If you're craving a reliable and well organized In-N-Out, this location definitely delivers. The food, as expected, is absolutely fresh, flavorful and consistent every time. The burgers are phenomenal and you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. What really stands out about this location is how well it's set up. There's a drive thru that moves efficiently, and parking is a huge plus here, plenty of space all around, which makes the whole experience stress free. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. While the outdoor seating is a bit limited, the inside has plenty of tables and is clean, bright and well maintained. Even during busier times, everything feels organized and under control. Service here is also on point, quick, friendly and consistent with the quality you expect from In-N-Out. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, organized location with great service, easy parking and the classic In-N-Out experience done right, this is definitely one of the better spots to visit.

First time on the West Coast so I had to see what the In-N-Out hype was about. We pulled up for a late dinner and even at 10 PM the line was crazy. My wife kept saying "it'll move like Chick-fil-A"... it did not. Still, the line was steady and never stopped. Her family swears they're not big on In-N-Out, but between this location and the one downtown, people were spilling out of both. Tourists maybe, but definitely consistent traffic. I was warned the patties were thin and told to get a 2x2, so naturally I went 3x3 just to be safe. Service was very Chick-fil-A-ish with someone outside taking orders. As you get closer to the window the whole back wall is glass and you can see everybody making food. Felt like watching a museum fish tank but with burgers moving around instead of sharks. We were in line maybe 15 minutes total, grabbed the food, and rushed back to the hotel to crack everything open. The burger was solid. With three patties it hit right. This is a no-frills smashburger style (I went animal style). Is it the greatest burger ever? No. But it was good, satisfying, and I'd definitely go back again. The fries though... they looked like McDonald's fries but had a cardboard type texture that got worse as they cooled down. I didn't want to go animal style on both the burger and fries so I kept them plain, maybe the sauce would've helped. I'm not mad at In-N-Out though. It's always fun trying something you can only get on the other side of the country.

Unique seating area to the left of the drinks.

This is a "newer" In-N-Out location. To be honest, I didn't realize it had already been there so long, but I was surprised to see it had opened in July of 2017. I remember when it was first announced, and I also remember when it was a Sizzler before it took its current form. The reason I like this location, especially compared to the other Daly City location on Washington St., is that it's usually less crowded. One thing I don't love about this location though, is the parking. The lot is a little funky, and I've had several experiences where I've had to circle the lot multiple times to find a spot. They of course have the trademark "X" palm trees out front, which is always a fun and unique aspect of every In-N-Out. There is the typical amount of seating inside, plus some! This location has an extended seating area over to the left of the drink station, that I'm not sure I've seen anywhere else. Prices are on par with the other locations in the area, and they also have the display of merch on the right near the registers. Both the restrooms and dining room are generally clean and well maintained. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating when coming to this location. The quality is exactly what you know and expect -- legendary. I'll continue coming to this location as a less crowded option than others in the area. IG: @bbnem.eats

Double-Double, Animal-Style. Extra Animal-Style sauce & ketchup packets.

Came with the family after attending a Memorial Service. Was a little later in the evening so we just wanted something quick to take home. I also had watched a movie on the plane where the 2 characters were eating large cheeseburgers so it prompted a craving, LOL! We went thru the drive-thru & it was maybe a 7-car length long wait but went at an efficient pace. There was an attendant outside taking orders on her tablet. Double-Double, no cheese, Animal Style was my order for tonight. Usually I'm Animal-Protein style but I wanted the carbs. Ordered 2 more Double-Doubles, Animal-Style & 2 large fries w/extra Animal-Style sauce packets. We put that on our burgers for extra flavor. The prices went up $2 for a Double Double. It used to be $4.50 back in 2021. Now it's $6.50. If you want a quick semi-custom burger, this is the place! Keep the business model the same & they will come!

The burger patty was so thin, if i had ordered it with extra cheese, the cheese would had been thicker than the burger patty like are yall foreal?

Two double doubles

Very quick service especially since they're swamped all the time! My boyfriend and I ordered Meal #1, a Double Double, and a Flying Dutchman. We didn't realize the Flying Dutchman only came out with two slices of American cheese and two beef patties, but the employees were so sweet and took our order back to put two onions on it for us to eat. This was definitely less messy than the protein style order we had earlier in the week! I think the Double Double is a bit too excessive and cheesy for me, but my boyfriend enjoyed it immensely. Always a great experience to eat at In N Out, it's one of the few fast food locations where dining in isn't a harrowing experience (especially as a woman).

This used to be a Sizzler. My normal go to In-N-Out is the one by the Daly City DMV. This location is much too busy. It took over 45 minutes from lining up at the drive through, to getting my food. No burger is worth waiting over 45 minutes for. My order was two double doubles $13, fries $2.50 and a vanilla shake $3.25. Food was good. It is worth the drive to go somewhere else if the drive through line is long.

We love In N Out burgers. I like to order a Double Double, fries and a strawberry shake. It is always crowded, but we get to go orders if there are no seats. The parking is also always full. It is such a fun place to go.

I went here today, and it wasn't too crazy yet. Went to use the restroom before ordering, and it was disgusting. Bryan, who took my order, was super nice and efficient. He took my order and repeated it back. There was plenty of seating, so I sat at the counter while I waited for my order Within minutes, my order was ready. I got back to my husband's work, and we enjoyed our food. Like any other In-N-Out, this place is always packed. Sometimes, when you're lucky to go in between the crazy times, it's not too bad. Employees are always super nice and have a positive attitude. They always have someone cleaning nearby. So you don't have to worry about tables not being clean or garbage on the floor. The food is always fresh and made the way you want it. I don't mind coming back and having to wait a while.

Date: Thursday, December 19th, 2024 Time: around 11:45am Party of: 2 Meal: Lunch *Cheeseburger Animal: no tomato, add chilies ($4.25) *Double Double Animal: add chilies ($6.05) *Fry: well ($2.40) *Animal Fry: add chilies ($4.80) *Medium Soft Drink ($2.35) x2 I have to admit, I was influenced. Seeing the caviar trend with In-N-Out, I just had to try it. Granted we were late to the game, but better late then never? I typically get my burgers protein style, but since we were adding caviar, I got it with the bun. Still as consistent as ever. The burger was juicy, my fries melty comfort. I gotta admit, the caviar made it too salty, but creme fraiche cut into that some. If I had some raw onion, that might have helped too. This location wasn't too busy when we got here. There was only one person in line. We found a booth style table and I grabbed it while waiting for our order. The table was dirty, but luckily we had wipes on us, so just cleaned the table. Our order didn't take too long to come out. A pretty good location if you want to eat in. REVIEW #3652

Animal style Cheeseburger

Favorite fast food stop for a burger! My go-to order is an animal style cheeseburger with a Neapolitan shake! Excellent! Honestly, no complaints.

Vanilla shake, animal-style cheeseburger, fries

I used to eat In-n-out a lot in college, but now that i live in New York it's become a special treat whenever I visit the west coast! What's there to say, animal style is the best way to eat a burger, add salt to the fries, and get a shake! Don't forget to grab peppers on the side if you like it hot!

On a Saturday afternoon in May, my family and I came here for lunch. It was a long drive from LA and we were getting testy with each other. It wasn't too busy at 11:20am. Inside, there was several tables free and one person sat there while we ordered the food. The line to pay was short -double cheeseburger and extra toast on bun and extra crispy on fries. The burger tastes so good with extra crispy fries. The tables are clean. Nice ambiance of people watching.

As Good Friday approaches I am craven some chicken. I can't put my finger on it but I enjoy some good chicken fingers. I first heard the term Chicken Fingers from Canadians and it is commonly known as chicken tenders in San Francisco. So when I saw Raising Canes Chicken fingers was coming to Stonestown in SF I was excited but then it hasn't opened yet. So I decided to go to the nearest Raising Cane's in Colma. Although there are more dead people in Colma than living the inside Raising Canes felt alive with decor which represents the nearby schools and local sports teams. I ordered the box combo from their minimalist menu which has all the essentials except onion rings . I enjoyed the lightly batter chicken fingers which was not too crunchy and was tasty dipped in the Canes signature sauce and the tangy with the honey mustard sauce and a bit spicy with their Louisiana hot sauce . It came with crispy not soggy crinkle cut fries which were a good way to pair the chicken fingers along with Texas toast which was not too flakey like some in SF. This is one of my favorite fast food places to get chicken fingers. They also do catering so you can give others the finger. You can get to Colma by feet , car , or BART "train" , to grab the chicken fingers which has flavor which are not bland or "too plain " it's a national "fast food chain" who got its namesake from the owners yellow Labrador Retriever, "Raising Cane" It's worth the "trekking" and worth "checking" they have a finger discount and it's not the fingers I was "expecting" its chicken fingers you can do some "hand pecking"

Burger: two patties that actually taste like beef, still pink in the center, juice running down your wrist in the best way; soft toasted bun that doesn't fall apart. However, I have to admit that our most recent visit to this particular location now makes it two times that I've been let down. Compared to the Super Duper locations that I've been to in SF (SoMa, FiDi, Marina, and Laurel Village), this one lacks that neighborhood feel to it, but it makes sense given how it's located at Serramonte. That said, with its two long high-top tables, handful of booths, two-tops, and outdoor patio area, this one offers way more seating whether it be for groups large or small. Similarly, the menu not only offers all of Super Duper's usual offerings (burgers, fries, salads, breakfast sandwich, shakes, and soft serve), but it also has featured/seasonal specials as well as the fried chicken sandwiches and tenders from their sister eatery in SF, the Bird. -- TRUFFLE BURGER - Urbani Truffle Butter, Grilled Onions, Portobello Mushrooms, Monterey Jack Cheese, and Super Sauce...$12.50 (Single Patty) Sadly, the taste of the truffle butter wasn't that strong (though, this still felt luscious), but I really liked how well the grilled onions, cheese, and mushrooms worked together. So, as underwhelming as this was as a "truffle burger", this was great as a "mushroom burger". -- GARLIC FRIES Topped with Parmesan Cheese...$4.75 From past experiences, I know this can be hit or miss depending on how garlicky it is and, unfortunately, this was light on garlic. Still, everything else about this was pretty solid. The fries themselves were cooked well and I loved how this was LOADED with Parmesan. -- MINI BURGER with Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onions, Jack Cheese (+$.75), and Bacon (+$1.50)...$7.50 Not as good as other times I've had it, but still not bad. The veggies were fresh and the bun was soft, but the patty didn't feel as juicy this time and didn't have that bit of char either. Also, the bacon was really thin and while the jack cheese was gooey, their cheddar is way better. -- CLASSIC FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH (from the Bird)...$10.75 WTF was this? The one I had at the Bird in SoMa was great; this was not. While we both thought the bun and slaw were fine, the fried chicken was terrible - the batter wasn't crispy (part of it felt almost rubbery/spongy) and the chicken had a sort of stringy texture to it. Despite how convenient this Super Duper may be, especially whenever I'm out this way to do shopping (there's tons of parking), I don't know if/when I would come back again. I certainly won't be getting the fried chicken sandwich again if I do (and perhaps anywhere else), but even the Mini Burger wasn't as satisfying as usual. Given how well all of my past visits have gone, I might just stick to my usual go-to Super Duper in Laurel Village, though I'd still like to check out their recently opened spot in the Inner Sunset. THREE AND A HALF STARS for the two burgers and fries which I would round up for, but rounding down just because of the fried chicken sandwich.
