This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell locations I've ever been to. Both the food and overall presentation were extremely disappointing. The portions were skimpy, with barely any meat, and nothing tasted fresh or flavorful. Even the appearance of the food was unappetizing. My family and I decided to give Taco Bell another try after years--especially since our daughter had never had it before--and it ended up being a huge letdown. Once again, this is what you get when you let kids run a store. 12:30am closed!! It's not like it's 12:50 and they're cleaning up. Nope, they're closed up and getting ready to walk out at 1:00am. Open til 1 means, close up at 1 and then start cleaning up. The has happened multiple times now. That's the only reason I'm writing this review. read more

This location used to be way better... the quality of food, the girls that work here are all very sweet, and it's way cleaner then the other one down 37 going towards the bridge. However my experience today was not good at all. I came through the drive thro placed my order, everything was fine, I get to the window to pay and I'm met by a young boy just staring at me with his hand out he didn't greet me with a hello, or repeat my total just a blank stare with his hand out. (They also got rid of the digital thing that says your total at the window) but I knew it was 15 and change so I gave him 16$ he closed the window then gave me my change still not saying a word. Then my drink, followed by my food. Didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce nothing not one word the entire time I had to ask for mild, no biggie whatever I drive away, and realize he never gave me my receipt which I need to scan for my points on my app. So I swung around and went inside to ask for it. He tried to tell me it's in the bag. (It wasn't) so he prints me an itemized receipt but it doesn't have any bar code on it. So I said how am I supposed to scan this? He shrugged his shoulders and said your receipt is in your bag I put it in there with an attitude he tells me he's been putting everyone receipt in the bag... I told him well you didn't put mine in there. So he walked away and came back one min later with my crinkled up receipt he had tossed in the garbage. No apology, no I'm sorry I was wrong just tossed it on the counter and walked away. I picked it up looked at it, yup it was mine I said I thought it was in the bag? As I walked out they said something under their breathe like stupid teenagers do one of the girls laughing. I don't expect much from fast food employees but these kids are making 15$ an hour, when your wrong and make a mistake the least you can do is not give the paying customer an attitude when YOU WERE WRONG not me. (Also just want to add that one time they forgot my Drink when I came back around for it the girl working the drive through handed me a coupon saying "sorry for our mistake we want to make it right here's a free taco" I didn't ask for this coupon I didn't expect this coupon and I wasn't even mad they forgot the drink It was nice gesture tho. This kid didn't apologize, didn't give me that coupon nothing, just attitude.. I'm more pissed off about the lack of customer service then I am over anything else). read more

I only gave it one star because I had to! First I got my order thrown at me (not by the person that took my order she was great) it only had half of my order in it. When I asked for the rest of my food she looked at me like I was crazy. She finally brought the rest of the order, which was wrong. A steak quesadilla ended up being a steak/chicken something, the first order is now frozen and incorrect. I asked for no tomatoes and the first bite was a mouth full of them. I get it's late, but it was still well over an hour before they closed. I only wish I got their names. I'm sure you're able to look at cameras or whatever and fig it out. It was a young female w brown hair. She needs a little customer service training. Cold half assed food no napkins and an attitude. Great. read more

I have had multiple issues coming here in the past year. they consistently get my order wrong, especially when ordering. today however, is the reason I'm writing this. I drove there for my lunch break at twelve, they were updating equipment I guess so they weren't open until then, and I pull through the drive through. I wait there for maybe five minutes before I'm told that they decided they won't be opening for an additional hour. it frustrates me seeing as I went out of my way to make sure to get there when they'd actually be open to be made to wait and then get told they changed their minds. whilst I want to be lenient with my review I found the service there today highly inconsiderate and hope that they do better in the future. read more

It's a Taco Bell. As someone else (and I'm sure many others before them) have said, they offer americanized mexican-style fast food that's probably not the best thing for you to eat, but that everyone gets the craving for now and then. This one is actually cleaner than most I've been in, but good lord do they need to turn down the lights a little bit. I walked in here late at night before catching a movie down the street, and my entire group commented on how exceedingly brightly they had the place lit. Not really a huge complaint, since nobody goes to Taco Bell for the ambiance, but something that struck us as slightly odd. I guess the stunning white lighting makes the place feel cleaner or something. Food came out fast, and the cashier was friendly. That's about all I can expect from Taco Bell, I suppose.. aside from the occasional late night intestinal distress. read more

Absolutely awful. Had this picked up for me 4 times, and all 4 times the food was incredibly skimp filled to the point I could barely eat it. Every time I have come here for breakfast in the morning there's always a problem. Taco Bell wants to get into the breakfast game, but I don't think your employees are ready. Today I waited 10 minutes, only car in line, for a biscuit taco. They were out of steak, which is not the first time I've come here in the morning and they're out of something. I had to wait 10 minutes for one biscuit taco. I'm already late for work now, will never be back again for breakfast. I will go to McDonald's next door from now onthis was the last chance.
