I don't go to Taco Bell for real Mexican food, but do pop on for occasional fast-food taco. For a limited time, they are serving old favorites. When I was a teenager and in college, late night "study munchies" included the Enchirito. I ordered this old favorite for a bit of nostalgia. It seemed smaller,was missing the 3 black olives, had way too many onions, and was too salty. Old fond memories quickly evaporated. This is the WORST taco bell, seriously. Unfortunately its the closest to my work but its horrible! We placed a mobile order, 10 mins later we tried to pick it up, they said someone already picked it up?? They said they will remake it and a different employee said they just never made it. Had an excellent experience at this Taco Bell! I used the kiosk to order but the team was super friendly and asked if I needed a drink. Bathrooms were clean and so was the dining hall. Victor confirmed my items when he handed them to me (no tomato or sour cream) everything was made correctly! It was probably one of the best chicken quesadillas I've ever had from Taco Bell! One thing I liked about this Taco Bell location is that you'll be sure to get your food hot and employees sounds very friendly. However, this doesn't justify the extremely long wait time. I'm going to start by going over the positives of this Taco Bell . The food came out fast and hot . Super plus when you want a quick bite before shopping . The downside is when my daughter and I walked up there seemed to be some sketchy behavior in the parking lot . Maybe a deal going down , (if you get my drift ). Parking lot felt a lil unsafe since these people were watching us walk by them. Inside Taco Bell it just felt dirty . There's crumbs ALL over the seats and floor . A later came by to wipe the tables and did half the table tops and walked away . No one swept the floor while I was there . Honestly up keeping the eating area at a fast food joint is important. Seeing the mess everywhere made it unappealing to eat makes you think of what the back of the kitchen must look like if there is no pride to clean the public areas . One star is just for the food . First time coming to this store for a taco bell night run.. me and my brother ordered separately through the app and we are 3 miles away from the store.. we placed our order and left the house 5mns after we submit our order.. as soon as we arrived we noticed a long line outside and thought that it may have been a bad idea ordering through the drive thru. Few cars in front of us decided to leave the line to go somewhere else and some parked to order inside the restaurant.. we were too close in doing the same thing but since we're chilling inside my car we stayed in the line.. it took literally about 40-45 minutes overall for talking to the speaker and getting our order picked up.. I was also disappointed by the fact that the serving is way less than expected.. i'm not sure if they are in a rush but i believe the serving of my favorite nacho fries should've been more than what i got.. Then I got the message, "You'll see this drop from your account within 5 business days." So they can take my money instantly but will take up to 5 days to return it!!! Employees are nice, but this Taco Bell is by far the worst I've ever been to! I've eaten here several times (I guess I'm a glutton for punishment), and it has literally never been even decent food. Their tortillas aren't the same as other Taco Bell's or if they are, they do something weird to them here. The burrito supreme is basically a bean burrito with a tiny bit of other stuff, snd half the size of other Taco Bell burritos. We went through the drive thru to get my daughter three cheese roll ups. The roll ups were suppose to have cheese only and since my daughter can sometimes be a picky eater, this was perfect for her. She found lettuce and tomatoes in her roll up, which tells me the cheese on their preparation table was not maintained and/or the preparer, had lettuce and tomatoes on his/her gloves as he/she prepared the wrap. I used to eat at Taco Bell all the time so this isn't really about kust this location unless the local owners and not Corporate have set up less than an ounce per serving when you order sides now. I don't understand how a literal tablespoon of Spanish Rice is considered "a" serving.
