It was one of the main reasons I came here. The chorizo needs to be cooked harder. I like it more when it's cooked crispy. I like the little charred bits. Same with the pork. It needs color. Unless you actually see me. This place has great chorizo. Tacos come with cucumber slices and the salsas are excellent. The green is a jalapeño emulsion with a bit of heat. The red is a smoky dried chili salsa. They have changed the chip salsa to a tomato based salsa. It is delicious. I had a pastor sope. It was awesome. Beans, cheese, lettuce, onions, tomato and crema.
