We have a DoorDash order and it was a quite large order, we were missing a handful of things (understandable it was a large order) except for the fact that a rude lady answered the phone claimed that she made the bags herself and everything was there. The was in fact a churro 3pk missing, Cinnabon 12pack missing, and burritos plus made a couple of modifications wrong. We were just trying to figure out what to do, she hung up a couple times and yes the call failed another time (service issue) but she kept claimed that SHE made it all correctly and that it was ALLLLLL there but it in fact was not all there. Steak cheesy melt Burrito was what I received instead of Steak Ranch Burrito. Worst tasting thing I have eaten in over a year. I couldn't even get my Service Dog to eat the 'steak' I cleaned off with water and a napkin. Dining Room is filthy! The Manager tried to be helpful to compensate for the rude front counter person that was on her phone instead of attending to the customers. Neighborhood Taco Bell for drink and snack. I have never use their food for meal. But I do like their select item over Mc Donald for snack. I here mainly for the happiest hour soft drink. During 2pm to 5pm each day, the drink is a dollar. I usually get the Baja blast freeze. They do have other choice like the pomegranate water, other flavor of freeze. Taco Bell generally is healthy choice than Mc Donald in the fast food chain. I remember an old futuristic movie "Demolition Man" shows the only surviving franchise in the future is Taco Bell. Went to the drive-through, they said their credit card machine was not working and they would not take any bills larger than 20. Taco Bell on Dona Michelle Dr Worst service I have ever received at a drive thru. On the way home from driving around watching fireworks, last night we stopped at Tac Bell. Being that we were the only car in their drive thru, we figured this would be a quick process, boy was I WRONG!!! We ordered our meals, and received a total. On receiving food, I asked for receipt and was told that printer is not working either. I felt all items were not there, so stopped the car and indeed two items from the order were missing. I went to the front door and knocked several times, they kept staring but did not respond. Went to drive thru again, and was treated very rudely.
