Every time I go to the Wentzville location I say it's my last time. Terribly slow, I get stuck waiting once the order is in; I haven't gone into the drive through in a year since getting stuck in it for an hour. If you go to the counter to find out why it's been 30 minutes the staff is rude. Constantly missing items. Yesterday the screens and app were showing the location closed so nothing worked. Luckily a customer let me know they were down since nobody from the staff said anything. I was informed at the counter that I was unable to use the app/link account to claim my rewards unless I went through the drive through so I just left. Too many obstacles, wasted time dealing with "fast food". This location just has terrible service, inaccurate order fulfillment, and puts up roadblocks to ordering because the staff doesn't want your business. Management is disengaged and doesn't care. We had an experience in the drive thru. We ordered through the app, and the long line was fast but it's clear that the quality was sacrificed. The quesadilla was not cut or melted and the nachos barely had ingredients on it. The tacos were full and tasted good though. We usually have these problems here but not always. I used to love TB, but wow, it has taken a nosedive. This location in particular is awful. The chips are always just tiny crumbs, never entire chips. Food is consistently cold. Items are routinely missing despite order size. The service is generally not great, though this is hit or miss. This time around the kids working in the back were too busy being handsy with each other to get much done. Also, it looks like a bite was taken out of our quesarito?? There's unpleasant food and then there's THAT. (Photo is immediately after unwrapping it.) I'll try again every now and then hoping things have changed, but they never do. That's on me. I was very excited to get Taco Bell from the Wentzville location. Although, I waited 15 minutes for my food, and it somehow got made before a man's order - hence he walked in 20 minutes prior to us. The workers were nothing but inconsistent and goofing off. In addition, they also forgot our drinks and I was appalled by this foolishness behavior showcased by these older teenagers. As we ate the cold, stale, almost un-edible food, I began to puke consistently. I am 110% sure that they do not check the expiration dates and do not clean their equipment after use. The food was not made according to our online order from the app. They put the guacamole at the end of my chicken & cheese wrap instead of spreading it, they put tomatoes on our soft taco supreme that was ordered no tomatoes, one of the cheese roll ups had a sprinkle of cheese on it and the other roll up had a ton of cheese on it, and on top of that, they didn't give us our cinnamon twists. I drive back to the store and waited in line with 12 cars in front of me and the restaurant closed to inside dining at 6pm. When I finally got to the pick up window and told them of my issues, they did offer to remake the food they screwed up. Why would I want them to make it again and probably screw it up again? They then offered to add cinnamon twists to the three I paid for but didn't get. I received a bag that we assumed had the 3 missing twists plus bonus twists; but looking in the bag as we drove away, there were only the three missing twists. Needless to say, we will not be going back; that brings the total of restaurants in Wentzville to ; McDonalds, Lions Choice, & Taco Bell, and not optimistic about that number decreasing. read more

I created him and gave him my card for payment. I'm met with silence. After a couple of more minutes a bag is pushed through the window hanging open. No napkins no hot sauce and no courtesy. This tacobell was one of my favorites and I always got good food from here. But it's been going downhill for awhile now. Me & my dad went by there today to have lunch. When we got our food they completely forgot our cinnamon twists. The quesadilla my dad got barely had any meat in it. It's gotten to the point we have to ask for extra meat for the quesadillas everytime because they never put enough meat in them. They didn't even cut his quesadilla how it was supposed to be cut. It was a complete mess. My dorito taco shells were stale as well. The inside of the place is nasty. The kiosks that they expect you to touch are absolutely disgusting. Smeared and sticky. It's just disappointing to see how this place has gotten so bad. read more

What the heck Taco Bell. Your hours at this store show that the dining room is open until 10pm today. My receipt says "Just head to the pickup counter and we'll call your name." The sign out front says park here and come in for your mobile order. Then you lock your doors and purposely ignore the person knocking on it. I guess hoping they will go away. Maybe it's time to just close up and let someone else in that spot that knows how to run a restaurant. Because this is definitely not the first time that you've done this. Stop offering online ordering if it's not going to be able to be used. Maybe put a sign on your door that says "Hey! Although they get backed up sometimes and there are a few bad employees, the place is still good. I personally think that people should stop focusing on the little bit of bad and focus on the good! Personally, I don't like Taco Bell, but I kinda just go with my family to be nice; but I do like some of their food. But presentation wise? It's pretty nice. The staff was friendly and the food was fast and fresh. The only problem I had was that there were no napkins left, but that's fine because it's the first time it's happened. Taco Bell App 6/6/16 It overcharged me and the store manager states he cannot correct it since I am picking it up inside. Stated he could refund and ring it again if I was in the drive through. Would not take any responsibility for the overcharge. Said they have absolutely nothing to do with the app. Said did not have a phone number for the company that runs the app. Said the money paid doesn't come to their store so he could not give me a refund. To top things off the filling in the tacos was so small I thought there were not enough in the bag. Very unhappy and I want someone to call to adjust the amount charged. read more
