Over priced for what you get and it didn't taste like the normal taco I use to . Nothing more to say maybe try a different Taco Bell

I had one of the worst fast food experiences of my life at this Taco Bell. On 8/25 I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 crunchy beef tacos and cinnamon twists. The tacos were clearly old--the shells were soggy and the cheese had melted onto the wrapper. I called later and spoke with a manager (Jada) who apologized and said to come back, they'd remake the order and give me coupons. When I returned on 8/26, I stood at the counter for several minutes with no acknowledgment, even though four employees were working in the kitchen. Another customer walked in after me and was helped immediately. When I spoke up, one employee glared at me and aggressively asked, "Do you have a problem?" The manager excused the behavior by saying the employee was "on medication" and refused to give me his name or the district manager's info. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I never even received my order, and I left feeling shocked and disrespected. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I've been going to the Taco Bell in the Hazel Dell/Vancouver area for about eight years now--definitely more times than I'd like to admit, lol. The staff is always super friendly, the service is fast, and my order is consistently accurate. I really appreciate Larisa, Kenny, and the manager Shannon. They always make sure my vegetarian order is fresh off the grill and exactly how I want it. It's rare to find that level of attention and consistency at a fast food spot. Food quality is terrible. When you get flat back with broken shells because there is nothing in them. More than once no meat and it's a taco at Taco Bell that's a problem. We have had missing food in drive thru more than once. And the cost for what you get. The Mexican pizza keeps shrinking in size. It's just overall bad. We now hit up Dell Taco. This is new to us and it's so good. Taco shells are actually full and burritos are so good. read more

Awesome Taco Bell location! Drive thru lady is always nice! I think her name is Anguelica?! That was the name on my receipt. She's always nice and happy to help! I can get my favorite double-decker tacos here, too! Many locations are unwilling to make them, even though they carry all the ingredients. So appreciate this locations customer service! The food is always fresh and hot! I've never had issues with my order... and I always make changes to menu items. Drive thru moves quickly. Would highly recommend this location. read more

Got to be the absolute slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. The service is so slow. My order was completely wrong and it took forever to get them to remake it. The kids were waiting forever and then when it came out my food was ice cold. I will never go back to this location! Got a beefy 5 and it was all beef no joke :( mind you there were a total three beefy 5s, in our order, two had extra sour cream, and then there was mine...a regular schmegular beefy 5. I witnessed two elderly customers come in during my same visit and stand at the counter, and not ONE employee came to the counter to help them. One of them walked out and said "they don't need my business". The other just stood there until another CUSTOMER helped them place their order with the touch screen. Very rude customer service. There's no reason to lie and say you can't hand me my delivery order through the window. I called corporate and asked it's not a rule that you can't hand food to grubhub drivers through the window. You're literally five feet from the food. I can't believe I witness this! The staff and "Manager with his Taco Bell hat on backwards" lost two orders back to back in the time I was at this location, they would not remake the orders? One was a Grub Hub driver and the other a paying customer. Both told the Grub Hub driver the order was already pickup and told the other customer he was rude, not the case both customers were very calm, just trying to figure out what happened. Staff working at this Taco Bell, managers included should be severely disciplined or fired! This Taco Bell's hours vary widely and the employees are rude as hell. Use to be open late, now only until midnight. I moved recently and the old taco bell i used to regular, was very bad honestly, so coming here i expected little to nothing, but honestly, the people here are always so friendly. I work the night shift, so i usually come in at the late hours of night, and even when i feel honestly everyone just wants to go to sleep, they still serve me with respect and care. Customer service was amazing here, almost every time I've went. Only had 1 mistaken order out of the dozens of times I've ordered food here, and they didn't fix the order (because i didn't ask) but im sure they would have been happy to fix the issue no problem. read more

Just updating my review . I am not sure why I continue to come here . I am disappointed every single time . Today the drive-through line is over 30 minutes long. Even thought this location is wrapped around the building with cars , I can see employees casually taking breaks in the dining room . how do you not know your own menu? and the moment they opened I had just arrived in the drive through. None of the breakfast menu was out at 8 am. I asked to see if they could help me out in which burrito I eaten last time. I told her where it was usually placed on the menu and what it had in it. She said point blank "I have no idea what the menu out there looks like." Do you work at Taco Bell? I then told her what it had in it and that it was a small burrito. I am not sure if I am just getting lucky or not, but I have been to this location three times now and it is the freshest taco bell food I have ever had. I am boring and just get tacos usually, but they are always completely full and very good. It makes all the other taco bells look bad for sure. read more
