Wish I could leave a lower rating. Ordered a breakfast burrito. Started to drive away and found it was cold in the middle. Went back, and was told that the cheese,tomato and bacon should be cold ( cheese was still in shredded form). I ordered meals for me and my wife and went home to see that part of my meal was not there. I called to see what I should do and she asked me to come back that night and as it was snowing I told her I didn't want to do that so she said she would write a note with my name and the item I didn't receive so I can come pick it up later I go there not even 24 hours later and ask for the item I paid for and she asked for a receipt. Who the fuck keeps a fast food receipt. I told her the manager or who ever wrote my name down but apparently she didn't. Average Taco Bell in the area -- nothing special about it at all. If you visit in the afternoon don't expect anything to be hot -- the Chalupa shells are apparently cooked much earlier in the day so they are just served at room temperature in the afternoons. read more

First off, even though every site (Yelp and Taco Bell's own website) says this location is open (and a couple cars were in the drive thru itself), this place looks closed down. Sign light isn't lit up. The menu board itself is dark. And no one greets you or responds to you. You start thinking...could it be closed?? I'd LIKE to tell you how the food was at this Taco Bell but I have no clue. The attendants refused to take care of customers. Let the line pile up three deep behind me while I waiting over 5 minutes there without a hello even. Tons of space in front of my car as the one that had been at the order screen when I pulled up had circled out of site even. Tiny beeping of my horn AND repeatedly calling out before I gave up and looked for another relatively close locale that was still open. Saw the attendant giving the last car left before me their food. (Shouldn't she have taken my order so they could be working on it before finishing the last person ahead of me??!) Another car behind me got fed up before I did and left as well. I called out to the attendant as I went past since her window was open to give the last car it's food...are you not going to even ACKNOWLEDGE that there are other people waiting??? I moseyed down to the one in Zion tout de suit before they closed. How relieved I was to come to this one in Zion and be instantly greeted by a brightly lit facility, menu board lights on and attentive attendant (yes, I just did that on purpose. Every time i order a power burrito and tell them "no tomato" the response is "it doesn't come with tomato". It NEVER FAILS there is in fact tomato on it even after they say it doesn't even come with tomatoes. This is UNSAT. The workers don't need to be working there until they can learn the menu. I visited this location with my husband this evening. Now I'm talking in our pajamas, after work, late night craving. We order, and the location was rather busy. We get our order, get half way home and realize an order of nacho fries are missing. We turn around, head back, and of course there are about 5 new cars in line. We wait literally 10 minutes to get back to the speaker where the cashier was rather rude. She made sure to tell us to have our food and receipt ready! I was flabbergasted. At this point, my nacho bellgrande is turning into a pile of mush. I tell my husband, I'm going to try to eat some before its inedible, even though I'd rather be eating at home in bed. We finally 15 minutes later are at the window, and the cashier greets us with an argument on how she didn't forget anything, insinuating we were lying and actually asked to see the bag of food. We presented the receipt, and the food, and then she starts pointing at my nacho bellgrande like I committed the ultimate sin by eating some of it before the order could be verified by her. At that point I'm beyond mad, I try to explain to her if I hadn't started eating now it would've been shit by the time we got home.... (why at this point I'm defending this shit in the drive thru at 12:30, when they screwed up is beyond me!!!) The cashier at this point tells us she won't serve us and slams the window in our face. Now I'm beyond livid, and I don't want the food, any of it. She walks away, like we are just going to say "ok have a nice night!" I literally had to honk my horn multiple times to be graced with the presence of a manager who started talking to us like we had just cussed out her cashier..... (now I'm super confused and angry at this point!!!) I'm not sure what the cashier tried to claim, but I'll tell you it wasn't responsibility for forgetting those stupid ass nacho fries!!! I'll never go back. After the manager got involved she offered to finally give us our "paid for nacho fries", But at that point my appetite was gone. I'm a daily customer. She forgot to give me a fork a straw she would walk to the window; I would start talking and she would suddenly leave without saying one second or anything. She's rude. I even offered her extra money for some Diablo sauce and I didn't even get extra. I personally like extra extra extra sauce. I'm not like others where they out a little bit on their food .
