ONG. LUV! LUV! LUV! This place!! 1.. Always seen it but…read moredidn't try. 2.Building is super cool. 3. Color scheme awesome. 4. Food..Amazing! A bit pricey for singular ( not alot left for a tip)but worth it as a group. 5. Drinks collection, great! 6. Waitstaff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. 7. Decor.. SUPER AMAZING! 8. Spacious. Plenty of room so you dont feel crowded. 9. V.I.P Room. For large parties..ie.. bashes, celebrations. 10. Patio! Now who doesn't love a covered patio but still able to feel the breeze?! I was told there's an arcade. (But I didn't see it). I was welcomed immediately upon entering, and the young man had on the coolest shirt. I had a few laughs, it made a Klondike reference, he wore the shirt but had no clue, you had to experience it to get the pun. ( they sell them). I chose to sit at the bar. Then there I met the barmaid..... who was so bubbly and pretty and no I didn't say that because her shirt said that.(LOL) She showed me the special of the day both food and drink. I tried the spicy tequila shot made by the house with jalapeños...meh.. it wasn't hot enough for me but it was still ok. BUT the vegan taco that I had was soooo good. Who knew theres VEGAN TACOS! YES PKEASE!!! There was cauliflower instead of chicken inside but you could not tell the difference. IT was amazing. I had my friend take a bite and I got a 2 thumbs up(lol. Didn't say it was vegan, its AMAZINGhow cauliflowercan take on so many different personalitiesfrom). Anyhoo. Keep Yelping my friends and hope to see you out there!

I called and they…read morewere kind enough to stay open a little bit late cause I was trying to get there before they closed. Cool vibe for a strip mall. BUSY spot on a Friday night, and definitely worth the hype, the drive over from Springfield, and…read morethe approx. 15-20 minute wait to be seated. Some interesting "new" Mexican choices on their menu, and that, along with quick, attentive service, reasonable prices, and a cozy, though spacious atmosphere, made for a MUY BUENA choice here in Troy!! They've got some tempting cocktails, but the Mr. went for a XX draft and I had agua (que aburrida!!) He ordered choripollo, which was a HUGE chicken breast w/plenty of chorizo and cheese, and I ordered a MASSIVE bowl of their crema de elote (cream of corn) soup, which was ok, but kind of watery and a bit bland. I spruce the leftovers up the next day, and made a hotter, creamier soup that was still two portions!!) and two chiles rellenos off of the a la carte menu. Yum!! We were last here YEARS ago, when this spot was home to the 55 Grill, and were happy to see it "hopping" again, with a reasonable, covid-sized crowd, nice decorations, good music, and definitely something for everyone... Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather to try their two open air patio spaces!!

Our drinks came out fairly quickly, and the staff seemed attentive at first. After about 40 minutes, we asked about our food and were told it would be out soon. Another 20 minutes passed with no food, and we noticed tables that were seated after us were already eating. By this point, our drinks had been empty for over 30 minutes, and nobody offered refills or checked on us. Around 65 minutes after placing our order, we asked again where our food was. Yes, the restaurant was busy when we arrived, but by then most of the restaurant had already been served. We could also hear staff in the back arguing loudly enough for customers to hear about how long the order had been waiting. At around 70 minutes, we asked for a manager and were told there wasn't one available, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. Eventually they comped the food -- which still had not arrived -- but still charged us for drinks. The attitude from staff also became noticeably rude and dismissive. The most frustrating part was that multiple employees walked past our table, saw four empty glasses, and never once offered refills or even an update. This is actually my first Yelp review because I normally do not complain publicly, but this experience was bad enough that I felt people should know before spending their time and money here.

Clientele was primarily older (retired) but still saw younger couples as well. Our waitress was nothing fancy but she got the job done and checked in on us a couple of times.
