I've been coming to this Taco Bell for the past couple years. My experience has been overall very positive. Recently they have started trying to make you order without the sign earlier in the parking lot. This is extremely frustrating. Taco Bell's menu is vast and changes frequently. Went there 2 weeks ago, everytime I mentioned what I wanted, I was told they were out. Finally came upwith enough items that they said they had, got to the window. They told me they were out of half the stuff that they said they had. Canceled the order and left. Just got back home from trying it again and guess what. They can't count to three. I pulled back around in parking lot watch two cars come in couple min after I order went through no problem so then I order thru the app and magically they were able to make my food.. get back to speaker box and tell them I have a pickup then they informed me they don't have baja blast so I need to pick another drink. If I can give it a 0 star I would. Do not park in their parking lot if you are going to nail salon. New to the area and thought the front half of the parking lot was dedicated to the nail salon. Me and my husband waited over 30 minutes for a doordash order. After about 10 minutes, when I asked if it was close to ready , I was greeted with an attitude and told they didn't make it yet. We waited for about 20 more minutes until we finally dropped it. I hate dropping orders but after a half hour, it's inevitable. I want to preface this by saying I'm a Taco Bell fanatic. I'd say I've probably been to 50 or more different Taco Bells. I can confidently say this is one of the worst, if not the worst, I have ever been to. On any drive through order I'd say there is a 90% chance they will get something completely wrong and 100% chance they prepare/cook something wrong. For example, I always get chips and cheese with my order. Half the times my bag of chips is completely crumbs. Another example is if you get anything that's supposed to have melted cheese (like one of my favorites the cheesy Gordita crunch) it will be not only unmelted but cold. Lastly, it's not just the workers who suck here but it's also the management. Other people on here talked about how terrible their drive thru with the person has been so I won't go into that. However, I've reached out to the management through TB's website several times about really messed up orders and gotten radio silence. Top to bottom this place sucks. read more

Taco Bell on North Main Street in Summerville is a well run and managed Taco Bell and does everything you want from Taco Bell. The food is consistently well prepared and the orders come quickly even when they are larger orders. They are trying to be Chick-Fil-A, having someone outside on the drive through lane with a tablet taking orders. This is supposedly to make the line flow quicker and keep people from lining up in the street. Problem is, it's having the opposite effect. There's a space of about 5 or 6 car lengths between where they have you ordering and the menu board, people don't know what they want and have to read a sign hanging off the tablet they are using to take orders, and the service is slow. My food was hot and fresh, just like I've grown to expect. Here's my problem - the service is terribly slow. There were about 10 people in line and only one person on the register. She was doing all that she could to keep up, but management was asking too much of one person. The kitchen had very few employees as well. I'm not sure if the restaurant was understaffed or if Taco Bell has gone to a skeletal crew.
