The bathroom was out of hand towels and the bar was out if napkins. They were using the hand towels for napkins but resupplied when we told them. And don't forget dessert! Worst Taco Bell I've EVER been too. First, the lady who took my order, dark black hair and eyes had no hospitality. Then I specifically asked for no tomatoes on my crunch wrap. I am in this Taco Bell at least 3 times a month and they mess up my food at least 2 out of 3 times and in the last 3 months they have ran out of chicken, beef, or potatoes 3 times that I have been here. Can't go wrong with Taco Bell. However, this isn't my most preferred location in town. Their service over the long-term is spotty; some days their service and quality are fine, other days not so much. My advice: if you choose to go to this one, try to go when they aren't busy.
