ONLY COME HERE DURING THE DAY! Day shift workers are more polite and make sure that your order is right. I've come here on multiple occasions at night and every single time my order has been messed up. The first time I had asked for no lettuce on my tacos and I go to eat my tacos and there was a heaping mound of lettuce. Called and spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and said she made the order right and hung up. The next occasion I had ordered a steak quesorito box with no lettuce and a Pepsi and I got a double chalupa box with a Baja blast. When we got to the window the workers (about high school age) were hugging each other and taking videos dancing to music. This is a brand newish Taco Bell that opened last year and it completes Waupun for food locations! I'm very happy that we are finally able to rejoice with the delicious food Taco Bell provides. I've been here a few times and every time has been a great experience. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgable. The store is super clean and spotless head to teo unlike some other taco bells you may find. The food comes out fast and correctly and it's some of the best I've had from Taco Bell! When I come here I know I'll get only the best of Taco Bell, which always makes me happy and satisfied! Definitely give this place a stop as it's right off the highway and easily accessible! read more

I went through the drive through on 1-14-2019. The associate was not friendly at all He did not thank me for my business, did not give me straws or napkins, I had to ask for sauces, he acted like it was an inconvenience to him for asking for sauces. I should know better and check my bag before leaving the window as this is not the first time I have had issues with this location. A smile and a Thank You can go a long way. Food was good for what it was. I absolutely hate going there in the evening anymore. I had just stopped there about 830 pm on a friday night. I ordered 3 taco supremes and a small pepsi. The kid in the drive through offered me a # 8. Which is is 2 regular tacos ( loaded with lettuce, and a taco supreme with a large drink. I just accepted it since due to past experience its what i would have gotten anyway. All 3 tacos were plain tacos. So tired of paying for stuff i dont get. We ordered our food on a mobile order, and it was a typical wait time. They called the mobile order eas up and we went to grab it and the manager said it wasnt ours even though it was. We stood there for about 10 minutes before someone came over and we spent another 10 minutes figuring it out. Then we got the bag of food, it was cold and hard, so they had to remake the food. This Taco Bell advertises prices in the store, but does not honor them when purchase is made. When I asked about why the 10% over charge-the employee indicated it was tax. When I pointed out they had charged me tax on top of the advertised price + 10%; the story changed, blaming the mgt/owner for coding the prices in the POS system that were inflated from what was advertised- but they had no time to change the posted, advertised price. Would point out that they found time to increase the advertised price of $1 menu items to $1.39-$1.69; but evidently couldn't put a sticker or use a sharpie to correctly advertise prices. Got my money back and exited as quickly as possible. Just because it is a fast food franchise doesn't mean it can't operate in an honest manner. read more

Going through the the drive threw at night is a guarantee mess if you order more than 2 things. Front cashier will be yelling at the line cooks and dropping the fbomb here and there. You will be waiting more than 10 min or more for your food inside. Recommend going before 5. read more

My wife and I went here for breakfast, eating inside. I ordered a steak grande scrambler no pico, the cashier repeated it to me correctly, however when I got to my table they had made it wrong, which unfortunately isn't unusual, however when I went back to the counter to get it fixed I waited 5 minutes while being ignored. I coughed, knocked on the counter, said excuse me and no one responded. One employee looked at me but ignored me and kept working. I will say they appeared to be busy, there was no one else inside but they where making a lot of food. After about 5 or so minutes my wife and I finally got someone's attention. This person started complaining that we where yelling and they where busy, we where yelling but there was no other way to get their attention. She then proceeded to tell us we where being rude for yelling, my wife did swear, but it was just the s word. At that point the lady walked away and never said anything about remaking my food. I asked another worker and he said he didn't know. The lady the came back and said we needed to leave, my wife demanded our money back and once we had it we left. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I cannot stress how rude this lady was enough. I get that they where busy, but the least they could have done was acknowledge me and say they'd take care of it, but instead they ignored me and when I finally got someone's attention she was rude. 100% of my orders have been given to me incorrect or incomplete. That is absolutely not an exaggeration, and it's actually quite impressive. 3 stars because it's still the expected (mediocre) Taco Bell quality, whatever they end up throwing in your bag.
