Had to laugh, while I was sitting there three people walked out due to being told in a rude way you have to place your own order. No discount for doing it. What's next you have to make your own food? They were sweeping the floor when I walked in, he promptly asked if I was ready to order. I told we ordered online and it came in about 3 minutes HOT and FRESH! I got out to the car and it had sour cream & beans on it, so I took it back in and he had told that those items weren't checked off...... HOWEVER, he would remake the way we wanted EVEN THOUGH IT WAS OUR FAULT!!!!!! A very nice experience at this Taco Bell. Pretty sure it was a manager. TALL GUY! This Taco Bell has so much potential-- there is often a line and the staff is usually pretty friendly. A few months ago I called when our order was really really wrong, I didn't have time to go back in at the time (on my lunch break) and the person who I talked to said come on in. I didn't eat it, and brought it back in later that day looking for a refund for the incorrect items (don't get my wrong, Taco Bell is affordable, but this was like $15 worth). When I got in, the manager made a comment like "got it, so you want free food, cool. We can refund you..." ignoring ALL I explained. Fast forward, I tried to move past that bitchy comment, have been in a few times. Just now, we go through the drive through, no line....cool! Our order will be correct. NOPE. My husbands tacos had all the things he doesn't like, and our quesadilla was in a ball. Literally. I often get nachos or a Mexican pizza and they ALWAYS put that on the bottom. The window staff could use some training on how to package items. It's so frustrating these days with the cost of food regardless of where you go. read more

Although most Taco Bell's are pretty average, this location on Martinazzi always seems to make up the difference. The location is good since it's just off of Tualatin Sherwood Road, and is next to Sherri's Pies and a Starbucks. The service is always friendly and they really seem to care about providing the best order they possibly can. While Taco Bell food itself is no gourmet meal, it's not half bad and is more than enough to meet that late night or midday craving. read more

This was the second time I went to this particular Taco Bell, I had ordered l4 big volcano burritos and a quesadilla and the older Spanish Lady only gives me nine hot sauces when I ordered 15 , I use 5 to 7 per item , and she said you're only allowed three sauces per item and that's it , She said it very rudely , and I said since when did corporate change the policy on that , and she wouldn't answer me , and she said all you're getting is three per item , and then she took off into the back of the kitchen , so I called back and complained, I called several other Taco Bell's , and the managers there said there's no such rule like that , limiting the customers only three little sauces pe per item and then I ended up calling corporate, and putting a complaint in about her the Spanish lady there that's an older Spanish lady there, Who has a real problem , and she needs to be fired before this place goes completely out of business, which it should , Treating their customers like this! What a horrible experience I had the last two times I went. I like to have 5-6 hot sauce packets on each item. I am half Mexican. I like my hot sauce dammit. Each time they said only two packets per item. The girl the window was pissed off before I even ordered, I asked her for a lot of hot sauce and she gave me fewer packets then items that I had bought. Her voice said "f' you" already, with every word, but the packets of sauce were a definite "f' you." Then the tacos weren't wrapped well and their innards fell out in the bag... On fast food scale, it gets the job done and inexpensively. They do seem to forget things at the drive-thru though, so check your bag before you hit the hills.
