    Taco Bell Restaurant aka Hell.

The employees are absolutely horrible, possibly sub-human. They cancel app orders. Refuse to take in person orders. They are terribly slow and in no way even deserve minimum wage. Absolutely terribly managed and Corporate should investigate.

Lines!!!!! Ugh I dislike them very much

Great food and service, I seem to always get plenty of fire sauce packs. And plenty of napkins which I love.

Tiki Taco is about really good Mexican food, and nothing else. And, when I say "nothing else", I mean that they do not have a proper building to dine in per se. They have something like a large garden gazebo or something that has high-top mismatched tables and chairs. The structure you're eating in is open air - it doesn't have windows, and the walls are only half walls. In the winter they put plastic over the open parts to try to keep the wind out. This place gets five stars anyway. The food is that good. In fact, it's so good, that if rating on just food quality alone, this is my favorite restaurant in Summerville. I've had nearly everything on the menu at Tiki Taco, and I've loved every bite of it. It's fantastic. I'm not such an authority that I can tell you how authentic it is, or that they do this really crucial thing that only "real" Mexican chefs know how to do. I'm just saying it's among the best Mexican food I've ever had.

The wafting smells of carne asada made my mouth water as we entered. We had to wait about 10 minutes on a Saturday evening, but took that time to walk around the adjacent shops before receiving a text message to return. Then we were seated on the patio, which was very nice and cool on a hot Summer day. We ordered chips and dips, margaritas, and tacos. They were also very delicious, and filled our bellies. The cheese dip was dangerously good. I also really like the Korean kim chi taco and the spicy firecracker shrimp taco. The bill was about $80 for two people before tip, which included two premium drinks (not too bad). I will definitely go back again!

My birria and carne asada tacos were certainly not authentic but decent. The birria one tasted good when dipped in the consommé. The carne asada taco was more filling than carne asada but all ingredients tasted fresh. The rice & beans were bland but not the worst I've ever had. My husband and I also shared chips with queso & guacamole, which were both pretty good and I'd order them again. I'd recommend checking this place out and deciding for yourself ;)

Got 3 pastor street tacos and they were huge, loaded with delicious, flavorful meat, and so irresistible I ate all 3 and didn't take a picture! The free chips were thin and crisp, the salsa was super-fresh and not spicy. The housemade hot sauce is thick, loaded with spicy smoked chiles and will hurt you in the best way. I got free cheese dip and it is the best anywhere! Not gloppy, powerful cheese flavor- Monterey Jack? The banderita burrito got rave reviews, and I haven't had my chile poblano yet because I filled up on chips, but it looks amazing! I will consider leaving the house to dine in someday because I know it's even better on-site, and they're definitely in my Ubereats favorites.

After months of debating if I should try Tiki Taco, enough reviews on YELP convinced me to drop by as I started getting cravings. I'll keep whomever is reading this in suspense for a bit. I absolutely love the theme here as there's a Tiki hut inside! Come on, that's just cool! Next please note it's located in a safe part of town and the parking is plentiful with Old Trolley right there to get in and out of. The people are nice yet I did notice that the to-go order before me got plastic utensils while I didn't. I'll call that a technicality as I have my own forks and what not but it still needs to be noted. Again, with being a to-go order I can't describe the full experience so I encourage further reading if that's a concern of yours. Now, let's get onto the order shall we? After reviewing the menu several times I decided I would need more than one visit to get all the items I wanted to sample. Please note, I just moved here from Austin Texas the food truck capital and I frequented San Antonio, the street taco capital of America so my standards are a little high. First up, the chips and salsa (which I had to pay for while people dining in, didn't. Not a fan of that policy). The chips were light and crispy but not very flavorful as if there was a shortage of salt. The salsa was in my opinion horrible. It had tons of huge chunks of onion but had zero flavor or heat. As an aside I did get two salsas with my tacos on the red salsa lit me up! Be careful my wary traveler and sample small! The guacamole was even worse. While I do give points for having cilantro and tomatoes in it considering the best version are more like a salad, this was relatively smooth and not much better than fast food guac. I tasted no lime, no salt and it looked like baby food. The biggest insult was it cost $4 for a little tiny container. As for the main courses I had a lot I wanted to sample but as for taco's I settled on the Taco Americano and Pastor. I rather liked the Americano as it had chopped beef instead of ground. The meat wasn't seasoned very well but all the other ingredients were ok and the shell was very crispy. The Pastor was good. The pork was tender and the hit of pineapple added a contrasting sweetness while the onions offered an earthy goodness. I decided not to get the Asada and pork belly on this visit. I was stuck between getting the Birria and Enchiladas Verdes ultimately opting for the Enchiladas. The chicken was cooked ok but again lacked any real flavor but at least it wasn't chewy. The tortillas were ok but the Verde sauce again lacked flavor however I really liked the amount of melty cheese on top. The rice was average but it would have been better if the rice was toasted in lard and the other sides were fresh but a little light on the sour cream. Decent but nothing I'd write home about. Ultimately, I was pretty let down as this was my second Tex Mex I've tried since being in town and my anticipation wasn't rewarded. I'm not implying it was horrible but my scratch remains as nothing really shined like I was hoping.
