The TH Pizza Factory has really good Pizza. We had a large party to celebrate a birthday. They have plenty of seating, TVs with sports as well as a small arcade room to keep the kids occupied. It is nice as the arcade does not have a door to the outside so the kids can't wonder off while playing. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings, breadsticks & mozzarella sticks, it didn't take much time for our food to come out (long enough for the pizzas to cook). The staff was friendly and powered up the arcade room for our party as we had a bunch of kiddos with us. They even laughed with us as our toddler stole their empty boxes near their supply room and pushed them down the hallway. The food was good, the place was clean and had plenty of seating. read more

Really good twisty bread! Pizza and lasagna were also good. Fun arcade inside that my son really enjoyed. We called the next night to order more twisty bread, but they stopped taking orders at 7pm, I think because he said they ran out of ingredients. Bummer, but oh well. read more

Since the remodel and new ownership it's blossomed into the place to be with a party area complete with tons of arcade games. The waits for food can be lengthy, especially over holiday weekends. The staff works hard to get everything out and sometimes falters; we saw a completely burnt pizza thrown into a box and then served to us. Before I could open my mouth, a manager came over and said they'd remake it. She knew without me even saying anything that it wasn't in edible or serving condition. While it wasn't right for them to attempt to serve it, I appreciate them making it right (even if I did have to wait another 45 minutes for the remade pizza). read more

We ordered two pizzas for dine in. We sat at the table for an hour and 20 minutes. We noticed that other people who ordered way after us had been served. I finally went up to the counter to check on our order. They had made it to-go (we ordered dine-in), and it had been sitting there boxed up for over 45 minutes, getting cold. I worked in restaurants for years, so I understand mistakes happen. But they didn't even offer any types of compensation until I asked about it, which was awkward. But I didn't think it was right that I had to pay 70 for two old cold pizzas after we sat there waiting for over an hour with 3 hungry kids. And they have the audacity to ask for a tip before you recieve your food. We tipped 10 dollars to have our pizzas left boxed up on the counter and forgotten about. read more

I went to this place because it was one of the only places still open in the area. Clearly, by the nonchalant to flat out irritated demeanor exhibited by one of the workers, they were wishing that they were closed too. The pizza was alright. Nothing to really write home about. I ordered a mini and had the size upgraded to a small for free, possibly due to an oversight on their end. The atmosphere wasn't inviting, the food was mid at best, and the price could be lower. 4/10. read more

Really enjoyed our visit here. They're located in a shopping center, and there was plenty of parking. They had a big arcade room inside for the kiddies. It wasn't crowded and there were plenty of tables to eat at. Best of all is that it was probably the best pizza I've had up in that area! Definitely will be back! read more

Pizza Factory I placed an order on June 22, 2025, at the Pizza Factory Twain location (Order amount: $ When I arrived to pick it up, I stood in line and approached a staff member, a woman in her 30s or 40s, wearing all black with a tattoo on her arm to ask if my order was ready. She completely ignored me, refused to assist, and even stepped away from the register to avoid helping. It felt like she went out of her way to avoid acknowledging me, which was both disappointing and unprofessional. If this is typical behavior, maybe a sign should be posted to prepare customers. I hope management takes this seriously and works to improve the customer service experience. read more

I ordered pizza for takeout and it was delicious! The bbq chicken pizza had a tasty caramelized onion flavor and a nice chewy not-too-thick crust. The Hawaiian had tons of ham and pineapple and my kids loved it. Overall I thought service was nice and they gave me a ranch dipping size on the side for free. Where to start. We ordered from Pizza Factory through doordash and were super excited they finally came to doordash. They were open, accepting orders for delivery and quickly confirmed our order and began preparing it. Our order was assigned a dasher, dasher drove all the way to Twain harte and was told they weren't doing doordash orders until August 2nd. Mind you, they accepted and confirmed our order and never contacted us despite having over an hour to do so before the dasher came to the store. I submitted a review via doordash about this poor customer service and as soon as pizza factory saw the review, they blocked me from ordering from their store all together. They took my order at 626 and it's now 726 and I still don't have my order of a pizza a calzone and 10 wings. If you're coming here order early or make the drive to Sonora. He had to wait for another pizza to be made (mine) due to being burned. When he arrived home his pizza was cold(it got left sitting while he waited for mine to be redone) and it was burnt to a crisp. I debated on even leaving a review but felt I had to. There was ample employees working. They seemed little unorganized! I was told my Factory Special would take take 35-40 mins, at 40 I went to check on my order was told "it's coming right up" so at 60 min I walked back up and was told by the guy making the pizza "I just put your pizza in the oven myself" as if to brag. So needless to say 70+ min for a large pizza in a establishment that had more people working than customers... pizza was fine maybe worth 20 mins not good enough for a 40 min wait let alone 70+ read more

Don't place any online orders in advance , as I did (2hrs) they will loose it or throw your tag away till you get there to pick it up. Then ask you to wait for 10 more mins almost done. When in reality they forgot all about you because they already got there easy money and then you get to sit there for 30 mins while they service everyone else who has order the same as you. Have given this place so many chances and on several occasions we have called our order in and then arrived to pick it up after the time they said it would take and the hadn't even started our order!!! This is infuriating when you have hungry children and you already waited an hour for your order then told "oh sorry we never even started your order!" This pizza is so good. We rely on this place so much when we need a quick dinner! They have TVs to watch the games and the staff is always really nice. So many shops and stores have closed in this plaza, we sure hope the Pizza Factory will always be there! Yum! read more
