They put tomatoes on a loaded beef nachos that don't even come with tomatoes and left the guacamole out. My girlfriend is highly allergic to tomatoes (doesn't like them). No side of guacamole or garlic ranch sauce for the cheesy dipping burritos so there was nothing to dip the dipping burritos in. They also left the avocado ranch out so it was just meat and cheese. They left a cheesy double beef burrito out of the order. They didn't put steak on the steak garlic fries. Literally like 12 fries for six dollars. This Taco Bell is my favorite in the area. It doesn't get too busy, so you never have to wait very long. Even when they are busy, the line moves very quickly. The service is always great, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which isn't what you always get at fast food restaurants. It definitely stands out in comparison to the near by restaurants. Something that I really enjoy is that this location is great with mobile orders. My orders are always correct and ready on time which is perfect for a lunch break. 9/18/18 - There were approximately 6-7 cars in the drive-thru so I had my husband drop me at the door to go in to order since there was nobody in line. There was an employee sitting on her break at a table and another filling some items at the condiment station. They looked at each other and then the one sitting down laughed. The other walked behind the register and just stared at me, not saying hello or anything. I said "ook..." and proceeded with telling her my order. I then waited for over 10 minutes for my order. When my name was called, I said thank you to the guy holding the bag but he just handed it to me and said nothing as he looked the other way. When I got outside, all of the drive-thru cars were gone. I am completely and utterly in love with this T-bell. This being brand new, the building has that new building swag unlike some of the other locations. Instead of the typical color scheme, this location went with a gray and purple with a art mural on the side representing the location. The two gentleman i came in contact with were both extremely friendly and professional. The only downside to the experience was, it was a little slow. But seeing how they just opened, that's gonna happen. All in all, I'll be making this a regular late night stop :) read more

I love Taco Bell. My family eats Taco Bell frequently. With that being said, my experience today (9-18-2018) was abysmal. When we pulled into the parking lot we saw a long line (6 or 7 cars) for the drive through and no line inside. My wife went inside to order our food while I waited with our son in the parking lot. Every car in line received their food and drove off prior to us getting our food. We waited over ten minutes for our order,. When we got home I discovered my Power Chicken Burrito ($4.39), which is always the heaviest food item we order, was the lightest by far. It's frustrating to pay that much for a single burrito to get so little eat. Combined with my wife's experience inside (see her review), a very disappointing experience. read more

How sweet Ms. Q was to us was just a blessing. Through these hard times any kindness is beyond appreciated and she truly went above and beyond to be kind to us.
