Went to In-N-Out Burger yesterday to pick up dinner for my family and me since we hadn't had it in a while. Ordered two regular Double-Doubles and one protein-style burger with extra lettuce and extra onions. Everything was fresh and made to order, which is always a plus. Only downside was the wait, it took about 20 minutes to get our food, which felt kinda long for a fast food spot. Overall, still tasty and consistent, just wish the service was a bit faster this time.

If you're craving a reliable and well organized In-N-Out, this location definitely delivers. The food, as expected, is absolutely fresh, flavorful and consistent every time. The burgers are phenomenal and you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. What really stands out about this location is how well it's set up. There's a drive thru that moves efficiently, and parking is a huge plus here, plenty of space all around, which makes the whole experience stress free. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. While the outdoor seating is a bit limited, the inside has plenty of tables and is clean, bright and well maintained. Even during busier times, everything feels organized and under control. Service here is also on point, quick, friendly and consistent with the quality you expect from In-N-Out. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, organized location with great service, easy parking and the classic In-N-Out experience done right, this is definitely one of the better spots to visit.

First time on the West Coast so I had to see what the In-N-Out hype was about. We pulled up for a late dinner and even at 10 PM the line was crazy. My wife kept saying "it'll move like Chick-fil-A"... it did not. Still, the line was steady and never stopped. Her family swears they're not big on In-N-Out, but between this location and the one downtown, people were spilling out of both. Tourists maybe, but definitely consistent traffic. I was warned the patties were thin and told to get a 2x2, so naturally I went 3x3 just to be safe. Service was very Chick-fil-A-ish with someone outside taking orders. As you get closer to the window the whole back wall is glass and you can see everybody making food. Felt like watching a museum fish tank but with burgers moving around instead of sharks. We were in line maybe 15 minutes total, grabbed the food, and rushed back to the hotel to crack everything open. The burger was solid. With three patties it hit right. This is a no-frills smashburger style (I went animal style). Is it the greatest burger ever? No. But it was good, satisfying, and I'd definitely go back again. The fries though... they looked like McDonald's fries but had a cardboard type texture that got worse as they cooled down. I didn't want to go animal style on both the burger and fries so I kept them plain, maybe the sauce would've helped. I'm not mad at In-N-Out though. It's always fun trying something you can only get on the other side of the country.

Unique seating area to the left of the drinks.

This is a "newer" In-N-Out location. To be honest, I didn't realize it had already been there so long, but I was surprised to see it had opened in July of 2017. I remember when it was first announced, and I also remember when it was a Sizzler before it took its current form. The reason I like this location, especially compared to the other Daly City location on Washington St., is that it's usually less crowded. One thing I don't love about this location though, is the parking. The lot is a little funky, and I've had several experiences where I've had to circle the lot multiple times to find a spot. They of course have the trademark "X" palm trees out front, which is always a fun and unique aspect of every In-N-Out. There is the typical amount of seating inside, plus some! This location has an extended seating area over to the left of the drink station, that I'm not sure I've seen anywhere else. Prices are on par with the other locations in the area, and they also have the display of merch on the right near the registers. Both the restrooms and dining room are generally clean and well maintained. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating when coming to this location. The quality is exactly what you know and expect -- legendary. I'll continue coming to this location as a less crowded option than others in the area. IG: @bbnem.eats

    Double-Double, Animal-Style. Extra Animal-Style sauce & ketchup packets.

Came with the family after attending a Memorial Service. Was a little later in the evening so we just wanted something quick to take home. I also had watched a movie on the plane where the 2 characters were eating large cheeseburgers so it prompted a craving, LOL! We went thru the drive-thru & it was maybe a 7-car length long wait but went at an efficient pace. There was an attendant outside taking orders on her tablet. Double-Double, no cheese, Animal Style was my order for tonight. Usually I'm Animal-Protein style but I wanted the carbs. Ordered 2 more Double-Doubles, Animal-Style & 2 large fries w/extra Animal-Style sauce packets. We put that on our burgers for extra flavor. The prices went up $2 for a Double Double. It used to be $4.50 back in 2021. Now it's $6.50. If you want a quick semi-custom burger, this is the place! Keep the business model the same & they will come!

Very quick service especially since they're swamped all the time! My boyfriend and I ordered Meal #1, a Double Double, and a Flying Dutchman. We didn't realize the Flying Dutchman only came out with two slices of American cheese and two beef patties, but the employees were so sweet and took our order back to put two onions on it for us to eat. This was definitely less messy than the protein style order we had earlier in the week! I think the Double Double is a bit too excessive and cheesy for me, but my boyfriend enjoyed it immensely. Always a great experience to eat at In N Out, it's one of the few fast food locations where dining in isn't a harrowing experience (especially as a woman).

This used to be a Sizzler. My normal go to In-N-Out is the one by the Daly City DMV. This location is much too busy. It took over 45 minutes from lining up at the drive through, to getting my food. No burger is worth waiting over 45 minutes for. My order was two double doubles $13, fries $2.50 and a vanilla shake $3.25. Food was good. It is worth the drive to go somewhere else if the drive through line is long.

We love In N Out burgers. I like to order a Double Double, fries and a strawberry shake. It is always crowded, but we get to go orders if there are no seats. The parking is also always full. It is such a fun place to go.

The burger patty was so thin, if i had ordered it with extra cheese, the cheese would had been thicker than the burger patty like are yall foreal?

I went here today, and it wasn't too crazy yet. Went to use the restroom before ordering, and it was disgusting. Bryan, who took my order, was super nice and efficient. He took my order and repeated it back. There was plenty of seating, so I sat at the counter while I waited for my order Within minutes, my order was ready. I got back to my husband's work, and we enjoyed our food. Like any other In-N-Out, this place is always packed. Sometimes, when you're lucky to go in between the crazy times, it's not too bad. Employees are always super nice and have a positive attitude. They always have someone cleaning nearby. So you don't have to worry about tables not being clean or garbage on the floor. The food is always fresh and made the way you want it. I don't mind coming back and having to wait a while.

Fry: well ($2.40); Animal Fry: add chilies ($4.80); Double Double Animal: add chilies ($6.05); Cheeseburger Animal: add chilies ($4.25)

The patty just melts so beautifully in my mouth and leaves me longing for just one more bite. The flavors just burst so spectacularly on my tongue and satisfy me in a way that no other burger could. Additionally, I must say that their strawberry milkshakes are superb and taste of such high quality that the steep price is 100% worth it.

Once you bite into their burger, which I will describe as one very juicy and authentic tasting beef burger. Some say it's very oily, but to me it's juicy because of the added cheddar cheese which melts in between the beef patties, so you'll need extra napkins/tissue papers to eat this. Their super burger is quite big that you can get two servings out of ordering just one, or you can have their mini burger. The fries are cooked just right, they have the regular, garlic fries with cheddar or jalapeño cheddar fries. I like that they don't put too much garlic so that it does not over power the taste of the fries. And their shakes are not too sweet. The cookies and cream shakes is my favorite. They also have seasonal shakes which I will try next time I have a craving for a burger. I like that they provide homemade crunchy dill pickles if you prefer it with your burger. As for drinks, I prefer their lemonade. My experience with their service is that the workers there are always nice, friendly and polite. From the time you place your order to the time you get your food. The service is quick and not chaotic. The place is always nice, clean and very organized. You can tell that they like working there for sure.

We ordered the cheesesteak, the Giants Burger, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. The cheesesteak was absolutely delicious--packed with flavor and cooked just right. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned, making them the perfect side. The chocolate milkshake was one of the highlights of the meal. They make it with Mitchell's Ice Cream, and if you're from the Bay Area, you already know that's a huge plus. It was extra thick, rich, and creamy--exactly how a great milkshake should be. The Giants Burger was another standout. We asked for it medium, and it came out perfectly cooked. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and everything you'd want from a quality burger. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. Great food, fast service, and generous portions in a laid-back atmosphere. If you're craving a quality burger, cheesesteak, or milkshake, Big Mouth Burger is definitely worth checking out. Easy 10/10--I'll definitely be coming back.

One thing…read morethat hasn't changed, was the smoke and overwhelmingly mouthwatering smell of fresh grilled burgers permeating throughout the entire corner of the shopping center. While most other things are the same, there are some differences. As many places have, they've geared more towards the self-service kiosk approach to ordering. As soon as you enter, there are two kiosks to the left, then one more to the right on the counter instead of one of the registers. They still have a place where you can order from a human being if you prefer that (or like me, have customizations that can't be accommodated via the kiosk)...lol. All jokes aside, I ended up having to order through a person. It's not my fault though, they're promoting this delicious looking new toasted Parmesan-crusted sourdough, but only on a Chicken Club sandwich. Being that we hadn't been to Habit in a while, we were craving a burger specifically. After having to bring a manager over to approve the request and figure out how to enter it into the system, we were able to get the special new bread on our Double Char and Santa Barbara Char for an additional charge of ~$1 each (WORTH IT!). The other new items that came (I assume) around the same time as the Parmesan bread, are Garlic Parmesan Fries, and a Garlic Parmesan Ranch. Both the fries and the ranch were surprisingly good. The fries were a little oily/greasy, but the flavor on them was very rich. The Parm ranch was bold and flavorful, and honestly paired well with everything. By everything, I mean the fries, onion rings, tempura green beans, sweet potato fries, and most especially poured on my Santa Barbara Char. It also paired perfectly with the new bread, and made each bite one of the best I've had in recent history. Another big difference is that they now charge for all sauces (aside from ketchup & hot sauce). Back when we were coming here more regularly, ranch was free. You would just ask them at the counter, and they'd give you one, or a few, at no charge. While they do have a solid sauce selection (BBQ, sweet mustard, teriyaki, ranch, spicy ranch, avocado ranch, and the new garlic parm ranch), they charge $0.60 each. They still have Pepsi products at the fountain, in addition to unsweetened regular and tropical iced tea, and both fresh strawberry and cucumber limeades. Two public, gender neutral bathrooms are in the back with no passcode. It was steadily busy on a Saturday evening around 5:30pm. Most of the tables were full, but there was some turnover with people finishing and leaving and lots of to-go orders. Thank you again to the patient woman who took our order, dealing with all the changes and additions. The food was all very tasty, and we especially loved the new Garlic Parmesan items. We're already talking about making another trip to Habit to get it again...
