I think the picture says it all. Nastiest Taco Bell ever, And they forgot my Carmel empanada.

I pulled over and looked at the Taco Bell menu on my phone. No idea about the offerings, it was the third time I've had Taco Bell. Ever. Am I weird? I think I am. As I drove towards 101, I noticed a real Mexican restaurant a few hundred feet down the road. I felt like it mocked me, "You coulda had the real thing, fool" lol Taco Bell tasted alright, not too heavy, odd watery hot sauce that was unexpectedly tasty. The Incinerator made quick work of most of it.

It's Taco Bell. Fast food and got my meal as expected. The service is prompt and to the point. Will come back for a casual ambiance and fast experience for food.

Slowest "fast" food I've ever had--should've remembered from last time when the wait felt like a part-time job. Got my Crunchwrap (barely wrapped) and my Nachos BellGrande (everything just blobbed on top like abstract art). By the time I left, the drive-thru line looked like a traffic jam in purgatory. It's Taco Bell, so it all tastes the same, but dang... maybe bring a sleeping bag next time.

Okay, I had to kill some time in South City (that's South San Francisco for all you non-locals). I spot this clean looking Taco Bell on El Camino Real, and it seems to only have a few cars in the drive-thru (DT). Hmm, I feel a need to order some Crunchy Taco Supremes. Service / Drive-Thru, Grade (1/5): I spent 10 mins in DT. It seems like they deliberately run slow. When I got up to order, I had to wait for 2-3 mins. By this time, the car ahead of me had paid and got their food. When I finally get to the 2nd window, there's 2 people but only one person is doing all the work. Okay, I used to be a fast food Shift Mgr, what's going on here? It could be they're training a new person, and the trainer is taking orders, handling cash, and checking orders. That would require a delay between cars. A drive-thru line should be in continuous motion.....order, pay, and get served. It should be quick, while maintaining quality. Also, they didn't ask or offer sauces. Crunchy Taco Supreme, Grade (5/5): I got my crunch on! Slow drive-thru, but the tacos were hellya crunchy, crispy and fresh. The taco shells were intact! Very tasty tacos. This place has alot of EV chargers in the parking lot. I hope everyone can get out of the lot when the drive-thru is backed up. Located at 465 El Camino Real, between Country Club Drive & Ponderosa Road, in South San Francisco.

Not worth the hype... OG one is better lol

Alright, I'm not ashamed to say it, I freaking love Taco Bell. After a night out or a long day, sometimes cheesy gordita crunch just hits the spot. However, with taco-flation being a real thing, Taco Bell has become a pretty pricey meal for fast food standards. No more $5 boxes, which was always a go-to when ballin on a budget :/ A cheesy gordita crunch combo which comes with two regular hard tacos and a soda is nearly $10 after tax. Add on my chipotle grilled chicken burrito, I'm spending close to $13 for a meal here. Do I keep paying it, yes, but damn after the past couple times, I should've just went to the taqueria down the street or next door for the same price. The last three times, they've gotten orders through the drive-thru mad quick, the result of the lightning quick speed - hard taco shells cracked, leaving me with a deconstructed taco that's just sad to eat. There's nothing more disappointing than unwrapping a taco and having to pick up all the pieces. Taco Bell, I love you, but damn please slow it down lol I do like the fact they ask what sauces you want at the drive-thru, makes it more efficient. The only problem is I'll ask for diablo and fire, and somehow end up with mild and hot. My suggestion, just ask at the window like the good ol times, please! All in all, will I be back, of course, because I love taco bell. I'll never learn my lesson. Also side note: The mexican pizza is the most overrated Taco Bell item. I ordered it when it was on stock, and it was beyond mid. Bring back the toasted cheddar chalupa, that's the best invention outside of the cheesy gordita crunch

Refuses to accept a promo code that is offered. They just ignored us and didn't take the offer even though they're participating. Shark fans, don't come here. I'd give zero stars if I could.

What's going on with this TB? Used to be the best though somewhat skimpy TB.

This Taco Bell sucks, I walked there with my kids at 2:30pm and only the drive thru is open for business, they suck so bad that they can't hire anybody to work for them. There's a sign outside the door that says the lobby is closed due to no staff.

"Great hole-in-the-wall Mexican near SFO airport"…read more Came here for dinner at 6pm on a Monday night, based on good Yelp reviews. The place is unassuming-- has a thin stretch of outdoor seating and a handful of tables inside. Not super bright in lighting, and a TV inside was showing a baseball game. Seemed like a lot of the business was takeout, as people would come, hover, get food, and leave. I was GOING to order the fish tacos or a fish quesadilla, but I was swayed by the picture of a breaded fish plate special. My son got the carne asada quesadilla, and others at the table got a veggie burrito and a chicken bowl. Food came out pretty quick-- maybe around or just over 10 minutes (the fish plate and veggie burrito came out slightly after the other two). I was very impressed that the fish plate looked even BETTER than the photo (see photos of both). The fish was HUGE. There was a generous helping of guacamole, lots of fresh avocado slides, some onion and cabbage, etc. There was a nice bed of lettuce on the side with sour cream over it, and the rice & beans (covered with a thin layer of cheese) on another side. The fish plate was just delicious. The batter wasn't overpowering or too heavy, and the fish was excellent inside (and very flat). I really liked the sauce in a little cup on the fish, or having it with avocado or guacamole, or even straight. The rice and beans were yummy too. Such a great dish, and it was under $20 before tax and tip. My dining companions all liked their food, though my son said the carne asada meat was "just good" (he had a bite of the chicken and said that was better). The person at the register was friendly. And as mentioned, the prices were very reasonable. I'd happily eat here again if in the area. Great portion size, great quality, good value, etc. Enjoy!

The burrito had potatoes, but they weren't french fries. They were boiled potato strips. Kind of somewhat annoying when that's what I was looking forward to. Also, I ordered a super burrito, but it was more like a taco. Burritos here are really small so if you're hungry, forget about it.

However, the line did pick up pretty quickly after we received our food. Some restaurants give you free chips and salsa when you order a burrito. This one does not. The staff here seem friendly, there's plenty of seats inside. The prices are very reasonable here. The burritos are a decent size. They're skinnier than what I'm used to though. I will say though that there's not a lot going on with my burrito even though I ordered a super burrito. I also asked for some pico de gallo to be added to my burrito, but they forgot to add it. I ordered carne asada as the meat. The meat was pretty dry. I'm used to having juicier pieces of meat. There was also a smokey flavor to the meat, which I did not like. There was barely any sour cream in the burrito, plenty of rice, barely any salsa in it, the cheese was also veeeery little in there. I'm not sure how this place has so many high ratings. It was very underwhelming for my husband and I. Maybe we went at a bad time or the wrong day? Maybe the person making it was rushing? But I have definitely had better burritos. I really wanted to like this place a lot since I love burritos and it's local. I love to support small businesses, but they skimped out on a lot of the ingredients here. I do like their green sauce, but it'd definitely spicier than what I am normally used to.
