This location is struggling. Like, IN TROUBLE. The staff here is pleasant as they can be, but seem to be at the point of breaking. My standard order is just 2 steak quesadillas. No customizations, just stock. And I order at least 15 min prior to when I plan on arriving. On this visit I waited 45 MINUTES for 2 steak quesadillas with no customizations/substitutions. At 25 min, after 3 different staff members asked me what I was waiting on, I was ready to walk out. If they weren't for my teen son, I would have. But then I'd have to start over at the next closest TB and fight over the $14, so I stayed. The manager apologized to me, and they eventually ended up making them (after I watched the girl at the grill burn several items & scrape them off) and made it right by refunding me. That's the reason they got any stars - I finally got my items & a refund. Prior to this visit, the young man making food was screaming about "not making any more effin Door Dash orders". This whole store is CRASHING OUT. It shouldn't take 25 min, let alone 45 min to make 2 items that were ordered on the app & acknowledged by 3 staff members. It's like they went on autopilot and just kept working the DT. This store desperately needs more staff, better systems and some upper management/corporate oversight or guidance. After having past issues here, I gave this location a other try. I ordered an enchirito with no onions, as my receipt also confirms, but they loaded it with onions. They also charged me for the for incorrect taco, and did not give me my cantina chicken. I tried calling the location, but the phone just rings. I finally called another store, but refused to provide me the manager's phone#. Close to two weeks, but still no call back. This is the worse Taco Bell I've ever ordered in my life! First I ordered it at 12:29am and did not get it until 2am. When I got it the crunch tacos and soft tacos had barely any fillings. My burrito wasn't even wrapped like a burrito. The food was all completely cold even the nacho cheese sauce. They forgot the hot sauces as well. I'm very very disappointed. My usual fast food choice when I'm running low on time. Unfortunately they seem to get orders wrong fairly often and this last time seemed to be no different. The worker at the MIC seemed to struggle to understand what we wanted, left several orders off and failed to change all of the items we had modified. I've been going to this particular Taco Bell for a few years and it seems to always be a miss in some regards, but the prices for their boxes and the speed I need on my way to work is what keeps me going here. If you're looking for accuracy and getting what you ordered given to you, it might be a safe idea to try a different location if you have the time. read more

It's consistently gross and stale and if you're paying for more that a few items it's almost guaranteed they will forget something. They are not actually open until 3:00am by the way. Also if there LED signs in the windows say that their open, they're probably closed I guess. I went there today to get myself some nachos, the lady taking the order didn't seem to know what nachos were, she kept suggesting a side of chips with cheese. When I explained what I was talking about, she said "That's a taco.." with the rudest attitude ever, she ended up giving me just a regular taco. This Taco Bell is the second-nicest location in Sparks, behind the one on Disc Drive and above the one at the Legends. Even though we place our order on the Taco Bell app before we leave the house, sometimes we have to wait for our food upon arrival. THEY PEPPER SPRAYED TEENAGERS! Last night my daughter and her friends went through the drive thru and were refused service and told they had too many DoorDash orders so they couldn't serve them. Went here today to get some food, I have never been to a taco bell that the manager was so rude .my husband ordered 4 soft taco supremes and on the screen it shows crispy. He told her soft & she said ok. Went to pay & asked if the tacos were soft he said no. So he says the manager wants you to come inside. We do & she ignores us for about 5 minutes. So I got to say I give this two stores it used to be a one star in my opinion but there are new issues after their big remodel. The few times I've gone in there there's only been a few kids working their tails off. Feels like they were understaffed and a little disorganized once again when I went then there today. You can't hardly get service when you need it if there's a mistake on your order or whatnot for example. Because the kids are stuck at the line trying to make more food. I really like the mobile app and I like the kiosk. It's a great idea but you still need to train the employees to shout out the orders cuz a lot of people didn't see their order on the counter as it was put on a little rolling cart. They also needed someone really to attend the front end the dining area the past few times I've been there. I hate to say it but the neighborhood is kind of ghetto You got people that are very sloppy with the soda machine. Just feels like it's maybe a little overworked and underpowered there. The kids that were working I would give them a medal for working so hard. I'll definitely try this location again sometime in the future but today my food was cold and it was made wrong and it took me. And what today's fast food prices your customers are going to expect a little more. read more
