I get that everything has gone up in price, but don't go up in price and down in quality, skimping on things that used to be free and plentiful. I just don't want to pay more for less. Lastly, we caught management in a lie and that's just not okay. You gave my husband an excuse for something and me a totally different one. Don't make up stuff to force your ridiculous policies.
