It's been a few years since I posted a review so thought it was due time. Guess what? It's still amazing! I still laugh that I am going to a gas station to order food! Okay, not really but it's next to it. My go to meal is nachos (no protein) and 2 tacos. Yum! The nachos come with chips, beans, guacamole, sour cream, and jalapenos! Since I like my chips crunchy, I have to eat it right away because as it sits, the chips soften (normal). The tacos, I have been getting the carne asada lately. They are pretty good. I like that they give you a pager and you can sit in the car and wait for your food. For those wanting to eat there, they have picnic tables. Definitely try this place. read more

Big portion and worth the price. Next time I would get it with Al pastor. I'd also ask for no lettuce and no pico (too many red onions). The onions were overpowering and blows the palate. I usually lean towards green salsa for a personal blanket preference for salsa, but since I had never been here before I asked for all of salsa options so I could decide what tastes best. Willing to pay more for extras. Roja salsa was the best. But it's tasted more like a homemade enchilada sauce and not a good red salsa. The Verde had vinegar in it for some reason. It was terrible. Rachel Ray vibes if you know what I mean. Lol. The habanero had a really nice kick to it but not a lot of flavor, kinda unfortunate. If I come back I would only order extra red salsas. Or better yet have some of my own homemade at home on deck to make it way more flavorful. I'm tired of reviews on Yelp raving that it's "the best" when it's mediocre. As a Mexican I'd beg to differ. I think a lot of spots in the area cater to the demographic and they don't have anything to compare it to. lol I'd definitely come back if I'm in the area for the portion size. I will definitely try another meat options because carne asada was flavorless. Definitely needs to up the seasoning (and I mean more than just salt!). I'm down to try tacos in different protein options so it's a quick pick to the best before I commit to a whole burrito again. Lol Service was great. Parking was a breeze. Got the chili verde burrito and had to upgrade my review to 5 stars. They make a really solid chili verde and the burrito is HUGE. Took me 2 days to finish it. The staff are crazy nice too. Burritos are averaging $8-9 these days. Here they are $9.75-10.75 but the size and quality justify the costs. Tip: leave the lettuce out if you are not going to eat the whole burrito in one meal. Work concluded and I noticed that traffic back home was hella gnar. So hit the yelp app to see what's close and hella good. 4.5 Avg with a pic of fat burrito?! I'm on my way. A dive taco stand attached to a shell gas station. Oh snap this is gonna be next level. My eyes went straight to the steak and shrimp burrito. Around $12.50 total including cc fee. I was given my buzzer and went back to the whip to anticipate. In the time I waited, around 10-15 minutes. Cars everywhere pulled up. All of a sudden the place was cracking. This place must be the best spot for taqueria cravings! Finally my s and s burrito was ready, the lady tossed in two packets of salsa and I was on my way to see what's really good. WOW. My husband tasted the Colby Jack cheese in the burrito and couldn't finish it. Surprisingly, they don't use Mexican cheeses here for their burritos. This little shop is attached to the outside of a convenience store/ gas station/ post office. I wouldn't have known this until we went to this office and could smell the aroma of Mexican food. Noticed the construction guys on the outside having lunch, it must be a good place for Mexican food! Finally we got some burritos . They don't mess around, you'll need two hands to hold on to the burritos! I got the chili verde burrito, it's large enough to share if you have tiny appetites. I don't share. A whole meal in this burrito- pork, tomatillo sauce, rice, beans and cheese, all wrapped up in flour tortilla. FYI- they charge 75 cents if you use your charge card. Authentic Mexican food is hard to come by in the PNW so I consider this a real gem. We're always satisfied with the food from tacos locos. The pricing is good for the portion sizes. I had 2 chicken tacos, which were on the smaller side but happened to be packed and had with lots of flavor. If you love spicy ask for 2 tubs of the red hot sauce. They also have a green one but it was quite mild. My beau got a carne asada & nopales (cactus) burrito. It was LARGE. So big! A proper meal in itself. It gets a line of hispanic guys about 50 long for lunch according to my chiropractor, who is across the parking lot. The torta comes with a ton of French fries on the side. People were standing in bunches in the parking lot, waiting for their orders. There are a couple of picnic tables where people can eat. Placed our order at the outdoor register and waited. Really, deeply, truly sad to re-review this spot which on e was so great to me! I would get excised anytime I was on this side of town - because I'd always stop for amazing steak fries. Last visit, I chalked it up to a fluke - but after grabbing to-go yesterday - I have to admit to myself that it's the end of my journey here. I ordered my once great steak fries - and everything was different. The fries were different, plating was off, toppings ( missing sour cream ) were not the same, almost no steak. I would rather pay a few dollars more for greatness! Got nachos, a Gordita, side of rice, and Sope. They do have great prices, and nice service. All were lackluster and flavorless. Found this place on Yelp as we were searching for lunch options on our way to Tillamook, OR. Did NOT disappoint. It's a hole in the wall on the side of a Shell gas station, and when 75% of the clientele is Hispanic, you know the food has to be legit. I even had to look up one of the items on the menu...Mulitas... in translation it's a mix of a quesadilla and a taco.... In reality it's UH-Mazing!!! I highly recommend the #3 combo (mulita and 2 street tacos). We also got chicken quesadillas. They do not skimp on the food, and def don't skimp on the meat! Guacamole was equally amazing! I'd go 3.5 stars on this if I could. The service was great, the staff was kind and the vibe is cool - gas station taco stand with a couple of tables and a walk up window. Their burritos are huge (In amazement, had my husband feel how heavy the bag was with just 2 burritos in it!). I had the chille rellano burrito, which tasted like heaven, and my husband loved his steak & egg burrito. Go there...but not too often so it doesn't get too crowded when I go there! The lovely aroma coming from the Tacos Locos windows every time I went to the little post office next door is what got me to finally give it a try. I can't say I was disappointed. The tacos are very tasty, the service is quick and efficient and the prices aren't bad. There is often a line of people at the window especially close to meal times. (That's always a good sign!) They were very kind. Ordered 2 #9's (carnitas and pastor) and a Chicken quesadilla. The shells were SO hard and chewy at the same time. I do these all the time at home, these were not made fresh, today. The carnitas was very fatty. In one bite I pulled all the "meat" out of my taco.
