Lady upfront took my order & already looked in a bad mood she even forgot to give me my cups that come with my meal, as I open my taco I find a hair in it, as I make my way to the front desk I told them if I can get a fresh taco because of the hair I found and they thought it was funny, disgusting never coming here ever again! service was terrible! Our order consisted of 2 hard tacos 2 pintos and cheese 1 chicken quesadilla 1 steak burrito We were shorted the two hard tacos and the receipt, when I called back and spoke to Tasha she gave me crap and said she couldn't just give two hard tacos without the receipt. I said mam, I cannot help you did not provide the receipt, she then threw a fit about looking the order up and said she couldn't find it. When I asked for the franchise owner complaint line magically she found the order however she rudely stated she personally prepared the order and she knew the food was there. Very friendly staff and our order was accurate. That was a definite win. I'm a big fan of Taco Bell so I really enjoyed it overall. I just wish that Taco Bell would quit with the question, "Hi, how are you?" At the drive thru. My response is always that I'm fine and then I refuse to say anything until the cashier asks me what I need, what they can help me with, etc. The open ended "how are you" question without a follow up offer to help the customer is unprofessional. It feels like I'm trying to order from a lemonade stand run by a couple of four year olds. read more

1/4/20. Worst Taco Bell experience ever. The manager was loud, tacky, and kicking people out of the lobby before lobby closing time. Got the order wrong too. They act like they've never seen people and treated everyone that walked in as if they weren't welcome. read more

Horrible staff they don't even deserve 1 star! Who ever you have employed at 4pm on sundays needs a training course on customer service!! Walked in to no greeting just a blank look on her face. When we asked questions she mumbled something and never gave a clear answer. Wouldn't even look at us. There was no sweet or unsweet tea available so I asked for some. One of the girls working looked up from the back and said " it's right there". Well it wasn't right there it was a huge jug turned around with the dispenser facing the kitchen. I had to turn the whole huge jug around to where I could fill my cup. Then I needed unsweet in another cup. So I had to wait until someone acknowledged me to ask for unsweet. She the. Slowly walked got my cup and filled it by the window. No words even when I said "thank you". We got our order and it was wrong. We told the girl we had ordered 3 burritos and she argued saying she only had 2 on the screen that if we wanted another one we had to pay for it. We didn't receive a receipt when we ordered the first time which was our fault for not noticing and asking for one but usually they are happy to fix the problem free of charge. These employees acted like they hated life and their jobs the whole time we were there. We witnessed them be rude and just blank faced to multiple customers. read more

This rating is mostly at night. Sadly that's when they have a manager she was the most disappointing she did NOTHING when cook got our order wrong after waiting 20 mins for 2 tacos and 2 baha burritos. That's so sad. Morning to noon is the best time to go. read more

Horrible waste of money. They will not put any meat on your food. It is their policy to put 1 pinch of meat on your tacos and burritos. I am done with stingy taco bell. Do not eat at taco bell. I wish I could post pictures of what they gave me. read more
