This Taco Bell has been trying to get their act together. They're always busy and I noticed the new staff are trying their hardest. They're always busy are hit or miss. Orders do get messed up. I usually do mobile app ordering and occasionally have to wait longer than expected. The last time I went they had no Baja Blast, sauces and other items. The staff told us the delivery truck was two days late so it affected their store. The restaurant itself has been updated. There's ordering kiosks inside, self serve soda machine and tables to dine at. Like I said, it's hit or miss but if you've got a craving, be patient. read more

I come here often to get my son bean burritos at the drive thru and typically have no problems- except that one time he got beef burritos instead of bean burritos. Today we decided to sit inside. We ordered at the kiosk which I really like. My son's two bean burritos were on stale tortillas. My $6 bowl was pitiful. The AC did not appear to be working on an 80+ degree day. A door was propped open with a chair. The parking lot had lots of cigarette butts and trash on it. It's unbelievable how the management allows this business to close 30min before the posted time. Google says 2am and yelp says 1am. I arrived at 12:30am and I was immediately told "we are closed". Clearly a lack of poor management here absolutely disgraceful staff, having a party in the kitchen and using vapes. Major health code violations here. This location needs to just close up and move out of the way for something better to come in and take its place. The food is usually fine, but it stops there. Imagine waiting in the drive-thru for the typical 30-60 minutes (it is quite literally that long, almost every time) to be greeted at the speaker with "Our system is down, it might be back up in 15 minutes." This happened to me over a month ago. I contacted customer service with a complaint and to get my refund as it was a mobile order. Now imagine hearing the same line on repeat a month later. Today I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, a line of cars moving one every 5 minutes or so wrapped around the parking lot. Nothing new there. All of a sudden cars were moving at rapid pace - I knew what was happening before I was even told, as it had happened last time I was there. "Sorry, our system is down." Doors are always locked, even during the day. Drive thru long and slow. System always "down." Complaints to management have fallen upon deaf ears. They don't care. The drive thru usually takes forever. They locked the door to the dining room because they can't keep enough employees to work the front register and drive thru. The terrible service was topped when the drive thru worker asked me to wait at the speaker until she instructed me to pull up to the window. She only wanted to wait on 1 car at a time. Meanwhile, the line dragged all the way around the building, across the parking lot, and into the entrance of the plaza. When I was finally called to the window, I asked why she made me wait. We ordered when there was only one customer in front of us. They call our name and when we went to the counter the proceeded to ignore us. The place is not clean at all as you can see in the photo. Food and debris all over the work station and floor. I can only imagine what appliances look like inside them. So we finally get our food and of course we are missing some items. I go back up to the counter and there are five other people up there with issues. The lady just said ohh and make the item really quick. SO, PLEASE: MANAGERS/OWNERS, make this place's drive through timer longer. this is so sad watching this group of hardworking employees struggle like this when the drive-through line is long. two patrons spent money then waited thirty-fourth minutes each for their meals, then both patrons were refunded because they couldn't wait any longer. i'm waiting a really long time and losing money while picking up delivery/to-go food. also, I just wanted to add, I watched this team really come together and communicate really well when things got stressful. Taco bell food is probably the cheapest food available. The food is decent. I will give 3 stars for the food and 1 additional star for the value. Always look at the combos. Those are incredible value. Crunchy tacos here is good. Regular crunchy taco is the mildest of the tacos. It still have good flavor. Next comes the Nacho cheese doritos loco tacos. That is a lot more flavorful. And finally the spiciest of them all is the fiery doritos locos tacos. That is an explosion of flavors. Triple double crunchwrap was decent as well, though the real one does not contain as much meat as shown in the advertisement poster. I got the double chalupa and yeah, shouldn't have let their advertisement steer me away from just ordering their regular beef tacos. The double chalupa was not good at all. This Taco Bell needs new management. We got there st 11 a.m. Sign on door said they were open at 10 a.m. as did their website. At 11:05 I called them to see if they were opened. Was told they would be opening soon. They opened the door and let us in. We ordered and got our food. No napkins, and 1 napkin holder was empty and the other was very low. Condiment area was dirty and didn't have any sauces. There were dirty tables, and since we were the first ones there, my guess is that they were dirty from the night before. This place consistently keeps getting my order wrong. I don't eat beef and invariably they charge me for Chicken and give me beef dishes. Today was the worst! Around 10.00 pm, Ordered 3 chicken soft tacos supreme with shredded chicken. They gave me 3 tacos one with potatoes instead of chicken and 2 with NOTHING no chicken nothing! They don't pick up the phone - the line is 1/2 a mile long so I'm not going back from 2 towns over to correct! Not sure if this is on purpose or if they just don't care! I used the kiosk and wanted to pay cash. It was not clear that you had to pay before the order would go through. Customers were waiting a long time for their orders.
