Seoul taco is one of the few local chains that successfully churns out consistency at all of their locations. No matter which one you go to, you are getting some absolute heat. Orders are always churned out quick with accuracy! Workers are nice, and the fast casual vibes always top tier. The chesterfield location is no exception. I work across the street so this specific location is a go to for work lunches. It always delivers. I can only assume it will continue to deliver and exceed expectations!

Ooooo. I love Seoul Taco! I was first introduced to them many years ago via their food truck. I was so happy when they got a brick and mortar spot. The ambiance reminds me of a California surf shop. I love that they have a few video games to play. You can order ahead online, at the counter or at the kiosk. They have a pretty simple menu. It's basically Korean food served Mexican style. I like the protein option of tofu. My go-to order is the Gogi bowl. A great blend of greens, rice and protein choice. They have fountain Coke products and various bottled beverages. Staff was friendly and my order was correct.

The food here is so flavourful, filling, and unlike anything I've had before. How can you not be interested in Mexican Korean fusion cuisine? I ordered the bulgogi tacos and not only was the portion huge but every bite was fresh, tangy, salty, and well balanced. It just works. I also got to try some of my boyfriend's burrito and how has no one ever thought of putting kimchi fried rice in a burrito? It's amazing. And the burrito is big enough for 3 meals. We also got the chips with queso to share and the cheese was very gooey and cheesy so I recommend as a side even though you will be full enough without them. Can't recommend this place enough, there's such a cool vibe too with artwork and merchandise hung around so it's very pleasant to sit and eat. There are lots of booths and tables and the service is super fast.

I grabbed dinner from Seoul Taco - one of my favorite places to eat. I had the spicy pork bulgogi bowl. I like the kiosk where you can order and pay for your food. It's a fun colorful vibe with great music. The staff is friendly. Your order comes up pretty fast. I love the tacos too and the burritos. It's always hard to decide which entree to get because they are all so tasty. The bowl has rice, mixed greens, your choice of protein and a fried egg on top. They add a dab of a spicy Korean sauce on the side - gochujang. Mix it all together and you have one of the best Korean meals! The sauce is very spicy You can check out their Delmar loop or Chesterfield location. Plenty of parking at the Chesterfield location-it's in a strip mall.

Great food we all ordered the yummy tacos but if you looking great customer service - not gonna happen with this bunch but who needs warm welcomes when you have delicious sauces and meats.

Good food, good atmosphere, and friendly staff. We had the bowls and added steak, they did not disappoint.

Seoul Taco is my go-to lunch spot. They are always very quick service, have lots of room to sit, and the food is so unique for fast casual in Chesterfield area. Tried: side of kimchi fried rice with egg and spicy pork - a great hack if you love a fried rice bowl but don't want a huge meal Love: all their food is always consistent, and the fried rice with meat and eggs is a great lunch option!

I love tacos, but they don't have to be from a Mexican restaurant! We really like the food here. It's unique and has so much flavor. And they're very generous with the amount of meat they put in their tacos, etc. The vibe is super casual. Order at the counter and they'll call out your name when it's ready. The decor is different and interesting and I like it! I've never been there when it was super crowded. There's always music playing but it's not loud. It's a great place for lunch or a casual dinner.

I eat here like once a week, this is my favorite spot to eat in St Louis. I usually order the nachos, but I've tried the burrito and the quesadilla and I enjoyed every last one of them. The meat is marinated to perfection and the vibes are so hip but calm. The marinade is kind of sweet, but there's different types of proteins, such as chicken, steak, pork, and even tofu. The artwork is nice to look at and you see so many diverse groups of people enjoying the food. My local Seoul Taco knows me by name, that's how committed I am. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

If we are in neighborhood and need something quick but delicious, Seoul Taco is like our lunch cafeteria as first option! Pretty viable Manu options from taco Gogi bowls, also a lot of light snack options if you don't want to go for a "full size" meal. My kid loves their quesadillas while I usually get three tacos. Meat is well flavored, mixed with toppings and a bit cilantro for flavor. Not only food, you would also be attracted by their retro style of indoor decor, you find the 80th gaming stands, fusion of Asian and American. The only reason I give 4 stars is the quality of food could be a bit consistent, I guess it depends on chef or whoever in kitchen, the taco I have today is a bit too watery and it get the taco shell too wet, even it's fresh cooked as dine-in. Still, I enjoy here most of my visits!

Skip Chipotle and try out this Korean fusion hot spot. Order the burrito you won't go wrong!!! FIRE. Sweet potato fries were also amazing. Churros were good but the chocolate was okay and just too sweet for me. Very quick after you order from a kiosk. Very nice vibe for a casual sitting. Can't wait to try something else! Will be back!

Seoul taco is consistent and consistently good, anything you get will probably be great, I'm personally a big fan of the tofu

I always leave a constructive criticism, please don't take negativity, just as possible improvement. Add a spicy margarita to the menu, the best ones soak the tequila in a pepper for like 24hrs and serve that in it. Crab taquitos are creamy and rich. The crisp outside provides a good contrast to the filling. Very tasty! The chicken fajita quesadilla is bit more fajita than chicken, but seasoned well and balanced with the cheese. The Big A** Nacho, I swapped chicken for the Chorizo. It reminds you of a thin and crispy crust pizza. It's quite good with the beans, cheese, sour cream drizzle. It's big enough for 2 to share or 1 person to eat 1/2 and take some home. The guacamole was the only decent option, in my opinion - the queso had no flavor and tasted like straight Velveeta, while the salsa was very watery and tasted of straight cilantro (and I normally like cilantro, but this was... a lot) Tacos came out and they were cold. The flavors themselves weren't bad, but it was nothing spectacular. The street corn was also decent, but not great. It was *very* charred. I didn't try any of the drinks, but those in our group agreed the margaritas weren't good. I'm not sure I'll be back. This location was very close to where we were. It was the perfect time to try it! Ambiance: I really love the esthetics of the restaurant. The floral arrangements in the front is very inviting and added a great touch. I also loved the covered outdoor seating areas available, along with the indoor option. We surprisingly opted to sit outside, because heat is not my friend. The industrial fan definitely helped! I felt like I was sitting on one of friend's veranda in the carribean Food: I really enjoyed the food. Tacos are a la carte. For appetizer we opted for the Trifecta which came with guac, queso, and rojo salsa. Let me just say, their happy hour deals are a great steal! Order: There are a couple different ways to order & pay. Use the traditional way of having the server take our order by raising the card "Lets Taco Buddha it," or by scanning the QR code and placing order yourself & pay online. At first, I started the online order because I felt like this would allow me more time to read the menu and order on my own terms. I ended up raising my card and having someone take my order despite having it all in my cart. Tacos are served "family style" comes out on the same platter. We opted for the Baja ( battered pallock) & The Jodhpur (marinated grilled chicken). The kiddos opted for the quesadillas and fried chicken taco. Everything was flavorful (with the exception of their hot/mild sauces, those were flavorless, however not necessary to add). Not going to lie, I made a joke to my mom about the food being served on a surgical tray or "doggy platter." LOL lol. Service: They use a team model. I saw multiple staff going throughout the restaurant checking on needs & refilling water pitchers. Everyone was really nice, they had small toys for children to play with at the table and it's always a plus when they strike up a conversation with my kiddos. Parking: We arrived shortly after 4pm and there were lots of spots available. By the time we were leaving, there were two cars waiting for spots. It is also located alongside a busy street, the restaurant did get packed for dinner on a weekday. Pricing: Prices does add up very pretty quickly, however 1 Taco can be very filling especially if you opted for appetizers. The only thing I would have changed is not to order my meal the same time as my appetizer. It came out almost together. I would have liked to enjoyed the appetizers prior to my entrée.
