I have no idea why the reviews are so low! This is THE BEST Chili's location I've ever stepped foot in. They are well-staffed, friendly, and attentive. As a Chili's Rewards member, you get free chips and salsa with each visit, which is great, and they arrive quickly and always offer a refill. The food has always come out quick and hot. I enjoy the spicy crispy chicken sandwich, but went for the Cajun chicken pasta this time, which I really enjoyed. On one occasion, one of our sandwiches came with grilled chicken instead of crispy because we didn't know we had to specify for that particular sandwich, but they corrected it ASAP without issue. My goddaughter ordered the Triple Dipper, and I thought the honey chipotle mozzarella was a cool twist.It was pretty good! The sliders were delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the honey chicken wings. My aunt ordered the surf and turf sirloin. The steak itself was juicy, but the shrimp and mashed potatoes were just okay. My brother got the Chicken Crisper meal, which came with mac and cheese. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese tasted like the microwave version, and the chicken and fries were just average. We went in during a busy time and were told the wait was 20-25 minutes and we were fine with that until we waited 40 minutes and asked how much longer and got told 15 more minutes. We left at that point because for most of those 40 minutes we watched tons of people leave and watched empty and dirty tables sit with no one being sat the whole time we waited. We were seated right away and introduced to our waiter, James, who turned out to be such a sweetheart. Definitely ask to be seated in his section if you come! He had a smile on his face throughout our meal and was patient with us when we struggled with the table kiosk. Being Chili's rewards members, we received complimentary chips and salsa (Chili's has the BEST chips). We decided to split the 2 for $25 dinner option which is such a deal! We split yet another appetizer, each had our own entree, and then split our favorite dessert, the chocolate chip cookie skillet. We were waddling out the door with our leftovers! In my opinion, you can never go wrong with Chili's. Their menu is extensive and they always have something new to offer each time I go. This location in particular had a very friendly and attentive staff (we were asked three times in about 5 minutes if we needed our chips and salsa refilled). There have been times when things get completely messed up, so don't be surprised if that happens. One person ordered a Diet Coke and they brought out a regular Coke. The bar area was nice, but just a little tight with the high tables. The service was appreciated and the nachos came out in a timely matter. I go to this chili's every once in awhile, either with friends or the family. It's never been great food, but it's enough to keep you running. Until tonight, that is. First, my girlfriend and I come in to get sit down. We are told that it will be 20 to 30 minutes for a seat. Understandable, so we go to wait in our car after giving them our number. He was obviously discussing some business deal. His mother was busy with something and her child would run back to the table and begin to spin with an uncapped bottle of ketchup. My wife was now very interested in the wareabouts of the child, only because she wanted to give me fair warning of any projectile tomato ketchup heading our way. We began to wonder if our order would ever come. The pacing father at one time was commenting on his phone, that they were trying to leave but were still waiting. Finally! Our food arrived. Spicy shrimp tacos and 1/2 rack of ribs. My tacos were ice cold. The beans were the only hot thing on my plate. My wifes ribs were warm. Her corn-on-a-stick was salted as if to preserve it for eternity. The shrimp in the tacos were looking a bit wilted, like they needed a blanket. Our server never returned to our table during the meal. I dipped my tacos into the beans and ate. I waited. We finished. I waited. The waiter in passing stopped to juggle our plates in his arms, cleared our table and said, I'll bring your bill, turned and left with out asking about our meal. We were actually left speachless. We suddenly found humor in the whole thing. We had been distracted with everything this evening. The balancing of plates, the child running around, the screaming infant, the pacing parent and a waiter who just seemed incapable of handling his job. In the end we decided to leave. We talked about understanding why we had not been here for YEARS. We had made a good decision years ago, we just didn't remember. Oh, and for the first time EVER, i did not leave a tip. I am extremely impressed with the taste of my food. My coworkers and I decided to have lunch at this location on our way back to Long Island. I haven't had Chili's like in two years and I wasn't really impressed from my last experience. I was expecting food that is really generic and tasteless. What I experienced was the total opposite. My potato soup was really tasty and cheesy given it was topped with shredded cheese get it lol!!! My half chicken sandwich with avocado from the lunch menu taste fantastic. Some coworkers and I went for dinner before heading back to work for Back-to-School Night. There were 7 of us and six of us paired up and split a sandwich and salad. I have never used the promo offers / chili's cash but hear they are good if you dine-in. My only complaint would be that for such a large establishment they seemed to be short on staff. It was 3 of us and we were told there was a 15-20 minute wait when there were plenty of open tables for us to be seated. I could understand if the place was packed, but that clearly wasn't the case. Besides that, we were seated in a booth and greeted by our friendly waitress, Ashley. We only ordered appetizers and drinks, which were brought out rather quickly. I hate this place. we weren't given utencils even 20 minutes after we got our main course. I had to ask MULTIPLE times for sauce and we were not even checked up on for refills or water. I was literally choking on my godawful food and no one could bother to stop by to give me some water. To continue, my genetically similar counterpart otherwise known as my brother tried to order the burger with a black bean patty as we are vegetarian, however he was told that they were out of said patty. Now some might say there is nothing wrong with this and they are right. The real issues was that when one of our friends ordered the same patty AFTER my brother, she got what she asked for. Is this a case of bad service or of sexism? This is completely unacceptable and this place has had some of the worst service I have ever seen.
