I have no idea who manages this place but twice now I have come to this location and ordered my food and I was greeted with "I'm sorry but we are out of that" they then asked me if I read their sign. They had a hand written sign that said sorry we are out of the following, "big chalupas, every sauce except doable, lettuce, shredded chicken, Mexican pizzas. Etc" like that is incredible. I go through the Taco Bell drive thru often and don't usually have any problems. But this time, my boyfriend went inside since cars were lined up. He ordered a bean burrito with no onions, double decker taco supreme, and a chalupa supreme meal (comes w a drink and crunchy taco). At first it was weird because they didn't give him a drink cup because apparently the girl didn't realize he ordered a meal, but she said she would fix that for him. So when he goes to get a drink, they were out of lemonade (and I don't drink carbonated drinks). Then, we get our order and leave. But once we get home and open it up, there was a problem with everything we ordered! Onions on my burrito, my taco was not supreme, and they never gave him the crunchy taco that went with his meal! My wife likes to order through their app and pick it up at the restaurant. Last night our order included an order of nachos. We get it home and they gave us the cheese, but not the chips. Hello? If this were a one time thing it wouldn't be so bad, but out of our last 5 orders, 4 of them were wrong. Not a good track record, folks. It's not rocket science! Not only were they "out of tortillas" so you couldn't order anything made with tortillas (good luck with that) they were so lazy they wouldn't make the cheesy fiesta potatoes I ordered and PAID for. They said they were "out of those too" after I already paid for them! You see it was close to closing time, so they were "out of a lot of stuff". They could refund our money, but that was about it. I realize that most people don't read reviews on places as cheap as TB but my hope is that I can save at least one person from this terrible experience. I'm starting to see a trend here. The ONLY reason I go to this place is because my work is located right next to it. Its convenient, however, worst service I've ever seen in any store or restaurant. I come here in hopes that a new manager has taken over and got their staff in check. I could tell many stories on how bad this place is, but my favorite one is my boss came in one time and waited for 10 minutes for someone to even recognize him. Service is very slow, after 20 minute wait in the drive thru, the entire order was wrong. When we unloaded the bag, half of our taco was in the bottom. The rest of the taco was still wrapped up. Every time was missing something or had the exact item we asked to not have. My kid couldn't eat her meal at all. They put cheese on and she is allergic to milk. read more

After EVERY single experience at this establishment has made me angry, I will now write a review. Tonight was the stick that broke the camels back. We got in the drive through (against our better judgement) thinking maybe this time it will be better. It was not. We placed our order at 8:25pm and left the drive through at 9:05pm. This is absolutely ridiculous. Our entire order was $2.95 and one person in the drive through ended up leaving without their order entirely. On top of that, there was no apology for the wait, only a shutting of the window after saying "be with you in a minute". The drive through Is a joke. Worse management i have seen in a long time. The manager cindy likes to get in underage kids face yelling telling them to do stuff that hacmsnt been done in a very long time... seems to be a racist lady.. i called severeal times before just being hung on when the phone was answered never a word said. Then when i finally get threw she gets on phone not giving me a chance to talk at all be for rudely hanging up in my face saying christina will call the employee... my daughter was off at 9 she kept her till 1030 making her scrub toilets and floors that all other managers say no one never does. Wrote her a long list of duties to clean saying it all needs to be done before she clocks out. But kept her on counter until her shift ended and wanted her to stay till 1030 to do this made up cleaning list. She is only 16 years old. And seems as tho cindy is on a power trip. I will be filing a complaint down at the attorney genereal. Since them seem not to wanna give me the franchise number to contact someone or there hr department. This is way they cant keep anyone you have a manager that doesnt no what there doing running everyone off when there lazy and dont no how to run a shift but only when its convenient for them to pick and choose who they want to do stuff. No one never mops there bathrooms and u wanna yell and get in someone face saying u better do it or ur getting written up. Umm no you do it. Toilets the base hasnt been clean in some time and u wanna yell telling my child clean it. That store is never clean. When i wS going there food always messed up. Drive threw takes longer then 10 minutes for food. Horrible Customer Service! I go to Taco bell more than once a week since its near my job. I went in today 6/22/19 between 1:10-1:30pm on the drive thru. The Guy taking my order was very rude could definitely tell he hated his job. So here's a tip for him "IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE THERE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT JOB" no one should ever have terrible customer service specially when "I" am a paying customer service and thanks to your customers you have a job and a check! The lady at the register was nice she kinda look like she was new and berly learning. I didn't get my receipt from them and had to ask back for my change took them more than 4 people to try and figure it out however after more than 15 min waiting I was giving back my change and still no receipts which I wish I did so I could have the names and do their service review! When we started going to this Taco Bell location it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. We have been going to this location for breakfast twice a month for about 6 months, it has steadily declined in the quality of service. This morning we finally decided that we would no longer be going to this location. We were the only customers there, the soda machine dispenser was not working so we asked the male, who I figure is the manager, to please fill our cups from the other soda machine that is behind the counter, he did and the soda was flat. The reason we couldn't use the soda machine in the lobby is because the parts that attach to the dispenser were on the counter next to it soaking. We eventually get our food and we try to get napkins from the napkin holder, but end up having to take out the entire dispenser because no one bothered to fill up the napkins so there were only a few at the bottom. The only reason in giving them one star is because they managed to get our order correct this time. read more

I had literally said no meat no dairy please and please change your gloves. i told the drive-thru guy i am deathly allergic to animal proteins. i heard him say no dairy change gloves. only twice in 25 yrs did i ingest it by accident. i first waited in the walk in for five minutes, when to wash my hands and came out to find a crowd with only one cashier. i waited 15 minutes and left and then saw no one in the drive up. i place my order with the warning, left and bit into the seven layer minus three (cheese, sour cream which i wasnt told was even on it and the guacomole/ranch sauce which i later found out had no ranch sauce), to find out that all three had been put on. seems to me they would all fall under the no dairy no cheese category. i then took my shot and went back to tell them what they did and find out where the walk in emergency clinic was. when i got home 3 hrs later i ate the other 7 layer burrito i think it is, i only had it once before a couple of years ago. this time no cheese, no sour cream, and no beans....no friggin beans. by the way after i went back after the first screw up they claim he didnt remember me from 4 minutes earlier. the same car from behind me was now leaving so that make it three cars between my order and when i walked in. the first manager looked at me like i had three head and said he cant remember every order. i said i didnt even go 100 yards. there was a train crossing so i made a u turn and you are the very last store before the train. you just served the same customer who was behind me when i pulled up. he then sent over the guy who supposedly made it...i was at the drive thru...i dont know who made it. he said he was also the manager but not dressed like the first guy. he said he didnt put on the guacomole cuz that is what the guy said and to change gloves. now i heard what he said and he said no meat, no dairy and no gloves. i heard it. there is not even any meat on it and he said it. anyway they would even send him up to me but they had a personal conference with about 6 employees cuz i could hear the talk and see them look at me. thats when the second guy came back and said he doesnt remember it. okay what about the guy there with the blue hair, he was at the window when he said no dairy cuz he was wondering why. anyway i got some water and found out where the walk-in clinic was, got a replacement and as i left the dick actually said " have a good day". i was floored. i swear if i didnt work in a prison i would have thrown a napkin dispenser at his head. i then said fuckin remarkable, what a dick loud enough for the customers walking in to hear me. three hours later when i got home and found no beans i called my local store to see if they hire challenged people, not retarded, but those whose brain is less developed then a chimps, but slightly more than a monkey's (btw, chimps are not monkeys...they are apes so please dont reply to my message correcting me). they responded by yelling at the employees to quiet down they cant hear me and to stop telling the cusomers they are closed since they are still open for 15 more minutes and not to start shutting down yet. i heard them respond by saying they didnt know that they had 15 more minutes to wait. ^^^you can lead a monkey to water but you cant train one to work at taco bell*** she then gave me the number to the corporate office and said they should always be open....nope. and wrong number. i told her repeatedly it was on my receipt and i can look at it. she then told me to call 1-800-tell-the-bell....instead of 1-800-taco-bell. i then called the cortaro store in marana to tell the manager?? that he messed up again and his response was that yes he remembered me all he way from 3 hrs earlier but that he cant always remember what goes on what food....i said what???? you cant remember how to make the food....thinking this twit is a manager and he makes up his own menu in his head and yet i am charged for what is listed on the menu posted short of what i volunteered to remove. i hung up and posted this. ps..im not going to read this for mistakes, i dont care at this point. read more

Here's my little rant about this Taco Bell. It's honestly so disappointing when you're on the go and ready to get a cheap meal and then they mess up your order. I am a pescetarian and have been for almost eight years, so I am obviously very limited on what I can eat. So I went to this Taco Bell location which is right up the street from my house and ordered such a simple meal, because in the past, at this location and others, if I had asked them for something more complex without meat, they still ended up putting meat in it (which is a little more understandable because they're used to making that product with meat included). But what I ordered today was a dollar burrito that does not have meat included in it, ever. Just a simple cheesy BEAN burrito, yet somehow, today it had meat. I took a couple bites, not thinking it'd be any different than it has been from the last 20+ times I've ordered it in my lifetime. But after a few seconds, I realized something was completely different and I looked inside, and there it was. Meat. Everywhere. Already I started to feel sick just from realizing what i had just swallowed... I double checked the receipt; my order was correct on it. No, I didn't take the burrito back, like some of you probably think I should've done, because 1.) it was a dollar and 2.)I was too far away by that point trying to catch some damn Pokémon. lol But point being, things like that shouldn't happen. If you're in the food industry, you need to pay close attention to people's orders. Especially when it comes to making something that doesn't have a certain ingredient in it, then adding that ingredient anyway without the customers consent. If someone has a food allergy, or is like me and doesn't eat meat, that can make someone extremely sick and then a lawsuit may follow. I don't understand why making a dollar burrito is that difficult. I get humans make mistakes but that Taco Bell has made mistakes multiple times on my orders now. And it's even more frustrating because I went when it was completely dead. They had all the time in the world to focus on my order. But it was rushed and it ended up being incorrect. Right now, my stomach does not feel very well, but I'm not completely sick, yet. I'm pretty pissed at this situation and won't be returning to this location, (if any Taco Bell location at all) which sucks considering it's conveniently close to my house and I did like several things on their menu. I only come here once or twice a year because they are so slow in hopes that they have new management. But this time was like the others.
