So disappointed in this Taco Bell. There was 1 other person and her grandson inside too. Tables were dirty. The kitchen was filthy. Food everywhere. It took 30 mins to get our food. The medium drinks are tiny and cost almost $3.00 each! I mean tiny. Nothing like they use to be. We literally ordered 2 things each. So 8 items and 4 drinks that we fill. It cost $44.92!!!!!! We went to our local Taco Bell here in Sonora, California last night, May 2, 2026. We spent $40 and when we got home and opened our food, we were shocked and dismayed. We order sides like rice like chicken and we paid dearly for it we do not like it when our sides are only half full and you can see the bottom in the bowl. we ordered chicken, soft tacos, hardly any lettuce or cheese and very light on chicken. We eat at this restaurant from time to time and have for over 15 years. This is one of the worst meals we have ever gotten only exceeded by the ones that we've been short change and not gotten what we ordered. Oh wait that happened on this one too. We ordered sides of nacho cheese and got two orders of nacho fries that were cold. It'll be a while before we go back I think and I have pictures of all this if anyone would like to see them. Rude. This is a two part..our receipt shows the cashiers name to be natalie f, but it was a dude. I came earlier in the day and got some food and it was fine, I got 2 Mexican melts (on their menu). Later the same day I went back for a late night snack and the person who took our order refused. He claimed they werent suppose to and we told him 1) it's still on their menu, the current digital one and 2) we had gotten them earlier the SAME day. Absolutely terrible experience. We drove 35 minutes from out of town because we were seriously craving Taco Bell, and this location completely let us down. We had already paid for three regular-sized Baja Blasts, and when we went up to the counter to pick them up, we were completely ignored. I stood there for over 20 minutes while multiple employees just stood or sat around doing nothing. No one acknowledged me, no one asked if I needed help--I had to say "excuse me" to two different workers, and both just told me someone would help me soon. That didn't happen until the manager finally yelled at them to assist the front counter. Even then, it took another 4 minutes before anyone actually came to help. We had Taco Bell last night, I saw nothing but negative reviews but decided to try it anyways. Our order was perfect the tacos and burritos were all stuffed and the food was delicious. Service was excellent and staff was kind. They deserved positive recognition for last nights meal. Had to order from the kiosk which I don't like, but whatever. I had to ask for my drink and water. I had added 3 fire sauce and I got zero. I didn't get any silverware for my potatoes. The atmosphere of the store borders on chaos. The manager seemed to be out of his league and incompetent to hold such a position. The staff were, unprofessional unkept, and showed a lack of enthusiasm. The front store was dirty, with food on the floor in front of the cash registers. The dining area needs to be cleaned and sanitized for public safety. There were no napkins for the public and the soda machine was broken. I ordered the #1 which is 3 taco supreme's with a soft drink. Sadly they didn't give me any taco sauce so it definitely didn't taste the best. But that's not my complaint. I got a Diet Pepsi and it tasted like dirt. It was so awful I threw the drink away. Unfortunately I wasn't there to let them know because my food was to go. Okay! Yum! This place is to die for. They have the best customer service and even though we are going through a pandemic right now they keep this place sparkly clean and restricted it to drive-thru only because it keeps people social distancing. Even though there are long lines at times it still meets my satisfaction. The food always has the perfect amount and the drinks are so good!!! Would recommend if anyone is looking for a rest stop to a destination. I would recommend trying the Baja Blast because that is one of my favorite drinks at Taco Bell and maybe a crunch wrap supreme. 10/10 would come back :D read more

When I called to complain the employee suggested I come back down to replace the tacos... I had to drive from my house to taco bell although I door dashed to avoid that. they told me they couldn't remake my food and had an argument with me for 5 or more minutes. a very nice gentleman named Rylie agreed to remake my food that was not given to me and even brought me cinnamon twists because of my hassle. I love Taco Bell. As far as fast food goes in this area, it's my go to place. The prices are fair and for being a Taco Bell, this place is always very clean, consistent, the service is friendly, the drive thru moves quickly, and the food is good. The five dollar boxes are a great deal, and you get more than enough food for that price! I have had problems with my orders being wrong or an item forgotten before, but they're always quick to solve the problem and never give me the attitude you can sometimes get elsewhere. If you're in the mood for Taco Bell, I definitely recommend this location! read more

The food is fresh. But please, if you are ordering through the drive thru, make sure you CHECK YOUR ORDER! The employees are nice. But they hand you your order and say "here are your "x amount" of items", so you think it's all there and drive away. I've lost count of how many times I've made it all way home and had items missing. Just happened again tonight. We had 3 items missing. So since this is the only Taco Bell in town, I'll be the one holding up the line at the window counting my order and making sure everything is there. Leaving review here as I was NOT offered a receipt. Just got done waiting in Drive-Through for 12 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. Shift Supervisor at window (Believe badge read "Brad" but DID read "Shift Supervisor") didn't even greet me, soda cups he gave me were wet and not wiped down, didn't receive straws, when I got the two boxes the lady just stuck them out the window, no "here you go" or greeting or nothing like that. Saw an additional bag and when I pointed out that I only bought the two boxes she just stared at me for a minute before saying "Yeah, those are sauces." Like I should know that, why not put them in the two boxes I ordered? Now... To be fair, maybe they were grumpy due to a car ahead of me, maybe that's why it took 12 minutes, but frankly I had a bad day at work, I didn't talk down to the employees or anything, I certainly was NOT treated like my money (or my time spent in their Drive-Through which is not supposed to take that long. I've done Fast Food in the past so I know their target times are supposed to be less 5min) meant a damn to them, and I'll be taking my money elsewhere next time. I wouldn't be so pissed off about this if they just treated me as a customer and not like "Here's your crap, now go!" Screw that. Not a clean table in the place. I bussed and cleaned our own table. The cashier/order taker was not professional at all. (Galen). She said to the assistant manager, as the asst manager was logging. Into the register "welcome to Hell!" She was taking the order of an elderly couple when she said this. The assist mgr found it funny and giggled. The whole experience was just nect. Good food, clean atmosphere, music was the right volume... My buddy and I kind of made it OK for working class hogs to come in during the morning. There was just some old beaters drinking coffee before we brought that to blue collar eggs. Another thing that's nect is people don't really approach you at Taco Bell..
