Oh my Lordy lord, we sat at a table for two people for some tacos while we were hungry on the road, we made a mistake, it took like 20 minutes for our food to be ready, and when we ate it we new there was something up, meat was uncooked, lettuce was like rotten and the shell was soggy. After eating about a bite or two I already had to use the toilet. I went to the restroom in the restaurant only to find out that the toilet was clogged and poop was all over the first stall, so I thought I could just use the other stall when I found out the other was not better but worse and had poop and paper on the ground. Walked into restaurant with one couple sitting at table waiting for tgeir order. i stood at register for min 10 min with employees looking at me. No hello, be with you in a min or any comments a human being woukd say. i finally called to the female who i think was a "manager" i use that term lightly. Our daughter drove to this location not once but three times due to screwed up orders. Granted she should have checked her order before leaving the parking lot but one would think you would get it right after three attempts. Hands down, this is the most worthless Taco Bell we've ever seen. I should have read all the 1-star reviews so that's on me. I've spent over 30 years in the service industry, and have first hand experience that people make mistakes. Lord knows, I've long ago lost count of how many times I've provided a service experience less than what the customer deserved. Nobody is perfect. But, I learned long ago the phrase, "a complaint is an opportunity to make a friend." Apparently, Lisa doesn't need to make any more friends. She seems to get some perverse satisfaction in telling people no. I purchased something called a Taco Pass FROM THIS STORE on Saturday, and she told me the next day, that they don't participate. Don't know. Don't care. If there is some kind of problem in the system, that's not my fault. But, anybody with any people skills would have, at least honored it once to satisfy a customer. But, it was quickly apparent that Lisa has some kind of chip on her shoulder, and gets some kind of thrill from putting her adversaries (customers) in their place. Maybe I should give her some credit. Maybe the owners are even more abusive than her, and she would be nicer if they weren't such soulless individuals. So, they either need to fire her or learn to treat her as a human being so she will learn to treat customers the same way. read more

This place was honestly terrible. When I used to work at Taco Bell, food had to be out in one minute. It took them 6 minutes to make 4 bean burrito and two tacos. Also, when rehydrating the beans, they took them out early and caused them to be gross and crunchy. I couldn't eat any of my food. The chips and cheese was extremely greasy and was way worse than normal. I eat at Taco Bell a lot and I know what's normal. When looking at the bad reviews I thought "it's fast food, bad reviews are obligated to happen" and went to the location to get dinner. We realized that the reviews were all true. Placed a door dash order on January 2nd 2022 around 10pm, my driver notified me that she was turned away by a very rude and unfit manager of the establishment. I called up the location to speak to the woman who had been rude to my driver to get a first hand perspective of this individual. Safe to say that she was telling the truth, the owner of this establishment needs to do a better job of picking a better manager. Sad to say this Taco Bell will be not receiving any of my business, I will also spread the word to the local youth population to take their business else where. YUCK! read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. My service was the worst I've ever had at any fast food chain. I went through the drive through and ordered four Doritos locos tacos; two of which were for my passenger and were requested without cheese. We get home and immediately look in the bag. Two of the tacos had only meat and cheese. The other two were mixed in the bottom of the bag. This wasn't a problem caused by transport since my passenger was holding the bag. I refuse to go back to this location. I'd rather drive twenty miles north to the next Chipotle. read more

The prices for the box meals at this taco bell are $1 higher than advertised on national TV & they are skimpy on the fillings in the tacos. Hi the last few times I've ordered crunchy tacos there, they put the beef on so wet that the taco falls apart as soon as you unwrap it and everything falls out. Very unhappy with my last three snd maybe last visits. See for yourself. read more

If I could give this taco bell a lower rating I would. The service I had today was an experience I will NEVER forget and I still cannot believe the ignorance I received while attempting to buy two regular sized freezes and two orders of nacho fries. Not only did the woman charge me full price when I came at happy hour to get the discount but she charged me for nacho fries and after she put it on the bill told me they do not sell them anymore and wanted to replace them with something as equal value ($1) to which I was not interested in. I did not notice the mistakes in the bill until I gave her a $50 and then corrected her on my drink price mistakes, she went to give me the change but told me I could not get a refund on the nacho fries ($2 plus tax) because her manager was not there, and then proceeded to tell me they would have to keep my $50 until the manager came back tomorrow because again they cannot do refunds. Im not going to leave a $50 bill because a $50 bill is a lot different than a $10 bill and they again tell me they cannot give me that back even though my order was canceled. When finally they ask their general manager if I can get my $50 back and just walk out and go someplace else the general manager came in and handed my money extremely rude and mumbled under her breath. I have never in my life had customer service as poor as this not to mention the inexperience and policy of "no refunds" I mean seriously. Ordered 2 soft tacos, got the "mini" sized tortillas. No nachos, but got cheese yay!!!... Problems everytime.

I asked about the rolled chicken tacos and they were described to me as shredded chicken rolled in a taco shell and fried- which is exactly how they appeared in the picture. I ordered the two piece. What I received was two flat pieces of breaded chicken (no shell, not shredded, not rolled) that were so small that put together they wouldn't even equal a whole chicken nugget. They also tasted like chicken nugget, which I hate. It also cost $2.29, which is insane for one mouthful of food. I tried to look up what I got on the Taco Bell website- assuming they packed the wrong thing- and couldn't even find what I received. The lady who packed our food upgraded our free Taco to a Taco supreme at no charge, but she was kinda rude to the girl who was originally helping us and she's the one who packed up our bag. I'm not sure if Taco Bell the company is to blame or just this particular store, but I am still hungry after eating my disappointing chicken. I see why this Taco Bell has 1 star. read more

It's hard to believe I even tried this Taco Bell again. Other TB are usually good and uniform in their preparation, but this TB just plain misses the mark every time and they've been the same for years. Broken shells, half filled meat in their burritos, sometimes they have forgotten the cheese. Their staff is too busy playing to actually have time to their customers or what their preparing. Upon showing them there was hardly any meat or cheese on a taco, they treated me like I was the problem. It must be poor management at this TB, because I eat at others and have always been pleased because they're normal Taco Bell. Try the one in South Venice instead or the Sarasota one on 41 approaching downtown. They are worth the drive because this TB is so constantly disappointing. read more

I read the other review, that person probably loves tortillas. See I want something in the tortilla like meat, beans and cheese, I'm funny like that. Every time I go to this place I have to pay for extra scoops of meat and beans, usually 3 on the meat, and the scoops (they call it this) they are the size of a tablespoon. I am in Atlanta and today ate at a Del Taco, WOW what a difference. You actually get ingredients. My son caught a tear running down my face. The main shocker is it's cheaper too. You get your food loaded with good tasting ingedients and it;s less expensive to boot. If Del taco was in Venice this place would go out of business. Ohh and when taco bell announces special deals like on the superbowl commercial or something like that, you go in and they will tell you " we don't honor those deals we're different" Yes they are and not in a good way.
